All the staff members were very polite and welcoming. Each staff member always would go out of their way to assist in any way possible. Excellent customer service. I would recommend Alta Vista Senior Living highly to others looking.

The staff has been very helpful and supportive throughout the process. Great communication and they treat the residents like family. The building is well kept and very clean. The meals are good and they provide large portions. The activity director is amazing. There seems to be some sort of activity or entertainment going on every time we visit. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice place for elderly loved ones.

Super positive staff. They learn everyone's name immediately. There are lots of fun activities. Oscar is a great Activities Director. Super upbeat, fun but also very caring. Really glad mom moved here!

I picked this community because of their willingness to work with you. Very caring. They serve food all day between seven and six. We had my parents at a different assisted-living before. It was a beautiful place, but they were not people of integrity and didn't really care. They were more about money. We don't get that feeling at Pacifica. My parents are very happy there and we are very happy that they are there too.

The sales staff is very good and very forthcoming with services and prices. They aren't trying to hide anything. The housekeeping staff I've dealt with several times and they are excellent. The only things I would improve on is more maintenance staff. Sometimes you will let them know of a problem with a door or window or something to that affect, and it takes them a while to get to fix it, the other thing I would do is change satellite cable companies because they're using DIRECTV and my mother can't get NBC or ABC and those are her two favorite networks. I would recommend this facility to anybody looking for care for elderly parents.

Great experience so far , had lunch in the dinning room enjoyed the food . After searching and touring communities Pacifica was our choice . Very pleased so far . Very excited tabout move in our apartment.

My Sister was admitted in early December 2023. I was not allowed to visit her right away. The staff felt she needed to get into a daily routine. I was told it OK to put a camera in her room though. I called daily, sometimes twice to check on her and find out just how she was doing. The staff never short with me or made me feel not welcome. I was allowed to speak to her after 2 weeks and she seemed fine but I really wanted to see her in person. I finally was allowed in 6 days later. I could not believe the difference in her attitude. Yes, she was glad to see me but was smiling the whole time I was with her. I believe it's due to her daily routine, eating 3 meals a day, the daily activities, and having friends her age to share all her stories with. I have been in several times since then. Of course I had questions and a couple concerns. The staff is great to work with and the care is excellent. I would definitely recommend this unit for your loved one.

The staff is so kind and [name removed] the manager is amazing. He helped with move in details and continues to keep us in the loop on my mom's activities. The food is very good and my mom doesn't miss a meal. The wait staff is so sweet and knows all the residents names. I would definitely recommend. It's an affordable option.

Our family loves loves loves the staff and based on the experience we have had so far we would highly recommend Sun City Senior Living community to other families. They are also renovating the facility. They get a 5+++

If a friend asked about community would say need a car. warm clothes keep temp cold in assembly area. Grounds very nice. I picked this community because of the price and you could have pets.

I was very impressed with the community and the sales director was friendly, knowledgeable, & informative. A great experience.

It's clean , very close to San Martin Hospital (next door). Very friendly staff and my father feels happy there .Why I picked that facility ? I work in physical therapy and did home health in that facility and I liked what I saw! Chairs and benches every 150 -175 ft , railings on both sides of all walkway corridor , NO CARPET , very well lighted throughout, a waterfall entryway, all the amenities a senior will need. The facility looks like a resort atmosphere. The prices are very comparable for the services . The facility set up is perfect ( eating area is located in the middle ) and everyone's rooms are wrapped around it -(very well planned ) all the rooms have shutters and NO CARPET. The food is good and lots to offer off the main menu options . Maintenance problems get addressed quickly .

I would recommend Pacifica to others, and I have. They work hard to make sure your loved one is taken care of. My brother doesn't have long to live, and they do everything they can to keep him comfortable.

When I came into the community to tour there were a group of residents singing with a young lady with an angelic voice. They all seemed so happy and adored her. I signed in for my tour and the receptionist called over [name removed] the Marketing Director. She was the one singing with the residents, as many tours I’ve been on I’ve never see the Marketing Department interacting with the residents besides passing through on tours. This made me feel really confident about bringing my dad here. I could really see she genuinely cared about the seniors and wasn’t just there to sale rooms. She took me to a room to talk and gather my father’s information. I have been so frustrated and overwhelmed by this whole process finding the right place for my dad. During our conversation i embarrassingly broke down crying as I was explaining my dad’s decline. [name removed] was comforting helped me understand this is a hard process not only for dad but for me myself. She was very caring and showed compassion.
