Quality of meals has declined tremendously! Rent was raised a ridiculous amount, yet quality has declined.

So far my loved one is very happy here. She is starting to meet others and participates in the activities. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

They have separate cottages here which are very nice, well appointment and spacious. They also have a very good pet policy, which is amazing.

Nice upgraded apartments and studios

The more involved you are with the care of your loved one the better it is. I would recommend this community based on my experience

Mission Villa is a very nice place for mom. We were no longer able to care for her at home because she needs 24 hour care. The staff are friendly and caring.

I am waiting for a refund of the community fee, and it has been a few months. in addition, I've made multiple calls about this. I did let the community know about them having too much cheese on the food. The community has kickball as an activity for the residents in addition to other activities. The front office staff are all friendly.

The community is clean and the staff is very friendly. They have lots of activities for the residents to do and they do a great job taking care of the residents. The food is ok but they do run out of things sometimes. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

The staff members have all been prompt, friendly, and helpful. The meals and dining services have also been great. We overall are very pleased.

I thought they were from what I saw I would recommend the community. The staff are accommodating. My loved one was safe and they made sure the residents didn't leave the community. I was only able to go to my loved one's room due to the pandemic protocols.

It is something to check out. The friendliness of the residents and staff stand out. Other residents always have something positive to say about the community. The staff are accommodating for the residents and families.

Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley fit the needs that we were looking for for my mother. I do think that the administrative staff could use improvement on communication and calling back. Overall everyone is very friendly though and I would recommend them to others looking.

We toured The Palazzo and it is extremely nice, it feels like you are walking into a hotel lobby. There is nothing negative to say about it, it was just more expensive than what we were looking for. We actually know 2 ladies who live here and are having a good experience.

We chose Pacifica Senior Living at the time due to the value for the money, they were a lot cheaper than others that we looked into. Also the location was nice for family. The room sizes here are a little on the smaller side, they are in a studio apartment. They have recently changed management and the new management seem to be more responsive. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

The place was newly renovated and cozy. My mom is a little hesitant though about the idea of split studio arrangement for the assisted living option

The community is affordable, clean, and safe place for your loved one. There are some delays and things would fall through the cracks, and I had to keep following up. I wish the follow up was better.

We toured this community and it was very nice, the staff was friendly, and they answered all our questions. They seemed understaffed and we did submit a deposit before we chose a different community. The refund process was bad and it took forever to get our money back

The process has been easy and simple. Everyone was helpful and personable.

I think the categories that are rated lower will improve as the pandemic is coming to an end. The community is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. They have lots of activities in the community and I would recommend this community to others.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They'll answer all of your questions, but sometimes you just don't know the right questions to ask. Our loved one was in assisted living for just a day, and then moved to memory care after a fall. For the assisted living side, I would want to know if they followed up with the physical activities. In memory care, our loved one just sits in the wheelchair, which is not good. I would want to know about activities, especially now that Covid restrictions have been released. I know all the residents have had all their shots, which is good. As of recently, we can now go in to visit without scheduling ahead of time, and they also allowed us to go back to the memory care area. My biggest criticism is that they don't give you their procedures in writing, so everything is by trial and error. For instance, I lined up a TV service, only to find out that they offer a TV service. So there's just little things that you're not aware of until you've already spent time and money to set them up. They need those things in writing. That's all. It's a little thing, but at the same time it isn't. The place is spic and span - it's very clean. The hallways, the rooms, the patios are all clean. I have no concerns that they're doing regular cleaning and keeping the facility clean. I think they're giving us value for the money.
