My sister is very happy at this community. I would recommend Courtyard. My sister is always telling me that she is happy. The staff are ok, and recently went through a change of nurses.

I have to commend the Staff at Atria-Sterling VA. They truly care for our loved one like they were their own. [name removed] ,the Activities Director has stepped up to the challenge of COVID restrictions and came up with some creative activities to keep people stimulated. It’s comforting to know they care about the people living there and the staff will go out of their way to help each other as well as the individuals living there.

This is a really nice community, the dining room and apartments really stood out to us. Our loved one is in the memory care unit, which is still super good. Our loved ones room is okay, it is a little on the small side. During the pandemic they have done a really good job with the residents. When our loved one first moved in, we set him up, but some of his items like the TV remote, clothes and bedding would go missing. Some of it might of been our issue with not marking things, but we just don't know. We have been able to keep our loved one set up okay during the time, and for the money in this area it is a pretty good value. Our loved one is genuinely happy with the food, he says it tastes okay and he gets a dessert with every meal which is important. We recently did a video doctors appointment with him and the staff reported to the doctor that he has been eating all of his meals so we know he is being fed well.

Atria RP, is the best place in the world for mom. The staff is professional, smart & very caring. We have never worried about mom’s care since day one. Everything from housekeep, meals & activities are top notch. Throughout COVID they have worked very hard with new guidelines & solutions within those difficult perimeters to keep mom healthy & safe. They have also done so while treating her with love & respect. Thanks go to [name removed], she is amazing!

Lucky for my Mom and I that a place like Atria Encinitas is so close to my home. The room she picked is above the courtyard with a balcony. The pricing was surprisingly affordable considering all the care, food, and activities that are offered. The true test for Atria came when Covid19 struck and the staff geared up and took precautions to protect their vulnerable residents. It is easy to be excellent in good times, but in challenging times, the bar was raised and the management led the staff to new levels of providing excellent care. Meals were hand delivered to each room with smiles and jokes. The activities director found ways to celebrate each day and the masked staff dressed up and knocked on doors to keep loneness and social isolation at bay. They celebrated National Guacamole day, Wild west day, Casino Royale day. It didn't matter what the theme, the staff danced and smiled their way into the hearts of the residents. My mother had been living at Atria for a year and 1/2. My grandmother lived there in the 90's and lived to just over 100 yers old. We are thankful that we have such a perfect place for my Mother to live.

On my third year at Atria. I like being here among friends than being at home alone. It's a safe, active and happy experience. Atria is taking very good care of us during the pandemic. Activities are beginning to open up and that's a good thing for us. Care Givers, MTechs, Waitstaff and the maintenance and cleaning crew continue to do a great job.

We chose Meridian at Westwood because it was close to my house so we could visit often. She had a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it was very nice and big. The food here was decent, they had breakfast lunch and dinner served down at the dining room before covid. Then they had to send food up in a styrofoam container. We ended up moving her out due to not being able to visit her.

My Aunt lived in this community. She was welled taken care of. The staff was very professional and caring. It was nice being greeted with a smile during visits. I was touched by what was said regarding the emotions displayed in my aunt's passing from the staff. Knowing my aunt, I feel that she touched a lot of the workers that took care of her. She, more than likely kept them on there toes with her sense of humor and feisty behavior. So, THANK YOU for the love you showed her.

My Mom is currently at Atria on the Alzheimer’s floor. The staff is wonderful! Very attentive to her and her needs and very very friendly. Due to COVID is has been difficult to visit in person but recently they have allowed my siblings and I to visit with my mom on the patio. She loves it and the staff is very helpful in bringing her out to the patio and helping her back to her room when our visit is over. I am very happy with the staff at Atria Burlingame.

We haven't been there since COVID, but when we were able to visit this community was kept clean. They had a singing choir at this community which our loved one really enjoyed. They had games and guest speakers. They had musicians come in and perform, as well as exercise classes. We really liked how this community was bright and cheery looking, and it didn't have any weird smells. The food at this community is really good our loved one enjoys the food there. The only thing we had a problem with lately is the communication. They have changed nurses and at first the nurse was calling us every week during COVID to give us updates, and then every other week, and now she has stopped calling. We would just like for the communication to be improved a little bit

During this pandemic, the staff at Pacifica Vista has finally found a balance between keeping everyone safe, and allowing friends and family quality visit time. I can’t thank them enough for doing so much for the seniors living there.

Excellent, compassionate care, as far as I have been able to observe. Food is good. People are friendly.

We were very happy with the staff. They were both friendly and accommodating Their administrative side was pretty disorganized. but the facilities side , amenities, apartments were all very good. I would recommend this community to other families. We chose this community because it was in an excellent location.

We don't like the staff turnover. I am concerned that the staff are over worked and underpaid and I am concerned that with all of the money we are paying goes that it is not going caregivers that do all of the hard work. It is a good place for the elderly. They do the best that they can there. We visited other places and we chose this one because is was homelike, we liked the cottages, and it was not too big and too overwhelming for the residents, The food is good with variety.

In general, the cleanliness at Pacifica is great. The resident's rooms could, however, use more frequent cleaning. This community is laid out in a cottage style, which means fewer interactions, which is great for my mother. We love the layout of this community. The care seems to be 1:1, which tends to be a little low for the needs of the residents. My mother does not participate in many activities, but they are always available if she should want to. This community is very reasonably priced considering the level of care provided. The way they have their care pricing structured is very well done as well. We are very happy with the service here and would definitely recommend to others looking for senior living options for their loved ones!

I am really happy with Pacifica in Hemet thus far. The staff are engaged with what they are doing and are caring and really seem to enjoy their job. The cottages are clean and nicely furnished. I like the cottage theme because they are cozy and my mom doesn't get lost in a large building. They treat her well.

I love this place..You guys are taking such great care of my mom. I have had no worries,I love the pictures you send ..I love the card and picture you sent..and face timing to make sure they are doing good..Is a great idea. Thank you ALL so much for taking care of our loved ones during this difficult time .It has been one less worry ..

It is a difficult time now since they have had to cut the activities due to the quarantine. My mom has hearing problems which we finally got addressed so we are hoping when get back to normal she can meet some other residents. She is rather lonely now. They have smaller portions which my mom likes, but she is not a big fan of the food. They are doing there best. They have a very friendly staff very accommodating. It is nice that they have physical therapy right there in the building. They are very reliable, I don't need to worry that she is being well cared for.

[Name removed] says that he is perfectly comfortable at Pacifica. He likes the quiet and the margaritas are very good.

I Feel so Blessed we found Pacifica Senior Living in Riverside for my Aunt. I never worry about her. The staff are fantastic and always responsive in keeping me informed on how she is doing day to day.
