I think care and staff are super important. Riverside wasn't the newest place around, but the staff (office and nursing) provided great care and did all they could during a difficult time. And, there were very stable. Many places I visited had high turnover in office staff and management. Riverside did not.

This is the third place I toured in Menifee and I found Menifee Senior Center surprisingly affordable and accommodating. I didn't think it would be affordable because of all the amenities and how nice the facilities looked. The tour guide was patient as I tried to understand how rooms were priced and what would be a good fit for my Mom. This is a real possibility.

Good lots of activities for the residents. Bad residents have to take their trash to bins downstairs, outside. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pleasant Campos with easy outdoor access, making it feel less institutionalized. Very helpful and informative tour unfortunately it is not affordable for my mother since it is private pay and her only income is Social Security.. Even the studios that are too small and lack a kitchenette, are too much, and the monthly rental cost does not reflect all the various add-ons, some of which are essential. I appreciate the opportunity to tour the facility, but it won’t work for us.

I absolutely fell in love with the facility. My dad is receiving the best care. I have told a few friends to look into it for their parents.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and the apartment has been updated and is nice. The food is not great and they seem to run out of things that are on the menu quite frequently.

Overall experience was good. Staff was very friendly. There were plenty of activities scheduled throughout the day. Food options were tasty. There was only soda or water offered during lunch. Room size was good and the rooms were clean. The only concern I had was that I was never asked to identify myself at the front desk, just had to sign in and then was let into the facility. [name removed], the Director of the facility was amazing and quickly responded to all my inquiries, very good communication and took good care of us.

The facility has a very homey feel, warm, comforting. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I liked that we saw both assisted living accommodations and independent living arrangements as well. My husband, daughter and I will need to visit other facilities as well and make comparisons. The tour was very thorough and we saw the whole facility.

I moved in here a little over a week ago and so far I’ve been surprised how friendly the staff is how clean and maintain the rooms and how good the food is I highly would recommend this place to someone that’s looking for a competitive place

Clean, quiet, and respectful place.

Not a bad place. Too expensive. A lot of seniors would like to go but can't afford to. I was there two or three months and moved out.

[name removed] was very thorough in sharing about the amenities at Meridian at Anaheim Hills, Anaheim. She showed me two apartments as well as libraries, places to get snacks ie cookies and coffee in the afternoon, different venues for the wide variety of programs, etc. I enjoyed the experience and will continue to keep it on my primary list.

APFM found it for me! It was PERFECT for my friend who resided there! The warm staff, the beautiful structure, interior, & garden! The rates-very competitive! I would HIGHLY recommend PGSL for anyone looking for a retirement or assisted living facility- First Rate!!

The guide was professional and gracious. She took me through the facility with complete patience to my many questions. I also received a folder with detailed information of everything that she talked about. I’m still able bodied and will remain in my home until I see that I can no longer maintain the upkeep. Also, I am still looking into various other senior housing alternatives.

I was very pleased with the very caring staff of this facility. And when I visited the facility for my mother-in-law, the decor was homey and perhaps a little updated, but very comfortable and the colors were warm and inviting. Someone thought that a remodel was needed and cooling the colors down to gray and white was somehow more modern. Well, it may have been modern, but it was very cold and uninviting in my opinion.

This was the first tour we did of assisted living facilities. It was a Saturday so it was relatively quiet. It was clean and festive for the holidays where some residents decorated their doors. The residents appeared happy and the staff was greeting them as we went by. The price is in range and we’ll see how it ranks after visiting a few other facilities

I have made many new friends and enjoyed the variety of activities provided especially Bridge Club! The monthly meeting of all residents allows everyone to voice things they would like to changed.

[name removed] was very nice person and answered all my questions. The biggest room was too small for all of my mom's stuff. It's 5 miles from where my brother and I live. We're looking for something closer to our homes and a bigger room for her

The facility is beautiful and staff are kind and welcoming. Lots of daily activities. Shower areas offer a spa experience. I loved the room with the patio that can be reserved for a family get together. This was the first facility I toured so I need to tour more to compare.

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and they consistently show genuine concern and compassion for the residents. It’s clear that they truly care about each individual and go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable, respected, and well cared for. Their dedication and attentiveness really stand out, and you can easily see that the residents’ well-being is always their top priority.
