Pacifica Senior Living

I haven't been there when they have meals so, I cannot speak to the food. The housekeeping is pretty good, it's a clean facility. The move in process was very easy and they were accommodating. Communication with the family could be a little better, as well as onboarding/billing could be improved. As far as recommending the facility, it really does depend on what and level of care a family is looking for.

I like the location. The staff is nice but communication could be better. They need to improve on their staffing at night. Better response time when the button is pushed for your care taker. I think there needs to be a common area on the first floor with a TV so that the residents can get together and watch shows, sports. The activity director needs to be around after dinner as well.

Very helpful and accommodating. We picked this community because it was exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend to others.

At this time my husband and I are not in need of assisted care - independent living. Meals/Dining - Breakfast is mostly scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon with different types of bread (not our favorite). Alternates are available, but it takes a little time to order and receive. We usually just order oatmeal, which is always readily available (we bring our own brown sugar and raisins, which are not provided). Lunches and dinners are usually very tasty. There are alternates, too, sandwiches, salads, burgers, or hotdogs. Fries are stated in the menu, but never available. Also, although it is supposed to be open seating, there are residents that get quite aggressive about their favorite seats/tables, and make it very uncomfortable for any "offenders". Activities - Although this community serves independent, assisted, and memory residents, their activities are generally geared toward people with limited mobility. Value for Cost. - I love living in our "cottage"! With 4 bedrooms I have more room than I've ever had!

What we like the most about the Pacifica Senior Living community is the staff members. The staff team there are friendly and responsive. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families

For cost of services...would have expected a nurse on staff and not just med techs. Hospice Nurses increased visits. Overall experience has been better after the first few weeks. The quality of care -- started off with issues that had to be resolved. For the value for cost - it is overpriced for services. The staff was kind and caring. Our initial issues were related to not assisting with drinking fluids and giving open cups that were too large and awkward. She wasn't getting assistance with eating and team didn't seem to differentiate her from their long-term dementia care patients. The management team had promised a television and took over two weeks with pressure to make that right. My Mom was left without any distractions. By the end, I had stayed morning to night and able to see good care and attention being given.

My loved one is currently a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Riverside and everything has been going very well for him at this facility so far. The staff are good. The cleanliness and friendliness are very good. The care services, activities, meals and value for cost are also good. My only complaint would be that it's hard to reach someone every time you call to check on your loved one. Otherwise, things have been going really well.

people here are very good. They answer questions and do their job to the best of their ability! From the front desk to the activities!

the residents in general are happy, cheerful group who love to get out and enjoy life. We have 2 bus which takes us out to the parks and restaurant's. My wife and I have enjoyed our decade here.

The staff has been awesome. They promptly call or text me when there has occurred an event I should or need to know about. The food service has been great. The facility has a very homey feel, a comfort to our Mother. The facility and staff suit our Mom very well.

For the activities - they could have more for higher functioning residents - higher functioning both mentally and physically. If we could give the value for cost a 10, we would! The Pacifica Senior Living community is peaceful, quite, kind and the staff have been great. It is a beautiful campus

My loved one is currently a resident at Meridian at Westwood and overall her experience at this facility has been pretty good so far. The cleanliness is great, the facility is always clean. All in all, this facility is about average. The medical staff is marginal. The nurse never completes paperwork or requests. The friendliness and the meals are good. The care services and value for cost are okay.

What our family likes the most about the community is the location, the room, medical care. What our family dislikes is hard to say. My father is there and doesn't want to be, so he complains about everything. Since this is my first experience with memory care it is hard to judge. Generally it is a fine place clean, good food, it provide good care. I would not consider it outstanding .

You offer a wonderful service!I looked at 2 homes. I chose this one over the other because it suited [name removed] better. The other was located next to a very busy road that felt unsafe to access. The community areas were noisy. In addition there was very little outdoor space and what there was, was paved and unpleasant. The memory care room was very small for a single unit as well. The staff was very nice though.

We were pleased with what we saw when we toured Pacifica in Ft Myers. We like "the feel" of the cozy cottages and the family style dinner gathering around the table. It seems pleasant and hope it may be a fit for our dear family member.

There were a few hiccups in the beginning. Community needs to clarify what will be washed on laundry day. I finally got clarity. Overall it's good but kitchen staff left dinner trays by residents doors for 2 days.

Everyone at the Tampa Gardens community is very friendly! When it comes to the acre services, some times the pull cords in the room don't work. My mom enjoys the food that is served there. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Meridian is right across the street from Fort Walton Beach hospital and most of the doctors are on the same street. It is so convenient. They provide a driver during the week to get people to their appointments. My mom has been well taken care of here. I knew right away that my mom would thrive here. Lots of activities and very inviting atmosphere. They are currently doing renovation. She has a church within 3 miles and has friends picking her up to take her. She also started a Bible study at this facility. The staff is very friendly. I am currently visiting her right now. She's made a lot of friends.

We have not been at Meridian at Lantana community long enough for a comprehensive rating, but so far so god.

They are nice people, not perfect but have no hesitation on recommending them or leaving my parents there.The people there are super nice!. I eaten there one day and I liked it...my loved one complains of everything, but of course but that is another issue.
