From my experience, people are very friendly, and they seem to be doing a very good job. It's a good place to take your loved one to get the best possible care. Externally the property looks good, but I couldn't tell you about the inside since we're not allowed inside for visits right now. Again, the staff I've interacted with are excellent, very friendly, very kind, and very easy to talk to. They answer any questions you have. I can't complain, we're getting good service at Pacifica.

Due to the covid restrictions we have not been able to go into our loved ones room so its hard to see if her phone is plugged in or mail is getting opened. However, we do get to do window visits and the grounds are very clean. We really like the people there the staff members are wonderful. The director is great, and the guy who answers the phone is always so sharp looking and professional. We have not met a staff member yet who has not been nice.

Make sure you know who your contacts are in the community. The communication between the staff and the family is good they did a great job keeping us informed. The head nurse is very knowledgeable and does a great job communicating. I would recommend this community to others

Love living at the Pacifica. My apartment is very comfortable and having a balcony is a plus where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine. The staff is great, pleasant, helpful. The activities director is fabulous, each day he has many things to make the day really enjoyable if you want. The food is the only thing that could be better.

We chose Atria Bonita because of the value for what you are getting, it is great. She gets weekly room cleanings, activities, etc. for a pretty reasonable price compared to others places that we looked at around town. I would recommend them to others families looking.

Be careful if you really need help with little medical services you might not be able to do for yourself due to hand dexterity. Maybe question them more about what they can or cannot do. I wish I had done so. But when I push the button for assistance, they are quick to arrive. I would have had a fall the other day had I not been able to have assistance. I liked it a lot more before we were in our rooms all the time, but I do appreciate that they were very careful about Covid and keeping us healthy. We all had our vaccines and flu shots, and that's a really good thing. I LOVE that one end of the room is all windows, and there's a balcony that makes you feel like you're outside. You don't feel like you're closed in. Once I got here and put my pictures up and everything, I felt like I was on a vacation in a nice, little one-room, home.

They seem very genuine, and seem to really care for the residents. It doesn't seem like a community with lots of bells and whistles. However, they get the job done. The staff is great to work with. This was a lifesaver finding them.

I think you would be pretty selecting this community. I would recommend this community to others

The care giver team is fantastic, they are very good and communicative and they make sure to being in touch with us at all times. They also set up regular face times so we can see our loved one.

The meals they server here are great, we get two a day and they offer plenty of activities to participate in. It is an older building, but they are going to start making a lot of changes soon, and the staff is good and the residents are friendly. This community is an A+.

As far services go, it's great. Caregivers are very eager to see my needs. Such nice staff. Like any business, there is room for improvement.

Great tour and friendly staff. Outside can be a little deceiving as the inside is nicer. They do appear to have lots of activities and the residence are happy. This was a close second choice for me but I was a little concerned about staff turnover. They did not seem to have as much longevity as some other locations, definitely experienced staff but not in one location. Being as my grandmother would be in memory care, I wanted to be sure she would be with people who were very familiar with her routine on a daily basis. Still would recommend this facility.

Everything has dramatically improved since they have been bought out. They have all new staff members and a new chef and things are going up. They have been communicative which is nice because that is something that was an issue with the previous owners. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

The community has been very caring to my loved ones. The staff is very easy to reach if you have questions or concerns. I usually hear back within an hour during normal hours if leaving a voicemail.

The community was so helpful. The staff kept each other updated on the residents. They tried to encourage residents to make friends based on their hobbies. This was the perfect place for our loved one. They were able to get us in quickly.
