My dad resided at Pacifica and was here for just 2 months. The staff, facility and amenities are very nice. We decided to move him to Texas because it’s $[removed]k cheaper but besides that we would’ve stayed longer.

I needed to move my mom into Meridian at Stone Creek while also dealing with my stepdad being in and out of the hospital and nursing facilities at the same time. [name removed] worked with us through the application and move-in process. She is incredible and truly made the process as easy as it could have been. She went above and beyond more than a few times making it possible for my mom to move in with the least amount of effort and in a very short time frame. Her apartment is very nice, very accommodating, and very comfortable. The common dining room and lobby have a beautiful and inviting atmosphere with a wonderful fireplace. It feels like an elegant hotel lobby. Thank you to [name removed] for all her efforts and help!

Very good. A few minor problems, but generally very satisfied. I am living here with my wife who has memory issues. I get a lot of support from in-house staff. It makes my life a lot easier. They do many things I can no longer do.

We moved my Aunt in a couple of months ago, and it’s perfect for her. The grounds here are beautiful and her apt a 1 bedroom , is very nice and roomy. Everyone is very friendly who live here, and they have my Aunt feeling right at home. This move has been good for her in so many ways. Though me or her other 2 sisters, would see her several times a week, where she was living was very isolated. Not anymore, this community is very encompassing, and has made her feel right at home. Meal times are great for socializing, and she does attend happy hour. Due to her eyesight issues, she can’t really participate in most of the other activities. The one complaint she expresses, is the food. Of course it’s hard to feed that many people, without complaints. Her biggest is the food is cold by the time they serve her. As for quality & taste, sometimes she does not like something, but that is going to happen, and overall, the food is fine. The best part for me, is I know she is happy and cared for.

Mom constantly complained about food and service. She took food in her room and would say, I'll eat whenever it gets here. We picked this community because of the location, easy access from Freeway. We then looked for cleanliness of the facility. The price/cost was considered. We also like that she wouldn't have to move once got to hospice care.

[name removed] has been a tremendous help with the transition to [name removed] new address. she has been incredibly supportive with everything he needs, additional, the front desk team, including {names removed] and the rest of the team whose names I am still in the process of learning. I have all been fantastic.

We toured this amazing building with [name removed]. I couldn’t believe what a great facility- clean, inviting, staff is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was incredibly comfortable- I felt I was home. The apartments are thoughtfully laid out. I couldn’t get over how incredibly clean the entire building- loved the art work, the homey touches everywhere. [name removed] has been so wonderful to work over the few weeks, I had many questions, all of which he answer in a very professional and timely manner. He has absolutely been a joy to work with. As someone who has managed employees for over 20 years- he is a great asset to your company and facility. We are very active retirees who could absolutely see ourselves living here. Thank you [name removed] and [name removed] for being there today!!!!!

When looking for a place for a love one is hard. Finding a place like Pacifica and someone kind and understanding like [name removed] makes it so much easier to manage excellent care. Love it.

I had a wonderful tour with [name removed]. She was truly amazing and made me feel so at ease with finding an apartment for my mom.

[name removed] has been extremely friendly and helpful not to mention accommodating us with 2 tours. The facility gives a warm at home feeling, not like retirement facility. Everyone is so happy here and we are excited to be part of it.

I can’t say enough positive things about this memory care facility! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well maintained everything is. The care staff is truely outstanding - compassionate, patient, and always attentive to the needs of residents. Leadership is equally impressive, creating an environment where communication is open and every concern or question is addressed promptly. The food here is fantastic. Fresh nutritious and thoughtfully prepared to meet the needs of the residence. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making meal time’s enjoyable. On top of that, the activities they offer are engaging and meaningful, designed to keep residents mentally and physically active creating a sense of community. It’s a relief to know our loved one is in a place where they’re genuinely cared for and thrive. If you’re looking for a memory care facility that goes above and beyond, this is the one.

My dad was at Pacifica for almost 6 months and had a great experience. He has since moved out. During his stay there, they were very patient and accommodating with his needs.

From what I saw and experienced. the staff, facility, was all great. My mom liked everyone, and I did too!

The amount of care and respect for the residents at Pacifica Spring Valley is amazing. The Care staff are attentive and kind. The activities program is full of fun and diverse activities for every level of residents needs.

It makes me so happy to see my Mom feel at home. It felt like a good fit for Mom. [name removed] was wonderful

Chesapeake Place was great for my dad. He did well there. He was treated with kindness and respect by all staff members. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The price is a little steep but then again most memory care facilities are quite expensive.

The staff are great. They're very friendly, professional and helpful. The private room as well as the bathroom is a good size (smart TV included but streaming services not included). The facility is clean and offer activities throughout the day, which is great in keeping the clients busy. The facility also has a visiting room w/ TV, an outdoor patio, and a beauty salon. The clients can roam around the facility with minimal restrictions allowing them to socialize among each other. It's great place for yor love ones.
