My husband needed a place to stay for a few days. When I contacted them they sent an RN to visit him and do an assessment. They were very polite and accommodating. The administration worked very well with me and kept me informed and answered all of my questions. The community was very clean and comfortable and took the trash out regularly. They did offer exercise and central building activities that everyone could join in on. While my husband didn’t think so, I thought the food was good. The place was fabulous and everything was great. They keep 1 to 2 people on duty for every 6 rooms that they have and also provided a necklace to call for help in case anything happened. They took care of him in the best way they could. Unfortunately my husband didn’t want to stay all 3 nights but they were still accommodating and offered me cash back or a credit for my 2 nights that he didn’t use. I might even use it for myself! I highly recommend them they are an A+ in my book!

At Victoria Court I believe most staff are very good at what they do, Most are very patient and go the extra mile to ensure all resident are clean % well cared for. I find they go above and beyond considering the low wages they receive. The residence is very clean and the food is excellent! The nursing staff and the activity staff do a very good job keeping up with meds & keeping patients occupied.

This Facility tries Hard to please all residents. It does an admirable job in succeeding. They started an exercise/Brain project while it seems to be working, however they have to extend it to at least 4 days a week. The food is good most of the time. They switch dinner and lunch which I do not like at all!
