Although I have only had my mother in their facility for just two weeks, we are delighted we made this selection. First off the staff is super in attitude and sincere in their interactions. This includes nurses, waitstaff, and maintenance people. I have worked in the hospitality business for over 35 years and this staff is as well trained and in many respects superior to a Ritz-Carlton facility, They anticipate needs, are patient with their resident interactions, have a terrific sense of urgency and are resourceful and caring. You could spend more for a facility or possibly less, but you would get a tremendous value if you chose this one. The food is good and this facility mimics a cruise ship in open seating and all day dining.

It am very happy with Atria as my choice to have my father transition from his own place to an assisted living facility. The tour and introduction were extensive compared to other places I considered. And so far his quality of life has improved and he's having fun!

Was just used for respite for my husband. Minumum required was 2 weeks stay. I picked him up in 11 days but still had to pay for the 14 days. Liked the fact that the residents could go outside and sit on the porches or walk around without an aide, yet still safe gated grounds. Meals looked good, staff was friendly and helpful. There was activity daily if residents wanted to join. Rooms were clean and laundry furnished. Would definitely use it for long term when the time comes.

My mom is in the independent living section now and is very happy there!

The Arbors at Rancho Penasquitos was great. They were wonderful. It was a wonderful experience. The inside of the facility was very clean. Everyone there was very friendly and kind. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The value was very good. The care services were very good as well. They offered activities. Overall, this was a really nice community. I didn't have any major issues or concerns.

I have ate eaten there before and the food is really good. The food is home cooked and there is a variety of options. The only negative is the accounting. You have to be sure to watch the invoices. They are very friendly. The layout of the facility is very nice. The food and activities are excellent. The residents seem well taken care of. They always look well dressed. They seem very happy. This is a really nice place.

The Villa Valencia has been a very good experience and still is. The cleanliness and friendliness is excellent. The facility is always clean. There are no messes. The staff has been very friendly and great. They are helpful. The value is pretty good. The care services are top-notch. They do an excellent job at taking care of my loved one. I would recommend the Villa Valencia. I can't rate the activities because it is not applicable.

I think the activities is one area they could improve on. Everything else is pretty good. I would recommend the Atria Rancho Park to my friends or to anyone looking for a nice community. The facility is very clean. The staff has been very friendly and welcoming. I can't rate the care services because my loved one is in independent living. It is not applicable. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

We've had a great experience with Emeritus at Spring Valley so far, I'd give them high marks across the board. They've really taken care of business when it comes to sorting out the prescriptions, doctors, etc., they're really on top of things.

The staff and managers at Wyndham Lakes are very caring, loving devoted people. They have private rooms which he is a private person allows him to still be. The food is really good likes it. One thing they could improve or add is the trivia questions activities that they only have in the mornings and he doesn't get up in time, they could do another trivia questions in the afternoon he would really like to participate.

We moved my in-laws in two weeks ago. So far everything has been great. The people there are so caring, nice and helpful.

The staff there at Villa Valencia is simply great. Anything my mom wanted or needed, they were right there. Their overall helpfulness with her was impressive. They are currently doing some construction, and things are going to look really nice once they finish. One thing I do think they could change is the sliding glass doors on the first floor. They are a little bit rickety and kind of heavy, which makes it hard for my mom to close them all the way. Other than everything is great!

They did a good job. During the last week or so they recommended that we get some extra help, and that was the best thing we could have done. The one disappointment was when we initially got there, I had asked for some accommodations with the sink, the maintenance guy indicated that he would take care of it, and they never did. Aside from that everyone we dealt with from the very beginning were very friendly, Danielle, and Erica and their staff did a super job.

Tracy Walter was very helpful, answered all my questions and was attentive to my Dad. She engaged him and made sure he was comfortable with all the decisions. ad moved in without a hitch and loves it. He is very impressed with the food and enjoys playing a game or two of poker. All of the staff are friendly and engaging. The grounds are very well kept and every thing is clean. I looked at several places in the area and thought Monte Vista was by far the best. They offer many activities and encourage residents to participate.

I really love how open it is but I think the price is still a little high for a person who just lost their husband unexpectedly and wasn't ready to be the only one who has to afford a California high rent. Of course it does include food and gas and electricity and care but a couple things to improve upon are the washer and dryers and the hair and nail salon and the shuttle going to the mall.

We love it there. The staff, the whole setup, just everything, and they made it so easy for her to adapt. I am beyond happy. We really like the secure environment of the cottage settings. There is always someone there that checks on them. Patty Roach is such a nice lady that goes above and beyond, and even met us on a Sunday to visit, and pretty much held our hand every step. The location was convenient to me. The staff is pretty enthusiastic and always happy. She likes the food okay, but they have a lot of hot dogs. The big meal seems to be at lunch time. The rooms are clean and they make sure they are showered. The people in the cottages are placed according to functionality, which is nice. It's like a big family, everyone is so nice, and genuine.

Great place. Moving my mother from a place that was not-so-great, to this is like Heaven. Amazing staff and nurses that really care very much, and are on top of EVERY aspect of care! Their contact with family is spot on also, and nothing overlooked. Very thorough in all categories. They make sure the residents are well taken care of, and have fun also.

I toured this facility when I was looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this place looked very nice overall, and I'm sure it would have satisfied our care needs just fine! The facility itself was nice looking, and the staff all seemed very friendly. We ended up selecting a different facility that was a little closer to home, but this place is definitely worth a look if you are searching for senior care in the area!

Following a stroke and hospitalization, we needed to relocate our mom fairly quickly. The staff at the Towers was very friendly and informative when we met. They showed us the assisted living apartments available and helped assist us in getting the necessary paper work and medical information together quickly. They also coordinated with the staff at the rehab facility at the hospital mom was leaving. Assisting us in identifying a mover to move in mom's furniture was another of those small, but very helpful services. We found everyone very accommodating. Mom has been at the Towers only a few days but is beginning to settle in. We are very pleased with our experience in making this decision.
