I liked that when I wrote down questions to ask, they were happy to address all of them. They seem to keep up with the cleaning throughout the day.

The staff was wonderful supporting our family through the transition. There were many places we toured had that "old people" smell. Not Pacifica. Mom loved her caregivers and we appreciated her not having new people care for her everyday. We were surprised that Mom gained weight because she LOVED the meals. Mom was busy every day but could have some quiet time when she wanted/needed it. We were very surprised that this was the least expensive if all the facilities we toured yet it offered more

This facility has a great feel right when you walk in. I was able to get my Dad moved in quickly. The facility is bright and cheery and staff is friendly. A big thank you to A Place For Mom for the help and great communications.

This is a great space overall for my father. Feels more like a home than a facility. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help when needed. The meals are a good time for residents to connect with each other and the staff. The meals are basic but hit all of the marks for health and diversity in texture, taste and temperature. They have activities nearly every day. They also bring the visiting performers around to the bedridden residents. The value for cost is the best in the region. I checked so many. I am grateful for the care staff at Pacifica Newport Mesa for everything.

I am satisfied with the service of the community. I would also insist my friend to do a comparison of other communities to this community.

Pacifica was very clean. The staff is always friendly and care has been good. The meals are fine. My mom doesn't participate in the activities, so not sure about them. The cost is in line with other places.

Our 100 yr old mom has been living in memory care at Pacifica Senior Living since [date removed]. We can't say enough about our outstanding experience with the facility and staff. She's been in the same shared room for 4 years and thriving there. They got her through the whole pandemic with the most excellent care. There does not seem to be any turnover in staff, so we have had tremendous continuity and skill in her care. The facility has been completely renovated since our arrival, and the cost will still beat ANY facility in the area. The admissions staff went above and beyond to get her admitted within only a week in order to meet an insurance deadline that would allow her to be fully covered for in-house medical visits to the facility beginning her first day of residence. After four years, they seamlessly started working with Hospice. She's been kept healthy and busy, and we still enjoy a weekly 2 mile walk with her in the beautiful residential neighborhood around the facility.

Well, I would say most of the people that made me feel comfortable in choosing this were extremely friendly, happy and attentive. But unfortunately, it seems like there's a lot of turnover in this industry and now most of them are gone, so I really didn't know how to answer the question. I'm not saying that the new ones aren't as pleasant and share the same qualities, but the turnover is difficult for the residents and the residence family members.

Very warm from the first day. They really helped me find solutions from testing my mom to getting her to the facility. They had many events that we could participate with my mom in. They really cared for her, nice, clean, doesn't stink, activities, and good food. It seemed like a home environment.

Our activities director planned this outing and it was great. She has planned. Some wonderful activities.

Thank you from the bottom or our hearts for taking care of [name removed] aka [name removed] to us. We know he was as stubborn as can be. But he had a big heart of gold we wont forget what you did for our family. The [name removed] family.

I’ve lived here for quite some time and I have never been happier. I love the restaurant trips and am glad the scenic drives are making a come back. The staff is very warm and welcoming, I always feel seen and heard. The chef makes a good cheeseburger.

I had to move here 4 years ago, and it was the best decision I made. The staff is so caring and supportive. The kitchen needs an overhaul, service is spotty sometimes. Food offered on the menu is often not available, and that’s frustrating. The Menu has changed, and less foods are offered. I like it here, overall. And I am looking forward to living here another 3 years.

The staff are very supportive and professional. They are very family and community-oriented. The rooms are great! Roomie and ours has a great view with a birdfeeder outside the window. The Cupboards, refrigerator and extra sink are a bonus.

Mom is doing very well at her facility. The staff is easy to communicate with and to approach. No bad attitudes to deal with. The front end people are extremely helpful.

My mom stayed at independent living for $[removed]k month, although was recently increased to $[removed]k. can't speak to assisted aide, but independent was great. Staff was available, and [name removed] was a real help through some tough times. Walls are solid can't hear neighbors.

My mother moved in to Courtyard Asst Living a month after my dad passed. She was nervous and unsure. But the staff and community welcomed her and foe the next 6 years they become family. They weren't just family foe mom but me as well.

What we like the most about Pacifica Senior Living is the personal care to all and we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

There is a special energy here. Everyone I've met is really friendly and seems to genuinely care. The atmosphere is welcoming and feels like home.

Very happy with Pacifica Senior Living Oceanside. Everyone is very friendly. My dad has made new friends and he’s very well taken care of. The meals are great. My dad likes to participate in the activities. Would definitely recommend.
