My dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and we needed a place for him. They went and assessed him very quickly and made the whole process so easy for my family. We were going through a lot and he was in meltdown mode. I am so appreciative of their help.

We found Pacifica Sterling to be the best value in the area. The move-in was smooth and easy. The community is small; staff and residents show genuine care for each other. The facility is not new, but is clean and will maintained. The planned meals vary in style from day to day and quality is always good. Residents have options if the planned menu is not to their liking. There is always something happening; musical performances, games, exercise and shopping opportunities. Levels of care has been adjusted (up and down) as Mom's needs have changed. We feel lucky to have found this place for Mom.

I have worked with 5 end of life care facilities in three states for family members. Hollywood Hills Sr. Living [mental health care] is by far the best! The surroundings do not have an "institutional" feel. It is more like a country club which is lovely. [name removed] is the most caring, compassionate, patient, gentle and well versed of any I have had the pleasure to work with. Her knowledge and attentiveness to the residents AND their families is outstanding. [name removed] always stopped by an visited with us and kept us up to date on Al Onorato's status. When Al passed last week, [name removed] care with us was exceptional. All the staff were kind and giving. I was there often visiting Al. I never experienced any neglectful treatment of any of the residents by any staff. All were up beat and gentle with everyone. That doesn't happen if the work atmosphere isn't congenial and that is fashioned by the administration. You are fortunate to have [name removed], she is a top administrator..

My loved one is currently a resident at Alta Vista Senior Living and the experience has been great. I am extremely satisfied with this facility and our experience. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services and meals are also great. I recommend Alta Vista Senior Living to anybody who needs a place to live.

All 5s! I couldn't have selected a better place for my mom. She is a completely different person after moving there. She is so happy and loves everything about it! The entire staff are incredible! Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.! It's really a wonderful and caring place. The keep all residents active with a daily itinerary of fun things to do that stimulate them. I am extremely happy with the care Pacifica gives to my mom. I wouldn't change anything. The staff is incredible. All residents seem very well taken care of.

Only issue we had all year was related to details with medication management. My MIL has meds given 5-6 times/day. However they addressed all of my concerns and did their best to make some changes. The staff are also great with sharing information and follow through. The meals and dining - great span of time frames. And regular menu options always available. MIL complained some about not having many fresh vegetables and salads? She loved all of their deserts. Hard to find any options for what she paid which was [fee removed] which included her level of care for medication management. She just had a studio room, but she had everything she needed.

Beautiful facility, the staff was fantastic. [name removed], from Meridian at Anaheim Hills was great, she answered all my questions, answered my mothers questions, was very patient with my mother. The residents came up to my mother and introduced themselves, and spoke very highly of the facility.

The staff is amazing and super responsive! The location of the facility is great as well. All 5 stars from me!

Great tour, answered all questions. Gave us opportunities to try the dining, chat with other residents. Loved the flexibility to stay in same room as long as possible. Felt brighter than other facilities visited.

I came across Hollywood Hills in the summer of 2020, during the pandemic and as this chapter wraps up, I am so thankful that I found this amazing community. [name removed] and the team have been wonderful in providing the best care, guidance, and just making this four-year journey for my best friend the best that it could possibly be. I honestly don’t know what I would have done. From going through the different stages of Alzheimer’s, and all that can entail, they walked me through each process with caring arms and truly made my best friend as comfortable as he could have ever been. Thank you all so much for becoming my family. [name removed] and myself will never forget this. I know he’s watching over all of us. Lots of love

We had a tour today for my uncle. The facility was clean and well kept. The staff was kind and the residents were in immaculate status. Everyone was well dressed and groomed. The amenities were awesome.

My husband and I recently toured Pacifica Senior Living. We were very pleasantly surprised. The entrance is warm and inviting and fashioned like an old town square where we saw many of the residents having a painting class. We met with [name removed], who was extremely sweet and you could see how much she loves her job and spending time with the residents. The home is spacious, clean, and all the caretakers were very friendly and kind. I have no doubt that this will be a wonderful home for my mom.

My ex-spouse (for whom I serve as healthcare POA), has been a memory care resident with Pacifica at Paradise Valley for a year and a half. From our initial visit, through the creation of his care plan, actual move & subsequent daily care, both he & I have been treated with professionalism, respect, empathy & wisdom. My input & perspective have been honored & welcomed as treatment plans are updated to provide him the appropriate care he deserves as the disease progresses. I feel they all sincerely care.

Tampa Gardens is a nice maintained, friendly place with lots of options for meals and activities. It is very close to large county park and easily accessible

They are very strict with medication. Need hand written prescription with dr signature. This is due to safety of the resident. The facility is very clean - have seen housekeepers. They would introduce themselves. Windows are opened during the day to get fresh air. At first, we thought he didn't like the food since he wasn't eating. Maybe it was the adjustment. My dad seems to like the food now because he's eating. If he's asleep during meal time, they will save the food and feed him once awake. The move in process was stressful since we needed a place right away. My dad was in the hospital and hospital wanted to send him home. Hospital was not very good at the needed paperwork required. The first 10 days were rough since my dad fell and had to go back to the hospital. Pacifica would check on him and arranged transport for him to return to the facility. Pacifica notified me of his arrival, so I was thankful. I like the setup of the cottages. They look like a big house with kitchen, dining area and living room area. Since my dad likes to walk around, he can go outside and he's safe. The facility is pretty locked down. They did placed my dad with residents that are the same level as he is. I enjoyed seeing his friends in the facility as well as all of the staff.

I had a terrific visit with Sales Director[name removed]. She went above and beyond with her insights, recommendations, and additional resources. She's very adept in leveraging her professional experiences to guide others forward. She rightly referred to herself as more of a councilor than sales person. I left feeling upbeat and better informed as I navigate through arrangements for my mother.

Was very impressed with this beautiful environment. The surrounding neighborhood is average but the Monte Vista Village was a real treat. The Office Staff and Sales Director were very helpful to everyone in the area. Pleased with the units I was shown - hope to live here after I sell my house. Great place to age in place.

1. it was easy had some hurdles but they were resolved 2. always clean 3. most people always are friendly and kind 4. plus they take really good care of my dad 5. 5he likes the food 6. I see alot of activities when we visit but my dad is a loner. 7. a bit on the pricer side of things, especially compared to miami area which surprised me. The main receptionist is great, my dad's nurses one I can think of is [name removed] they are great. As for admin staff they are going through some turnover.

There is too much turnover... the company needs to have an across the board pay raise to retain valuable employees. Other than that it has been great. The staff that are there are really nice. They could use a better heating and cooling system. I would recommend Hollywood Hills to others and already have.

Things that stuck out about Pacifica Senior Living Sunrise - Not as expensive as other facilities but is just as nice. Staff is friendly. Place is very clean. Staff have been terrific! There are not enough activities provided.
