The staff is great, very friendly. I've had to adjust my expectations due to Covid. Things like laundry were still getting done, just not in as timely a manner. They had a lot staff members out that were affected by Covid. They did give a lot of updates. They called and sent emails. They were quick to get the residents vaccinated, which I appreciated. My loved one says the food is great. I see them offering a lot of activates, although my loved one doesn't participate in a lot of them. I feel that my loved one is safe there. I don't have to worry knowing that she's well cared for here.

Loved the grounds, The staff was awesome and tithe amount of outdoor space was amazing. My Aunt did not care for the rooms or the lack of closet space.

The staff members would be a five plus, and the food looks good and good portions. They did their best with the activities, they got IPads so we could talk to our loved ones when they were locked down. Once we could go visits they would set up outside areas. When they had to quarantine they would play bingo on the IPads, so they got very creative.

Very nice appeal. Great food!

Should improve the quality of the food. Too much pork. Should provide more good quality beef.

For awhile due to the pandemic they activities were limited but they are now starting to bring them back.

We chose Meridian at Westwood because of the convenient location as well as the cost and the features that the facility has to offer. The room sizes here are good. They are good with communication, they email us regularly about what is going on. I would recommend to others looking.

With the Changing of staff, seemingly constant, Pacifica has still maintained an ability to serve most of the residents well. My congratulations for selecting [name removed]. Her demeanor is one of confidence and ability. I continue being impressed by [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] of the kitchen staff and impressed by housekeeping attendant [name removed]. She brings Joy to her work.

I am able to go stand at her window and talk to her that way, but we have not been allowed inside the facility since she went in here but they are talking about in person visits soon. They have been taking very good care of her with what she needs and she seems to be content. Communication has not been the best, it is hard to get a hold of people on the phone and it is hard finding out what is going on and how she is. I think they need a telephone in the memory care center to where we can get a hold of someone. They have an fantastic activity director and she has been my main point of contact and she is wonderful. They have been recently bought out by another company and April 1st is when the new ownership takes place so we will see what happens.

We chose Atria Rancho Park because what you get for the price. She is in non assisted and they were able to provide what she needed. The apartment sizes here are good. They have been really good with communication, they have opened up an app and they put the information in there. If they take her temp or anything like that, it shows up there and has bulletins with anything going on. I am not sure how it is on the inside, but it seems to be a good fit for her. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Hollywood Hills because there is no comparison to others based on what they offer, they really stood out to me. We have had some issues with communication, there have been times where the residents are quarantined and they are not telling them when they can get out. Now that they have all had their vaccines it has been fine, however they have not been able to say when families are able to come visit inside. One thing that also keeps getting complained about is the wifi service. Other than those issues it is a great facility. I think with their new chefs they have been very accommodating and if a resident doesn't like a meal they can request another one which has been very nice. I would recommend to others who are looking.

Due to the covid restrictions we have not been able to go into our loved ones room so its hard to see if her phone is plugged in or mail is getting opened. However, we do get to do window visits and the grounds are very clean. We really like the people there the staff members are wonderful. The director is great, and the guy who answers the phone is always so sharp looking and professional. We have not met a staff member yet who has not been nice.

Make sure you know who your contacts are in the community. The communication between the staff and the family is good they did a great job keeping us informed. The head nurse is very knowledgeable and does a great job communicating. I would recommend this community to others

Love living at the Pacifica. My apartment is very comfortable and having a balcony is a plus where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine. The staff is great, pleasant, helpful. The activities director is fabulous, each day he has many things to make the day really enjoyable if you want. The food is the only thing that could be better.

We chose Atria Bonita because of the value for what you are getting, it is great. She gets weekly room cleanings, activities, etc. for a pretty reasonable price compared to others places that we looked at around town. I would recommend them to others families looking.

Be careful if you really need help with little medical services you might not be able to do for yourself due to hand dexterity. Maybe question them more about what they can or cannot do. I wish I had done so. But when I push the button for assistance, they are quick to arrive. I would have had a fall the other day had I not been able to have assistance. I liked it a lot more before we were in our rooms all the time, but I do appreciate that they were very careful about Covid and keeping us healthy. We all had our vaccines and flu shots, and that's a really good thing. I LOVE that one end of the room is all windows, and there's a balcony that makes you feel like you're outside. You don't feel like you're closed in. Once I got here and put my pictures up and everything, I felt like I was on a vacation in a nice, little one-room, home.

They seem very genuine, and seem to really care for the residents. It doesn't seem like a community with lots of bells and whistles. However, they get the job done. The staff is great to work with. This was a lifesaver finding them.
