Amazing staff, very kind and compassionate.

Beautiful property; lots of outdoor spaces that are either viewable or accessible coordinator very organized, patient, pleasant and informative and welcoming. Welcoming and inviting clean well laid out room with windows

But in general still way too expensive! These places are must be making a boatload of money. I have recommended A Place for Mom to friends and on social media. I am very thankful for [name removed] who made it seem personal that I find a good match. I wish there was better government help with costs involved as it is outrageous the cost involved

Very clean facility. Staff seem to really care about the residents and take individual needs into consideration. Staff is kind to the family. Security is excellent. The environment is welcoming. The only negative is communication with each individual cottage residents are in. They are great with after hours communication. I highly recommend Pacifica Riverside. They were also extremely kind to us when my dad passed away.

They treat the residents with so much respect and like they are family. And they also provide so much care and support for the resident's family too. [name removed], [name removed]and the care teams truly were amazing at helping us through the journey with my mom. When she had her stroke they were amazing and really helped her and me process through it all until mom passed. They are not the "shiny penny" of facilities. But they are well kept and the residents are truly cared for. Biggest negative was the food. They were struggling through some changes in kitchen staff and menu the last few months before mom passed. Of all the places that we visited they were the only facility that actually took us around and introduced us to many of the residents, as well as almost all of the staff, including the janitors and the cooks. They also introduced us to any family that was there on site The day that we visited. Although other facilities, we had to request to be able to talk to any of the residents or the family. And they didn't introduce us to anybody else that worked there. They don't have as many "fancy" activities as other facilities (I do wish they had a few more things, actual outings vs bus rides only, etc) but the family events were great. I'm very grateful to everyone there. Would and have recommended them.

Our experience at Pacifica Senior Living has been wonderful. The care staff and management are exceptional. They are very compassionate and loving with the residents as well as with the family & friends who visit. I feel like we are all extended family. My late father received excellent care and my mother continues to reside at Pacifica where she is thriving and living her best life with the limitations that come with Dementia/Alzheimer's. The community is kept very clean yet feels cozy and inviting. We are blessed to be part of such a warm community where everyone goes above and beyond. ¡Gracias Pacifica! What an amazing place for seniors I would recommend it for anyone that looking for memory care I came to visit and pray for a friend I was amazed by the staff and everything around me. May God bless this place and everyone that is working here

I had a very positive experience with my tour. The staff appeared knowledgeable and friendly. Resident acknowledged staff and we’re happy to see them. Facility appeared clean. I like the cottage layout, the spacious rooms and the shadow boxes. We received a discount which is a welcome surprise. Thus far, my questions have been answered and I believe this to be the best of all the memory care places I toured and explored for my husband.

We absolutely love Pacifica Senior living for everything from their apartments, their staff, their food and their special events. We’ve been here for 3 months now and any request we’ve had has been accepted and satisfactory. They truly make their residents feel welcome. It’s also a very private place if you wish. The food is pretty darn good and if you love ice cream as much as my father does, it’s then this place is for you. Very safe and a piece of mind for everyone. If you are hesitant in moving to senior living, this place will help with your transition and you will ask yourself why you waited so long. The other residents are friendly and there’s plenty to do.

Highly recommend Pacifica in Riverside! The cottages are very clean, cheerful. The staff throughout the facility have been so caring and kind. It is a home for my mom, because she needs care. Care I could not do by myself 24/7. It was a tough decision, but after touring and meeting staff, I knew this was a place for my mom. There are other residents she can do activities with. It is very social and activities are geared for those with memory issues. The staff is kind and caring. It was an adjustment for my mom and us, but she is getting the care she needs. I know my mom is safe, and cared for, and hopefully she is happy. This disease is HORRIBLE! I wish she could live her life the way most do, but Pacifica has made the transition of what her life is now the best choice. She is being cared for by trained caring people, they specialize in the care my mom needs now. Highly recommend all around! Caregivers AWESOME! Facility BEAUTIFUL! Administrators. Nurses, and all staff Awesome!

I have lived here for the last year staff are all nice take good care of me and other people who live in here.

[name removed] was amazing and extremely helpful! Apartment was very clean and tastefully done. Our mother will enjoy living here. We were impressed by the activities they have to offer. The nursing staff seems very kind and friendly. The maintenance man [name removed] was friendly and outstanding attitude.

The grounds were like a park setting and the surrounding lake and golfing were a plus. I loved the staff and the units were lovely as they are remodeling them including the hallways which are bright and airy. The food was really good and I’m thinking seriously of making pacific my next home

After two years in a nursing home and almost a year ago, my husband came to Pacifica Senior Living Belleair. It was literally a breath of fresh air. Right outside his door, he was able to take walks, sit on the porch or watch the world go by on the picturesque gazebo. Every Friday, Pacifica hosts a singer in the main building where I like to join him for snacks and professional entertainment. Other activities include bus trips, weekly exercise, bingo, word games, art, holiday parties and many more. Best of all is the cottage supervisor and her caregiving team, who provide my husband a loving home away from home. His private room and modern bathroom are always spotless and the meals fresh. I am very happy to recommend Pacifica Senior Living Belleair.

My mom has been here for 11 months and I could honestly say that Pacifica at Spring Valley has truly been a G-d send to my family My mom lost my dad after 55 yrs of a truly blissful marriage and although this devastated our family because of the tremendous loss we were dealing with, Pacifica truly made things somehow okay for Mom.. They treat the patients like they are their family members.. I see it first hand with my own eyes all the time. I'm there a good 5 times a week and when I'm not, my aunts are. We all see how our families are treated here I can start with the smart, beautiful and caring [name removed] who made everything quite easy for us with paperwork and made moving easy and still is always there making sure things run smoothly. [name removed] always around helping too. Next I must recognize the extremely kind and caring staff that are taking care of these very dependent people. The med techs are ALL SOOOOO smart and dependable and most of all very caring humans. No joke. They

5 on all categories . It's not a great experience necessarily, my mom is pretty much bed ridden and Hospice comes to visit a couple times a week. The caregivers are so nice and responsive. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we had

The staff, especially [name removed], have been so terrific! She has made a difficult transition for our family so much easier. Her sense of empathy, humor and attention to detail have helped me navigate the unknown. Clean new apartment with new paint, flooring and bright light windows, with friendly staff and residents. Our family made the best choice in helping my mom transition to assisted living!!!
