The community has some really good food according to my loved one. It is a pretty decent community, and you should check it out. It is a smaller community, and I like that. They know who the family is along with the residents.

The staff at the community is very friendly and they do a great job taking care of our loved one. They are a good value for the money and the food is good. I would recommend this community to others.

We did a virtual tour with Pacifica Senior Living Green Valley. We did not go with this facility because they were set up into cottages and I didn't get a clear understanding on how that all worked.

We have had some issues with the personal care of the laundry services Communication between the staff could be better, we would tell staff about an issue but that wouldn't be shared with the rest of staff

Liked the facility. Everyone was friendly and it looked like people liked living there. [name removed] was very informative and made me feel comfortable.

My loved one compliments the food. I would recommend the community to others as long as you can manage the fees. The communication is good with the staff. They call me with any updates, and the doctor will call as well.

Not as nice as it used to be. It is pretty in community rooms but guest rooms need attention. Staff is very nice (most). Quality has gone down and many cutbacks in the past 4-5 years.

The community was on Covid lockdown when we moved in, so thee were no activities at the time. But the staff did what they could to raise resident morale. One day my loved one called me and said somebody was blasting loud music in the hallway, things like Frankie Valens and Frank Sinatra. I imagine they were doing that for the residents, which was neat. I did not have a chance to try the food, but it smelled delicious. My loved one had some health and appetite issues, so she was never particularly interested in the food. She had been in a skilled nursing facility prior to moving, and they had rated her as a 2 to maybe 3 for level of care. When we got to Atria, they rated her as 5 and above, which was definitely out of our price range on top of the rent. I will say though that Atria was willing to work with us and try to reassess. But my loved one contracted Covid shortly after moving into Atria, and then tested positive again at the hospital shortly after that. She was one of the ones with absolutely no symptoms, no breathing issues, no loss of taste. She'd had a negative test when she left the skilled nursing facility prior, so we're not sure of the tracing of it. She received the first vaccination shot about a week before moving in to Atria. The people at Atria were just wonderful. Several of the caregivers called me and said, "Hey, can you talk to you mom? She's not doing well, and she's not moving around." They knew that I couldn't come to see her due to the lockdown, and they were trying to give her as much connection as possible. One of the nurses specifically told me, "She's not eating, and she's getting weaker and weaker. I would see about moving her to the hospital, because I want her to thrive, and she's just wasting away here." So I called the director, and he agreed that she needed more precise care than they were able to give her at the time. So we moved her to the hospital. From there we moved her to a larger hospital for more testing and some surgeries, where she passed away of cancer.

It is a friendly and safe community. The cleanliness is amazing here! The staff will collect your trash or take your temperature to check on the residents safety. The community just brought in an outside concert in for the residents, exercise classes, movies, popcorn machine, bingo, and they bring a snack cart around to the residents. There are additional activities available to choose from. The hair salon is back open twice a week. They are pet friendly. The food is based on a schedule due to the pandemic. The dining room is absolutely beautiful.

A delightful beautifully set Mother's Day afternoon. Tea, pastries, entertainment and a chance for residents to speak. Touching, classy.

We toured Meridian at Anaheim Hills and it is a beautiful facility. It felt like we were walking into a nice hotel or resort, just a very upscale atmosphere compared to some others that we saw.

my experience with this community was very good. Communication could have been better. I felt like i should have been more informed and it was hard to get calls back after we left the community. I would recommend this community to anyone needing senior living

It has been a good experience. They have kept me up-to-date on when the vaccines were given to the residents, and when I was able to visit my loved one. Some of the staff are overworked. I always felt welcomed in by the staff to see my loved one. The staff are very good. They have a Facebook page and keep this updated with photos of the residents for families to see. They feature a resident each day on this page.

Smaller and more home like feel than many other assist living facilities. Friendly and very clean

We chose Pacifica Senior Living Vista because it was perched on a hill and she likes to be outside in an open area. When you sit outside it definitely has a that very open feeling. She is in a studio apartment and it is a good size but closets are small so that is a little difficult. I haven't been able to see any other sizes due to covid. The front office here is wonderful, they are always friendly and helpful and I would recommend them.

They did as good as they could with all of the covid restrictions in place and the staff members were friendly and nice. It just made me angry that we could not go inside and visit with my mom, we had to visit through a glass window. Overall I would recommend to others looking.

The community is very clean and the staff is very friendly and nice. The food needs to improve, the food quality is not good and not seasoned well. I feel they need a better chef. It would be good for the community to add more staff so there is more one-on-one attention for the residence. I would recommend this community to others.

The community is very clean and the staff members are very nice. The activities are opening back up which is nice, and they have opened back up the dining room. The food is not very good at all, but since we can eat in the dining room I am able to meet new people and have made a bunch of new friends. They take really good care of us and I am very happy here.
