I am very happy to see my mom is being taken care of with the great staff. The community is clean and taken care of. She likes the meals and the variety. We like that she is busy with the activities. We would recommend this community for great care and the good value.

The guy that does the activities is wonderful. He has things for the residents to do at all times. He takes pictures and emails them to the resident's family members. MY mother loves the food! Everyone at this place is very friendly and welcoming.

They have a five star chef and the food is great. They offer a lot of daily activities. The community is clean. They are a little expensive, however they are worth it. The staff are hands on and they make sure the family is involved. We could not have picked a better place.

So far everything is going well for my mother since her move to this community. This is a nice safe community for her and her needs. I'am very pleased with all the staff. They seem to know what they are doing when it comes to caring for her and her needs. They have been very friendly and helpful. Her move here has provided the family a peace of mind knowing she is safe, and in good hands. This is a community I would recommend overall.

I live in a different city than my mother, but from what I've seen, the Atria North Escondido has been a good move. My mother likes it, and she says the meals are very good. The place overall is very clean compared to other places I toured. So far, we are very happy.

My aunt is doing really good at this community. She likes the staff who are caring and friendly. She happy with the activities and enjoys going on field trips and participating with other residents. We liked that it felt more like home then a nursing care.We find it to be very clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this community for the great care that is given and the value.

They are going through some remodeling, however they do still keep the community clean. They offer daily activities and they pass out a sheet everyday letting the residents know what the activities of the day are. The food looks good and my father in law seems to like it. The staff are nice, patient and helpful.

My grandmother is doing very well. We love that she is getting great care by the great staff. They have a community that is always very clean. The activities are great for her. We highly recommend this community for others.

My mother has been living at the community and I feel that she is safe there. The care has been good for her. She likes the meals they serve. They keep the community clean and it looks very nice.

They did an excellent job with my tour. The plan and services are good. I just felt like they appeared more like a confinement and I didn't get a warm or a home feeling. To get through the room there were a few locks to pass by. It just was not a warm place but it was a fabulous tour.

My mother finally moved into atria after looking somewhere else and deciding against the place and after much trepidation. After about 3 weeks, she is still thrilled with her choice and could not be happier. The staff is amazing. I feel very comfortable having her live there where she is always taken care of, can get a meal delivered to her room when she does not feel like going to the dining hall, and can see a doctor regularly without driving somewhere. I finally have peace of mind.

We are very happy with the community and my brother is doing well with the help from the staff. We are happy with the staff too and they are doing their best at understanding him. The community seems to be clean all around and my dad's room. I have tried the meals and I think is was good and my dad likes it too.

For the most part it has been very good. My only complaint is the wait time when my mom needs help. They have a new staff to help and hopefully more are to come. Otherwise, the food is good and they have a hairstylist that everybody loves. She also loves bingo and went out to the casino. They also take her to the doctor for free. My mom really likes the set up with the pods. It allows her to not walk too far and get to know the other residents. Memory care is offered too.

The well balanced meals are ok most of the time. The chef is great and the desserts are fantastic. I like to participate in quit a few of the various daily activities they offer. They celebrate birthdays and other events within the community. I do not think you could find a more caring or genuine staff.

We are pretty happy with it so far. It meets our needs. We have had a couple of administrative tweaks, but that is to be expected, getting cable set up, and a couple of clerical errors. People seem to be pretty friendly, both the staff and the residents. One of the main reasons I chose them was because they were very down to earth, friendly, and not pushy. There was never any pressure. They knew what to do to get everything set up, so I needed to not worry. Their prices were very competitive too.

Our family is so grateful for the blessing of Pacifica Senior Living. The community is not only clean and safe, the staff is kind and caring. Knowing that our loved one is cared for in such a special way brings a real sense of peace to us. Residents are treated with respect and care at all levels. The family is not left out of the equation either. Patty Roach and the rest of the staff have been exceptional in assisting us in every way. Any time I have a question or concern it is addressed and answered on the spot. If something comes up regarding a change in condition, I get a call immediately. No detail is too small to matter. There is a beauty shop on premises, where Nina works magic for the residents. She is so kind and caring. The weekly visits to the salon are a social experience as well as a boost to self-esteem. The rooms are clean and cheerful. There is never an un pleasant odor to be found. The laundry is done on time and finds its way back to the proper owner without delay. The bathrooms are always clean and are designed especially for those who have mobility issues. The meals are tasty, nutritious and served on time. Daily activities as well as outings make daily life much more than just an existence. When looking for a “facility” I found lots of clean and safe options. However, they seemed to be more of an institution than a community. Pacifica memory care offers the best life for dementia victims than any other place I saw. If your loved one needs memory care and keeping them at home is not an option, then I believe that Pacifica Senior Living in Riverside is the best place to be. Dementia is a chaotic evil, it steals away dignity and quality of life. Pacifica restores as much normalcy as possible for it’s residents, in a clean safe and loving environment.

Pacifica is a beautiful facility with a diverse, friendly staff. My mother is in a special section called "Transitions," which is appropriate for her. She is not competent enough for Assisted Living but too competent for standard Memory Care facilities. I don't think there are too many activities for the folks in that section. The televisions seemed to always be turned to the same old movies.

Everyone there has been very gracious and kind to my mother and my husband and I during this transition. They have given me helpful suggestions and have helped me to understand more about how to deal with someone having mild dementia. She has met many lovely and delightful residents and enjoys all the activities The Courtyard provides for everyone. The meals are wonderfully prepared and delicious! We are very pleased with our choice, my mother deserves the best and I feel this is the best place for her and for her care.

My mother really loves this community and we are very pleased with our choice to move her here. This is a wonderful community with a happy atmosphere. The community looks great and very clean. The staff is very helpful and kind. They offer plenty of activities for the residents to stay busy with. My mother loves the meals and she is really happy here. I have already recommended this community to my family.

Things are going very good with my Aunt at Atria North Escondido. The staff has been excellent. She has no complaints about the food. In the mental care unit, there are not many activities.
