Clean facity and good staff
The facility has good menu good options. Having nurse on site was a difference maker. [name removed] seems like a top notch nurse! Staff is very friendly to residents and visitors. [name removed] is very helpful for new residents acclimating to a new environment. [name removed]was helpful in making the right connections to potential places.

Stupendous experience.
The faculty was outstanding. Everyone was so attentive and welcoming! Especially the activity’s department, the activities director was extremely spirited and had everyone wanting to participate. Highly recommend.

Visiting family friend
This community is so nice and welcoming. As soon as i walked through the door you could tell this a loving, warm place for its residents. The Activities Director had the entire group of seniors engaged in a fun activity. And everyone looked happy. I am so glad my friend is here!

From my first meeting with the Community Relations Director through my husband’s now 32 days in his new home, I have nothing but the highest regard for every person I have dealt with. The entire staff are compassionate, caring (not only for our loved ones, but the families as well), and truly have the best interest at heart for each resident. The Activities Director is amazing … she takes a personal interest in each resident. The caregivers quickly learn the likes and dislikes of each resident under their care and are very good about communicating with the family. They truly treat the residents as family; it’s very heartwarming.

During my tour I was very impressed. Many residents were out and about, talking and interacting. The staff appeared to be very interactive and caring. Definitely considering this as a placement for my mom.

Re-entry
Our mom was removed from Pacifica to live with my sister due to some financial issues but due to some illness and injury as the caregivers, my sister needed to have her return to Pacifica. The return was made easier due to the support we got.
