I feel safe. I wouldn't be here 10+ years. Staff tries to make it beautiful and does just that.

It would be hard to overstate how impressed I am with the facility and the staff. Everyone is professional, friendly, and demonstrates a willingness to make residents comfortable. The marketing director has been particularly helpful and ma de a difficult move easier and more comfortable. The residents care director is very knowledgeable and responsive which gives me a high level off confidence that my daughter will be properly cared for. I would highly recommend Pacifica to anyone.

[name removed] and Monte Vista Village made the whole move in process very easy and all was handled great for my father. He enjoys the walking paths and his meals and his studio. Thank you for everything.

Everything was amazing

My name is [name removed] and I’m a friend of [name removed]. When her mother, [name removed], and I were looking for a place for [name removed] we met [name removed] and toured the facility. It’s clean, well-kept and friendly. [name removed] met with us numerous times and always addressed our questions and concerns in a friendly, professional manner. [name removed] and I have visited [name removed] in her spacious room and for lunch. In [name removed] words “Everybody is so friendly here and I really like the variety of delicious food.” We won’t hesitate to recommend Pacifica to others.

Very friendly staff.

The tour was very informative. I had use the bathroom Next to the reception area. The bathroom was not clean and it was very narrow. I could not drive into it with in my W/C so I really had to be careful as far as safety.. the apartments were very nice all level ground and each apartments. Landscaping was beautiful with lovely flowers and the surrounding scenic tropical atmosphere. Activity menu can keep you quite busy if you’d like to be. As far as the meals, I did not really sample any meal. I met a few of the residents, which is very nice. They seem to be very friendly. And I do plan to become a resident at Monte Vista Village .

Our loved one is a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Ocala. We have been very pleased. We are now confident that our questions and ideas are followed up in a timely and caring manner! Every department has been helpful and provides good communication, including nursing, front desk, maintenance and [name removed], our initial point of contact. There is a good team approach. Open to feedback, if something comes up. Our family member gets frustrated with the tv and remote control and they have been supportive multiple times per day. They even took the initiative to lead the process to apply for Veteran's benefits to save money. Pacifica provides us with a peace of mind that the previous facility did not. This is especially important since family is not local. We would recommend them to others.

This place is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and spotless, the staff is wonderful and the overall atmosphere is heavenly. I feel my mother is extremely safe and well taken care of here and we recommend this place to anyone with elderly relatives in need of senior living.

I come to visit my aunt on occasion and each time I’m blown away by the care the staff gives to each and every resident. Right when I walk in, they welcome me warmly and despite the fact that they have many residents they manage to know exactly who I am coming to visit. Golden hearts work here. This is a special place

My brother is now in a safe and caring environment and I can go to sleep at night knowing he’s getting the care he needs while retaining his dignity as he battles dementia. Pacifica Assisted Living is an incredible place with an outstanding and caring staff and I found it thanks to A Place For Mom. After a disastrous stay in another facility where my brother was taken to the Emergency Room after only his third day due to a fall in his room, I truly appreciate the value of the care the Pacific’s staff provide. They are a wonderful group of people and make all the difference quality of the care my brother receives in his new home.

Extremely professional and just so knowledgeable about senior living!

All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Addresses any concerns or issues that I may have. Caregivers are attentive to my mothers needs and patient with her when she can be difficult. The activity director is extremely engaging with all the residents and always puts a smile on my mothers face.

It is hard to decide that your parent needs someone else's help and care. West Park team was very helpful in transition and it felt good to see that we didn't make a mistake. They are perfect fit for what our senior needs. Thank you [name removed] and [name removed] for everything you did for us.

Legacies has been an experience in our time of need the most professional,compassionate, and helpful in every aspect beyond expectation. The care and concern they gave us was more like dealing with family opposed to just another business. My dad received the best the care and attention from the entire staff. From the receptionist to maintenance we always felt at home and completely at ease. I highly recommend this facility to all in need of a memory care for their loved one
