I am a new resident who has moved in since April , the staff and care staff have been very supportive and friendly, the grounds here at Pacifica are beautiful and well kept . The variety of activities they have are good .

Wonderful tour and meal. Awesome menu choices 7 days a week. The entire facility is being majorly renovated and shows that it will be in excellent condition again soon. The completed portion of the renovation shows that corners are not being cut and that it will be in first class shape. Everyone there, all residents, seems very happy, and we were treated excellently by all of the staff. Their activities schedule is very comprehensive and if you want to, you can be as busy as you care to be continuously.

The staff at Pacifica is great! Everyone is very caring and thoughtfu! Plus, there are activities seven days a week. I feel very comfortable with my mother living here because I know she is getting good care!!

We had a great experience with Pacifica Senior Living Pinehurst. The RN was amazing and really helped us all at the end of my sister in laws life. Based on the experience we have had, we would definitely recommend this community to other families. Thank you so much

My experience with Moms 4 Care has been a life saver. Dementia and the whole process of care 4 a loved one is all consuming. The process has been an eye opening.with the help one has received it seems less daunting then the beginning. I would recommend anyone having to go thru this situation to reach out or b open to the help that they can provide. I really don't know where I'd be mentally or emotionally without their help.

The facility is smaller and is able to give more attention to each resident. The staff know the family members and immediately let us know if dad needs anything. When medical issues come up, they contact us by phone or text as soon as they can.

I would recommend to others, gladly. Place for Mom helped me so much in our family's difficult journey. My Place for Mom advisor has been helping a good friend of mine with her mother's issues. Thank you for your help and support.

This was the most difficult decision I've had to make as an adult child. However, [name removed] and [name removed] were absolutely amazing, walking me through the entire process with great patience and expertise. These two are superb human beings and great advocates for senior care. Thank you for all your help!!

Pacifica is a wonderful place to live. The staff are all caring and loving to all of us. Cottages are nice and clean.

Lovely grounds. Kind and caring staff. Good food. Nice amenities and fun activities . I would highly recommend Monte Vista Village to others looking.

We are blessed to have found such a warm welcoming community for mom to now call her "new: home". The staff is most receptive and accomodating

Everyone there made the admission process easy. [name removed] in Admissions especially and the ADON were thorough and very helpful. The onsite [name removed] Rehab therapy and home care has been exceptional. The room was prepared, clean, and ready on day of arrival. It has been a positive experience.

Well my father lived at Bay Towers at Bixby Knolls there less than a year. He really needed more care so he is living with my sister now but they were very kind and helpful during his stay.

We were here to view your property and there was bingo, happy house, music, and singer [name removed] and we had a wonderful very enjoyable time. Staff is great. Dinner (chicken cordon bleu) excellent.

I brought my mother in law [name removed] in for a tour and loved it. [name removed] was so caring and helpful to our needs. [name removed] assured my mother in law would be in good hands and all Wyndham had to offer for her needs. The residents were kind and the staff was very professional.
