Pacifica treated my mom very well in the few short months she lived there. It is a very nice facility.

I was very impressed with the Knowledge of the tour guide. I will definitely consider this place for my dad if I need to move him. The only thing that would impede me from doing so is the financial situation.

They are wonderful. [name removed] and [name removed] are great. Their CNAs are all very nice and helpful. Plus they communicate with me very well on my mom's ups and downs. They really have taking a load off of me.

I give a rating of 5 for all except quality of care which I give a 4. My reason is that on occasion they are short staffed and they do not attend to my mom in a timely manner. Otherwise my mom enjoys living there. We would recommend this community to other families looking into the community

After speaking to [name removed]and working with [name removed]we were sold. Made the journey painless. [name removed] accommodated our situation and questions so quickly and bent over backwards to ensure our concerns were met. Then the tour was so impressed with how vibrant staff and residents were. Cannot express how grateful and blessed we are that we found West Park Senior Living.

The med-techs and caregivers are amazing. The staff are very kind and capable. Residents seem quite friendly and happy and make friends easily. Its all very clean and lovely and homey. Nightly movies in the theater is a great perk. Scenic drives are wonderful. Father adjusted easily and praises the staff. He's happy and feels at home. We are comforted knowing he's in good care and we visit him often and have gotten to know the staff and residents.

It's a great place! I'm very happy with it! The director has great leadership skills. The staff like working for her so the retention rate for their caregivers is very high. They are great at meeting the different needs of residents. I feel very good about my mother living there.

This is a great place for loved ones. I like the idea that a resident can move from one level of care to the NEXT, Staff is Caring; residents appear happy; good food; good service.

They were very welcoming. The rooms are nice. There is a large enclosed porch great for me AND my kitties. Many people have dogs and cats some two or three . The grounds are pretty. The meals are very good. The activities and transportation very good. Many visiting medical professionals Many mobile vets in area and one across the street

This assisted living place is in the process of updating the paint on the walls and add flooring. The staff took mom and I around and showed us the whole facility. It is a nice place. The rooms are a decent size with many activity choices. We received some muffins for visiting. Thank you for making our visit fun and affordable. Pricing is depended on the needs needed. The residents were very friendly and excited when we walked through the facility.

I have been living here for around six months. This community has made me feel welcome since I came here. I have made good friends and the staff has become like family. The food is good and the porches are nice in the hot summers.

The director, [name removed], is very involved in the care of each resident. I know that my mom is safe and cared for. The staff encourages socializing among the residents and they have activities to keep them all involved.

This facility has three levels of residence. Resident s are friendly and welcoming. The 55+ apartments have just been remodeled. Convince to restaurants and groceries just a block away. Covered parking close to unit.

Was shocked when hospital said my DAD would be discharged that day, could not care for him at home. Sales director was a gift from God - helped us get him into facility next day. Spent hours welcoming US + everything about community + was a great releif.

[name removed] accommodated us at the last minute for a tour of the one bedroom apartment. [name removed] was professional, personable, engaging and thorough. He made us feel comfortable and addressed our questions. All the staff and residents we encountered appeared friendly. The facility is in a quiet neighborhood, which appeared to be very safe. The building is old, but maintained nicely.

Met [name removed] for a tour to check out Pacifica for my mom moving from NY. [name removed] is amazing!! She not only is a wonderful tour guide to tell us all about the facility and what it has to offer, but she practically knows all the residents as well as the stuff. She was kind and gentle to everyone. It was great to see all the residents out and about and talking to each other. It was also very great to see how well the staff communicated with each other and how kind they were. Everyone looked as if they enjoyed their jobs and the residents looked very happy.

The staff is great. I had to move her into memory care because she got diagnosed with Alzheimer's. They did just raise everybody's rent five [fee removed]per month and memory care. They may have good reasons for doing this, but it is difficult to absorb such a large increase. Other than that, I have been very happy with them.

I have had a good experience is the connection with the front desk. The care staff is very cooperative , they help when help is needed. I also enjoy the activities they have for us . I also enjoy the food in the dinning room .
