Pacifica Senior Living

I liked the fact this was more of a home setting with a big kitchen in each unit. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. It is also an All Inclusive facility which makes it easier when financing. Downside - only 3 bathrooms in each unit and there are 15 residents in each unit. Positive side - a nurse is available 7 days a week and all food is prepared on the property. The t.v. in the main room seemed very small for a group of people to view. Other than that I did like the setting.

Dad is doing fine here with any sort of move it takes time to settle in. His living area is quite comfortable. The community offers different levels of living options from independent living to assisted living memory care options. Dad has attended some acitvities but is finding it hard to connect with other residents to some extent and that might be because of the variety of levels of care residents need. Everyone from the staff to the residents are friendly. The food is ok the same as you would find at any senior living community.

This is a very nice community the campus is a little large but nicely done. They offer different levels of care which is nice. The staff is nice and helpful very friendly. They take their time to explain things and don't rush you on the tour. The inside is very well decorated and clean. The staff takes pride in knowing the name of the residents. They are very attentive to them. The community is in a good location very easy to get to.

I have no complaints of how things are going for my mother since she made the move into this community. The staff have been wonderful to work with and I am comfortable with the care they have providing her. She has had no problem with the meals and enjoys participating in the activities they have from time to time. Overall it has been a pleasant experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

This is a lovely facility, but for our purposes more lovely from the front facade than the back. We need space to walk among the trees and grass, the majority of which are in the front and not gated. Otherwise it is a beautiful facility built more like a hotel than a care facility. Warm, caring staff, lots of light, looks like great food, all the amenities one would want.

I have had some issue with the communication between with the staff and myself at Pacifica Senior Living San Martin and I have been trying to get things straightened out. My father-in-law is not informed very well about the different activities or encouraged to join in. When I ask questions about my in-laws the nursing staff does not follow-up so I constanly have to keep asking them. My in-laws do have a nice 2 bedroom apt and the community is well kept up, They just need to address better communitcation and working with family member better.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer questions I had for them in detail. The property was very nice and they had a lot of great amenities for all of the residents. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone it was just not the right fit for my mother in the end decision.

My mother in law is doing well with her since her move to this community. We do feel she is safe, and in great hands. They are taking great care of her, and we are pleased with all they have done for us. This is a wonderful community with a caring staff. Everything has worked out well for us in this community, and we would highly recommend it.

This community is very similar to the sister property in Daly City. The property was very clean and maintained. The staff was friendly and kind. The rooms were very nice but again on the smaller size.

When we toured this community we liked them a lot. The property was lovely the landscaping was very well maintained and inside was clean and didn't have that sterile smell to it. The staff was nice and informative. The only thing I didn't like was the resident apartments were on the smaller size and I didn't think that was going to work for my dad.

This community is fantastic we love the place however my mom hates it. Her personality just does not fit with assisted living. The staff has been amazing and nice and patient with my mom. The inside of the community looks like a grand home or mansion. The inside is bright and cheery.

Darling spot. Beautiful gardens and feels like a neighborhood with cute little cottages. The "renovation" of the main building looks like someone from their HQ didn't consider this old-fashioned charming place when they were installing all the over-sized light fixtures and gaudy updates, but that's not as important as the individual housing options. Definitely considering this as a nice place for my Dad.

Atria North Escondido was a really nice tour. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. It offers a nice quiet atmosphere. We had the opportunity to dine there and the cook is very proud of the meals presented. They even had us take home some of the homemade muffins. It is a great location, close to the YMCA. We chose another location because my mom really wanted a kitchen.

My sister-in-law is happy so far with the experience here. They staff are making her happy and she is eating good meals every day.

My mother and I have recently had a tour of this community and we have no complaints of how things went. This place was actually one of my moms top choices out of all the different locations we had looked at. The staff where all lovely people and they made sure to answer any questions we had for them. The location was actually perfect for my family but in the end decision she ended up choosing a different place.

The tour of this communist was nice. They had a nice menu and the community is clean and maintained. They offer nice activities for residents. The memory care is nice and a single unit. We would recommend that families tour this community for options for care and value for loved ones.

This is nice community, and my tour of it went well. From what I saw the community looked well maintained. The staff I came across was friendly, and welcoming. They were informative, and answered my questions. This wasn't the community for us, but my tour went very well overall.

This is a nice community, and my mother is doing very well since her move here. We are very pleased with all they have done for us. The staff is taking good care of her, and her needs. She spends a lot of time in the day room, which a nice spot to her. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. This is a community I would recommend without any reservations.

Good tour. Location was great. Tour director knew her property well. This may be a possibility for our married couple.
