They were very friendly. Able to answer all my questions. Community location, was beautiful and clean. I would likely to recommend this community to my other relatives. Great community concept!

I’m happy here. I think I belong in a place this size. I think they are trying hard to keep up with my dietary needs. I like arts and crafts when they have things that are useful to make, wreath, bird house etc. I think the AD is in mind of things like sports and games as opposed to anything creative. I think the place is dirty, flood area needs new carpet. I worry about it because I fall. I like differed maintenance the people. I am concerned about the few that don’t have all the facts but spread gossip. The dining room and food has improved immensely. I live being here. I like the staff.

Just like with every place Pacifica Senior Living has some kinks to straighten out but overall I am really happy with my sister's care so far. Everybody in the community seems really warm and friendly. As well the food is great and during meal times all the residents eat together in a small area which really has a family feel to it. I only wish they would encourage my sister to participate more in the offered activities but as she adjusts I believe she will figure out the schedule and become more involved. The staff is warm and compassionate as well and in general I am very happy with our decision to move here.

My mom seems to be adjusting to her new home wonderfully, she loves the activities can't call her until after 8:30 in the evening, she is that busy! Her apartment is lovely and bright seems like a wonderful place to be,staff is awesome and so friendly and careing.

This community is very nice, the staff is friendly and attentive. My mom has only been here a short while but she has started to settle in. Her room is very nice and has a balcony. She likes going to the dining room and hasn't had a chance to take part in the activities because of her cast, but she is looking forward to starting once she is out of her cast as she does need the extra help in getting around right now.

My wife and I made close to 5-10 visits and numerous phone calls to personalize what we felt were important details to Mom. [Removed] came to our home to do an initial assessment. On the day of the move [Removed] came to the home to help Mom pack up her clothes, family pictures, etc. Since I am a male and no one else was there to help me, this really helped. We also explained why we were doing this at the time. I made daily trips for 3 days after the move to help insure we tied up anything about which Mom was concerned. Even though we had just moved the staff knew who I was and was extremely helpful. Mom likes the food and mentions it daily when we call here. Mom tells us everyone is nice. Mom loves her apartment view. Mom is active; she spent a lot of time sleeping during the day at home. Mom's Sunday card playing with her 3 long-term friends has been successfully accommodated (one of those details).

The move for my mom has been a good fit. The fact that they are taking care of her is something I like about the community. It has been good so far.

My father in law is improving since moving into this community. The staff are professional and have done a great job managing his care. I have eaten here and the food is great. They offer daily activities and the community is well maintained. My only concern is that they do not always seem to have nursing staff throughout the night. I would recommend this community.

This facility seemed to be very nice. In the end, though we did not end up choosing this facility due to my loved one's familiarity with another, I wouldn't have any problem placing my loved one here!

Mom is doing very well here. She loves her apartment. I have to say in all the tours we have been on this has to be the largest one bedroom unit I've seen. Mom has a 1 bedroom with a walk in closet, full kitchen (without the stove) but has a microwave and a full refrigerator. She has plenty of storage in her walk in closet but the most important thing mom was able to take things such as furniture that was important to her that makes it feel like home. The food when she eats in a dining room is fine no complaints and the staff is very friendly. The location is ideal only 10 minutes away from where I live. It is a very well kept and clean place.

I was very pleased with this community and my tour that I had taken for my loved one. If it where up to me there is where I would have wanted her to go. They had a smaller facility which I liked because it was easier for the staff to keep an eye one everything. They had a great walkways outside for the residents to enjoy some fresh air and take a walk if they want. They also had a great activity list that I had seen while I was there. Overall great place and I would recommend it to anyone.

I think the community is a very good place. The staff are extremely caring and conscientious about the residents. It is different for me to have to pay for extra services to give medication to my mom. Overall I would recommend them. the food is fine and my mom is doing well.

Recently my mom fell, if there was a motion detector it could help out more. Because she has dementia she is unaware of the string pull if she needs help. At night they have all the doors propped open to watch the sleeping residents, but I feel the doors should open toward the big room, instead of their bedroom. For a more visible watch. I really like it there and the staff are attentive to the residents. The resident have freedom to go out to the courtyard, if they are able to. My mom is eating fairly good meals and it looks good from what I see and she is eating the meals. The staff are very good with the residents and try to keep their attitude up like laughing, joking, smiling with the residents. I would recommend this community to others in need.

My mother is adjusting well at Vista Village Senior living. I like that they get back to me when I ask them to. We chose Vista Village because it was highly rated and suggested to us. It's also conveniently located and close to home.

I had a close friend of my mother's needing some short term care following an extended illness which left her weak and needing some "TLC" and medication oversight. She was recommended Brookdale Sterling by the rehab next door which shares the same parking lot (2 different companies) for respite services. The community is pleasant, clean and conveniently located to both me which allowed me to visit frequently. I understood that all fees for the respite stay were inclusive and the apartment was already furnished as well. This made the transition from the rehab to the community very easy. I will have to say the community is light on activities, or at least it appears that way.....not much happening during the times I was there but overall I was pleased with how the situation turned out. My mother's friend got well enough to go home and even picked up a few pounds while there. I would refer this community for a short term stay. I'm not sure how long term residency works.

The facility is clean and the décor is warm and inviting. The staff are all very friendly and provide quality personal care to the residents. There are many activities for the residents to participate in keeping them physically and mentally active. The meals are prepared to the requests of the residents and they can make substitution if they do not like what the menu is offering.

I have been impressed with the care that my loved one has received from the staff. She is doing okay so far, still getting used to all of the changes. I feel a lot better now knowing that she is safe. She went to this facility because it was smaller and felt more homelike.

I had a very good tour of the Wyndham Lakes. The place was clean and everyone was very friendly. The tour guide was able to answer all of our questions and give us good information.

I am very pleased with how things have been going so far for my wife at this community. She has had lots of care from the staff and I am happy with how accommodating they have been to all of her needs. My favorite thing would have be the landscaping and the scenery. They have amazing detail and lots of great views out side of the complex for all of the residents to enjoy. It is very impressive and I personally enjoy it when I visit everyday.

We placed our Aunt here after reviewing several other assisted living places. From the time we walked in and had a very in-depth interview from [Removed] discussing my aunt's needs, medical history and medications find the best possible scenario for her at Brookdale. We were given a tour, introduced to many of the residents. Her apartment she chose was adorable and spacious. She loved the restaurant and meeting new friends and she had excellent care there, giving us peace of mind. Sadly, she died a few months after she moved in. She had said many times that she wished she would have made the decision sooner to move into assisted living and leave her home. Brookdale was there to provide hospice care for her to the end. My family is grateful our Aunt spent the last few months of her life happy, well taken care of and meeting new friends
