I went to see and tour the community for my friends. In my experience they were all courteous and polite. There were incentives for moving in but the choice was up to my friends and they felt this was not the best fit.

This looked like a nice community when I visited. The community looked clean and the people I met were friendly. I liked the honesty of the person I spoke to as they said that my loved one did not need their higher level of memory care.

So far my mom is settling in quite nicely at the Atria Burlingame. It is a clean and well-kept community. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. They are very welcoming to our family members when we come to visit. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my mom's care needs. I have dined there with my mom and the food is reasonably good. I know they have activities available for the residents. I have not witnessed first hand if mom is engaging in them. We chose this community because the staff is very responsive and caring. I would recommend this community to others.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken at this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan and all of the great amenities they had for the residents. It was just not the right location for us in the end decision,

The move has been going great. The community is a great place and my mom likes it too. She got her haircut one time. There are activities for those who want to do it. They also have a smokers spot that is in a small sitting area with a little cover to block the sun. She is in a shared room that is kind of small but it works for our budget.

The staff did a very nice job in showing us around and they took their time doing so as well as answering our questions. This is a very nice community that offers a lot to their residents but we felt the room sizes were not what we wanted for our mother.

Very friendly, a bunch of ladies hanging out in the entrance just hanging out (seems like they need a sunny sitting room for these ladies - very friendly tho). Carpet messed up in main hallway, from a plumbing issue. Dining room nice. A little dark but made me think of [Removed] Calendars. One tenent commented she really liked it there and breakfasts were great. Studio apt model was ok, not much of a kitchenette tho, just a sink and a very small fridge - no counter. Nice walkin in shower. Concerns about budget, if level 2 care, will put him over income.

We toured the Villa Bonita Senior Living. It was a nice and clean community. They gave a nice presentation and the staff was very friendly. They could not give shots to residents that are insulin dependent, so we had to choose another community that could meet our care needs.

The staff have been doing well with helping my loved one adjust to living here. The staff seem to be knowledgeable about memory issues and know what to do. They have started to help her participate in some of the activities offered. The community is well maintained and the grounds are nice.

Pacifica Senior Living Hillsborough is a beautiful community. The staff was very friendly and the environment was very warm and inviting. It ended up that we needed more care than they could provide for our loved one due to the catheter. They were very understanding and refunded the money that we had put down.

I liked the open floor plan and the variety of menu options as well as activities they had for the resident. The location was easy to access and had nice surroundings. It was just no the right fit for my mother in the end decision.

Staff is wonderful! Everyone has been welcoming and helpful. Very responsive. food is good, custom orders accepted. Lots of activities. Fellow residents help the new kid learn how to get things & get things done.

My sister has settled in very well here. She is very happy and doing well. She is doing some of the actives that they offer. We are very pleased with the care she is receiving everything seems to be going wonderfully. The staff has been great. We really appreciate everything everyone has done for us during this process.

We toured the Brighton Gardens of Tampa and it was a nice and clean community. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and answered our questions. This community seems like a better fit for residents who needed advanced medical care.

[Removed] is amazing, made the tour fulfilling because of her. Pros: nice, caring people, good lunch. Cons: age of building, not hurricane safe. Thirty year old building tough to look good. Very good pricing. The people that work here on above average.

i have no complaints of how things are going for my loved one since she has recently made the move into this community. The staff have all been lovely to work with and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing her. I am there pretty much every day I think the caregivers and all of the aids do an exceptional job. I do think that they could use some overall improvements in organization in the facility.

The staff were very friendly and did an excellent job with our tour of their community. The community was very nice, neat and clean and they were able to meet the type of care my mother would need there. We just felt that the pricing was more than what we were looking to pay.

Victoria Court Memory Care was a very nice and clean community that we toured. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We chose another community that fit our needs and was a smaller community.

My wife, and I had a nice tour of this community. Everyone was kind, and welcoming to us. The community was nice, and clean from what we saw. The staff was informative, and our questions were answered. The experience went well, and our tour was a good one.

My only concern with this community is that they only offer one nurse and one medical technician in the evening in the north building. I think there should be more staff members on hand. The staff that work here are patient and compassionate. The north building is smaller and quieter. The food is great and the community is kept well maintained. I would suggest asking a lot of questions before you choose a community.
