Staff at this facility are very friendly and care for outside agencies and the pts family. You can truly tell they love what they do.

This really is a good "place for mom". It is clean, bright, and cheery. It is an excellent community. Room size is just right for my mom. Many great amenities offered. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We live 75 miles away and if there is anything they think we would like to know we get a call. A couple of times [name removed] was having trouble with her phone and one of the staff made the call to us on [name removed]'s phone. The nice part about that was we were able to talk to the staff member and [name removed] at the same time. Very nice people to work with.

The facility has the feel of an historic hotel but with nicely updated living units. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Residents are also friendly. They offer several types of living units. I’m in a two bedroom unit that accommodates me very well. Of course Pacific Grove is a very nice community with excellent climate.

The intimacy of this community because of this cottage layout and beautiful fenced grounds. The care and caring of staff provides a terrific environment for Memory Care.

The staff at Pacifica are caring. The residents are placed in cottages. The resident to staff ratio offers a lot of individual attention. There are nurses on site who know each resident and their personal needs. Each room is furnished. You don't need to move in furniture! Pacifica provides you the option to sign up with one of their doctors. You don't need to order prescriptions or take your resident to doctor visits! It's the perfect fit!

[name removed] gave a wonderful tour, friendly and knowledgeable. The grounds are beautiful, well maintained. The cottage style living seems like a refreshing way to spend your days and the assigned staff and cohabitants appear to offer a tight, consistent family feel. Loved the concept of this type community. Well worth the visit to get a non-typical assisted living experience.

The dress in a very dignified style. That adds a touch of elegance to the community. [name removed] is friendly! [name removed]

Mom is very happy at Pacifica Senior Living. She likes her room, the food, the staff and activities. I gave 4 on quality of care because Mom has lymphatic issues with her lower legs and feet and they don't always put the compression socks on. Once this issue is under control I would go to 5 on quality of care. It is very much like home. Each compound contains 2 cottages. The residents are able to move around side in a very nice shady green space or sit outside on the veranda. Each compound is gated with an electronic key pad that only the staff has the number to so there is no need for a resident to have an ankle or wrist monitor. Mom is very happy here and calls it home

The staff and residents are helpful and friendly. They allow you to feel at home. The food looks good and they accommodate special diets. I must admit I was impressed when I toured the facility. The staff seems interested in the residents, who seem content.

Mom has reside at Pacifica for 3 years and we love it. Staff care and friendly. Communication with nursing is excellent. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with A Place for Mom. Victoria Court was the first place I went to see, I knew my cousin, [name removed] would be happy there. Everyone at Victoria Court is wonderful. Very helpful, very kind and always pleasant. We take my cousin out to lunch once a week and she goes back and never hesitate to want to go back. My cousin [name removed] has Aphasia and Dementia. Thank you for everything.

My mother has lived here 5 1/2 years. She tells me how much she loves it here. How much the staff care about the residents. Momma gas been more healthy since being traveling with a wheel chair is difficult for both of us. Momma says she wishes she would have lived here years ago. We thank Pacifica for the excellent care given to momma.

Everyone here, staff and residence are very friendly. Staff is wonderful. They will stop what they're doing and take care of you and they always do what you ask them. They have exercises chair and pool. They have bingo cards and special events. They have happy hour every Wednesday, and on special occasions, they have entertainment. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

All 7 categories rate 5+. The best thing; Mom likes the place. The Activities director is exceptional.
