My mom has serve dementia and staff always find a way to do one on one activities specific to her needs.

Very satisfied with Pacifica/Peoria. Staff is friendly helpful. Manager is great. Knows everyone and very quick to respond if help is needed. Facility is nice.

My mom had spent seven years in [community removed], and I shelled out approximately $[removed]. They did a terrible job of caring for my mom. It wasn’t until I moved my mom to Sun City Sr Living that I realized my mom was finally in a place where they cared about her. She was in Memory Care. They fixed her hair everyday in cute braids, took pictures of her on outings and texted me, dressed her up in cute clothes and charged half as much. [name removed] is extremely caring. Those were the hits. Now with the misses. They only have one big open room with high ceilings so sounds reverberated to a distracting level. The staff were hit or miss with regard to being available. Sometimes I’d call and couldn’t get anyone to answer when I was trying to get through to my mom. I think they need a designated phone manned at all times. My mother passed after just a month of being there. I wish I had more feedback. But I’m grateful her last month was a pleasant one. Thanks, Sun City Sr Living.

We feel very fortunate to have our mom at Courtyard. The courtyard itself lends such a nice atmosphere. The residents have such a nice outdoor space. The houses are very homey and comfortable. We are most pleased about the staff. They truly care about the residents. We feel so much better knowing she is safe and cared for, which was no longer true at her own home. It's been a difficult transition for her, but everyone is very understanding and patient. She is enjoying and participating in the activities, which we are happy about. Lack of socialization was one of our concerns with her living alone. It means alot knowing she is eating and drinking well, getting her medications, helped with bathing and laundry, and having others around her, rather than being alone. I would certainly recommend Pacifica Courtyard.

The staff are all very nice and helpful. They could improve on the food and the activities from getting more input from the residents.

good food, good maintenance, good friends, lots of activities , a great place to live. everyone is helpful an go out of their way to help or answer questions. the transportation to go places or 2 stores is verygood.

I'm considering moving my mother from Georgia to be closer to family and decided to tour a few places. I was pleasantly surprised by Pacifica and the staff, small cottages with a very home-like feel and an energetic activity leader who was loading residents in the bus to go to Walmart. I felt very welcomed during the tour and feel comfortable sharing Pacifica with my siblings so we can make the best decision for our declining mother.

Pacifica has been an amazing community for out mother. So happy with everyone here.

Been to several places for elder care, and this is better for the best place I've visited the family member is is in excellent care.

We moved out mom here from another local place. The other place was very toxic. This place is worlds better. We love this place.

People at location are always a great help with anything asked they even helped by letting us use a room for her B-day. Amazing staff.

Our visit allowed us to breathe and really think about this difficult decision in a different way. [name removed] was very caring and helpful in covering all areas of concern. Memory care residents seemed comfortable and at ease. It was nice to see them smiling and interacting with staff and other residents

We took a tour led by [name removed]. The moment I walked in I felt welcomed and loved the atmosphere. We were interested in the Studio room and there were two available. The amenities that are included in the price were incredible.

Pleasants surroundings and friendly attitude of employee. Plenty of activities on and off of property.

My experience here has been better than expected. Although not totally fit in yet I am finding this way of living this way of living adequate but different. I could still live open my own with a few aids seen as transportation.

I would say I know a great place if you ever need a place for a family member

My daughter and I met with the director. We were given an overview of thr facility and all of our questions were answered. We were able to see a cottage that was in transition. The property left me with a feeling of peace and tranquility which I haven't felt in previous properties we have visited.
