The fireplace in the common areas! Was a plus! The apartments are large to fit my furniture. The people here are friendly and helpful. This was more like a home !

My relative isn't thrilled with the food and dining room service at this time. Staff is awesome...everything from reception to health coordinator, housekeeping, etc. Plus I notice they are able to handle "difficult" tenants professionally and with compassion. Its a hard job, but they do it well. Also I like being able to pay the bill through their website.

The residents are nice and seems genuinely happy. The staff is good and very helpful. The apartment is large and larger than others we viewed at other places and is a good size for my mom. I had some issues setting up auto payment so much that I can cancelled it. Their were helpful with that as well.

I enjoyed visiting the Ridge. It is a nice place in a good location. I am seriously considering it as I begin my research on where to move. Thank you for a very good and helpful visit.

The experience with the caregivers was a 5! Everyone within the facility was wonderful to work with!

The staff is very nice. They do have fun activities for the tenants. I have not eaten there but from what I've seen the food looks good. Her apartment is clean and well kept.

They have all been very friendly. My one complaint is that when I tried to call at around 11pm to have someone check on my dad no one answered and it is supposed to be 24 hours.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a thoughtful welcome gift provided along with a schedule of events. Staff checked on my mother daily without fail. The residents were kind. However the apartment needed updating. The furniture was old and scratched up. The shower looked like it was patched together. The layout of the bathroom did not support independence as it was necessary to enter into the tub where the toilet was located in order not to get wet after turning on the shower. The rooms were a good size and the layout offered a cozy and homey environment.

Most of the staff has been very friendly and helpful. The laundry facilities leave much to be desired, but they are renovating so hopefully that will change. My apartment is a good size. Fairly large compared to others I saw. Just right for me. The reason I picked this place was because I could afford it. I haven't had a meal here yet, so can't comment on the food. The residents are very friendly.

Parking is difficult to find. Hallways are not the best looking. So far everyone has been great. Care services is a 3 only because we haven't had to use any care yet. We had some communication issues at first. The food is okay. Nothing amazing. Our loved one doesn't participate so I'm not sure. It is cheaper than most places, but it's not as updated. Overall, I recommend touring to see if it meets what they're looking for

Please be mindful if the facility is furnishing the common area of a two bedroom, it will not even closely resemble the model. The facility overall is very clean and very nice.

Property needs renovations and a better cleaning staff. They have a great home health company called Apex that services there and he needs 24hr care for recovery. Probably not a permanent stay due to the cleanliness issues and food. I spoke to many residents in my visits and reviews of the facility were mixed. They are really friendly but the property needs care.

That the residents can move freely around & between the Cottages in their "pod". Getting fresh air and being outside is very therapeutic. The improvements seem to be underway. Better lighting, updated (lighter and easier to clean) floors. Overall freshening as displayed by the recent grand opening of The Cottages. I often experience unpleasant smells when I visit. Hoping that will improve too.

Staff is great. All very very friendly. Two of the nurses are so sweet too. The receptionist(s) are always so helpful. Facilities: we (his family) really like it here. Vey clean, modern and easy to park. Love the park across the street!

Love the management. [name removed] is a great leader. [name removed] is good at his job as well. Only drawback has been the food, and nursing care. It was my understanding he would have help with bandages etc. [name removed] has told me they are not allowed to help with dressings of any kind. He is at level care 5. Paying for the most assistance at the facility. Sooo that said we are disappointed that it wasn't made clear what care needs they offer. They knew from his assessment that he needed wound care, toileting, showering etc. Overall there is no utopia!

The tour that I and my daughter had was thorough enough for me to make a decision about this being included in my favorites for my future. I looked at two independent living apartments. The first was not suitable with very high cabinets in the kitchen. The second was more appropriate. Pricing was excellent but I did not see any other independent living residents while I was there. I guess most were working. My final decision was greatly influenced by the lack of gardens. I could not see myself looking out the window on a parking lot for future years. Also, the hallways were dingy and the carpet needed replacing but I was told painting was planned.

Very nice and friendly staff, seem to care about their residence. Safety is a priority for them, my dad has had a few minor falls and they were quick and effective responding. Slightly older population, so maybe better for those 70-75+ rather than younger socially speaking

Has been a good experience. We have hired an additional aid to help during the day so that she does not get overlooked. Overall it has been good! We would recommend, very nice facility!

Very friendly and helpful staff, but not enough people for the amount of memory care patients.

This is only MY rating. I had some early problems that never got solved. It was Corporate problems. I was happy to leave, and wouldn't go back.
