Pacifica Senior Living

Staff there has been very responsive to anything I ask of them and they were great with my family when my mom passed away. They have helped me look after my stepdad and helped him transition through all of these changes in his life. We had about 3 we were seriously considering. One was quite a bit more expensive and my mom and stepdad are very conservative. we didn't feel like the extra cost would be warranted. The other place was further away from my husband and I. As my mom was so ill, I needed to be as close as possible.

The sales manager assisted with all tour of the beautiful senior living. Cleanliness, happy staff, happy residents and beautiful decor.

The sales coordinator, [name removed] who gave the tour was kind, patient, thorough, and empathetic. [name removed] was also very open to questions and addressed them.

Best decision to place mom here. Love the location and the facilities. The activities are fun and plentiful and the food is good. The staff is attentive and very friendly. Place is clean and feels very welcoming. You can tell the residents are well taken care off and when we visit they also converse with us.

My husband has been living at Pacifica Senior living for the past two months. I am very impressed with the professional and friendly staff at the facility and the prompt response from the care workers. My husband feels welcomed - respected and appreciates how kind and understanding the staff are.

[name removed] in reception made every effort to accommodate our small window of time to visit on short notice. We had individual attention from Tammy the Director she answered all our questions then we enjoyed a special brunch for 3! Everything is updated or in the process , clean & delicious food & lovely accommodations . This is facility is warm & pleasant more reasonably priced then other facilities nearby. I recommend & would consider this facility as a place for my mom.

[name removed] and other staff members were very nice and polite. [name removed] went out of her way to get me the correct resources for my needs.

Sales director was amazing. Very informative. The location is wonderful and clean.

In regards to the mental care side I love the daily staff they are wonderful and cheery with attention to detail. My least favorite thing is that it feels a bit dated although it's very clean. I would recommend Pacifica, I enjoy the friendly staff. My mother likes the food options, and the activities offered.

I love it here. The only issue I have with Pacifica is... their accounting office makes mistakes and takes too long to fix them. I recommend this community.

We love this place & when I get to the point of needing assistance I want to come here.

I'm amazed that the staff are so accommodating with residents, and that the staff seems to know each individual, which room they're in, and which meds they need, etc. I know serving seniors makes it difficult, little things like sprigs of parsley would help visual appeal. That would help both hot meals and to-go selections. I think I need to upgrade my response to Activities. There are more parties, games, etc than I remembered. And many rooms have sort of personal identification of the resident, beyond name plate. I think that is one of best things for residents' mental and emotional well-being.

The cousin of the resident ([name removed]). After a year of struggle to get my cousin out of her home which is debt ridden I was able to sell her home. Now what? A Place for Mom comes to mind hence [names removed] Pacifica will now be able to provide what is necessary.

My mom has lived here for two years. Iam so happy with the care my mom gets. Her caregiver keeps me up to date on her health and issues. The activities they do on a daily bases in the common area really keeping my mom active and engaged. I am so happy to have found this place

It was nice and clean but she didn't care for the food. The pizza was horrible.

[names removed] all really care about all the individuals that live here. I choose this place for mom because of them. The level of care, the cleanliness, the care they even give to the family member making tough decisions to help find a wonderful place for a senior to live. I can’t say enough that all the staff care about each senior that comes to live here. I would give 10 plus stars if I could. The genuine care they give is why I even sent thank you gifts to them. The place is wonderful and I am so happy my mom is being taking care of in a place I know she will be safe and clean.

They were always helpful and showed a lot of compassion to those staying there. They always called me if there were any concerns. My husband shared a room with another person. The rooms were a good size that met their needs.

The staff is very friendly and seem to take good care of the patients. The food always looks good. I would definitely recommend Sun City Senior Living to anyone looking for care for a loved one.
