Bright, well organized, friendly facility. Large "living room" near dining area where many activities take place and many residents congregate. Rooms are well laid out off of an "H" shaped hallway. Very clean with no disagreeable odors.

Heritage Hills does a great job! We're very pleased with everything here so far, and I would recommend it to anyone else who is looking.

My experience with Brookdale Kenmore has been a good one so far! They were very helpful throughout the whole touring and move-in process, and really put in a lot of effort working with us to make sure things would work out with the spend-down plan we needed to use. I haven't had a chance to visit often as I do not live close, but from what I saw when we toured it is a lovely place and the staff all seemed very friendly!

I am very happy with them. They have been very helpful. It's a little more expensive than I wanted, but I guess maybe it's worth it. There haven't been any hidden fees or charges. We haven't had any complaints or anything.

I really liked the initial presentation, and they have over-delivered on everything that they said that they would. They have been really good about answering all of my questions, and you can tell that they genuinely care about the well-being of their residents. It has been a very good experience and I would highly recommend Carrington Pointe.

We first moved Gig here in June, he thought he missed his old poker buddies at the previous place. But it may turn out we move him back to Meridian. Fabulous place.

Emeritus at Skylyn Place is a wonderful place! The staff there have all been very friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to help us. It is a great room, and they matched her up with a roomate that works really well. We have walked in unexpected several times and have always been impressed with what we have seen. They are very friendly and we just love them!

Overall it has been a very positive experience with Pacifica Senior Living. It is a very nice place with very friendly and helpful staff. There are, however, a couple of areas I have noticed where they could improve. For one, keeping clothes where they belong. There have been several instances where moms clothes have gotten mixed up with other residents, and vice versa. Also, they do need a few more activities and wider variety.

The sales team was really good at working with our needs and contacting me when a room was available. Great communication, and they have been a pleasure to work with.

I was very impressed with Atria North Escondido on my initial tour, but wanted to wait until my Mother had been there a while before I offered a review. I continue to be impressed with the care and the facilities. The staff is caring and obviously happy in their work, which is not easy to fake over time. The only smell I remember when touring the facility was the potroast from lunch and it smelled wonderful. The rooms are large and homey, and I actually like having to furnish the room with Mom's stuff. It didn't feel like a "rest home", but rather a home. I continue to be impressed and pleased wtih Atria. I was especilly impressed with the management staff and the way they continue to teach, not punish, their staff. I think Atria North Escondido understands that if your staff is happy, your clients and residents will be as well. I sincerely hope that if my family finds themselves in the same situation, they find a place like Atrial North Escondido for me.

I felt like their information was like an open book, no surprises. They did a really good job treating us all like a part of their family rather than a business opportunity. In our case we are all out of town and it has been great to know that our loved once are cared for and safe. I'm very happy with Emeritus at Palm Springs.

My mom is in memory care at Pacifica of Chino Hills, and I really like Mary who runs the memory care unit. She has done an excellent job getting the right staff in there, as the care givers there are really good.

They were very friendly from the start, and very helpful. I love far away from my dad and I like the fact that they stay in constant communication with me. It is very clean, and a really nice place. Most importantly dad is very happy there. It's been a great experience and I would highly recommend Atria North Escondido.

I really can't think of anything they can do to improve at The Arbors at Rancho Penasquitos. They offer the most incredible care that I can imagine. My mother has mild dementia, and just the activities alone have helped her immensely. The staff take care of her as if she were their own mother. Everyone there, the caregivers, the marketing director, etc. are really just amazing! There's really just no words to describe how awesome they are!

They people at Atria Rancho Park were extremely helpful in getting my parents moved in, even assembling some complicated new furniture for them. They really went way above and beyond expectations. My in-laws are super super happy there. All of the staff from top to bottom have been extremely gracious and warm and welcoming, and have made them feel very welcome and at home. I can't even think of anything they could do to improve.

My father, who is 88 and in good health, had been thinking about the Cloisters for the past six months. He finally decided to move in and I think he is very happy that he did. Having helped him move in, I can say it was a very painless experience. The staff was extremely helpful, and very patient with my father. Becuase I live in Texas and only had a few days to make his move, we were allowed to move his large furniture items on a Monday, which is usually not preferred. Naturally, that was also the day that one of the two elevators weas out of order. Despite that, the move was totally uneventful due to the cooperation of the staff, and the other residents--they were very welcoming to my dad on day one. All in all, he's very happy to be there, and I feel much better having him there since I do not live near by.

There's not really anything I can think of that the people at The Atrium at Carmichael can do to improve. Mom is really enjoying it there, and has made some really good friends. Overall it has been a very good positive experience, and one we would highly recommend.

The experience we have had with Atria Rancho Park has really been great. Dad is really happy there, and we are really happy with them. The only area I can think of where they might could improve would be with the activities. The activities seem more geared for women (crafts and such) and as such my dad does not take part in them. It would be good to have some more creative activities geared towards men.

I really think the good thing about Cherry Hills Club is that they strive to learn the residents names right off the bat and really get to know them, which makes the residents feel good and right at home. We have also been impressed with the food there which is very good.

Really great experience. They went above and beyond in personal attention and make sure it was a smooth transition. They also helped with furnishings which made a big difference. Not only does the staff look out for the residents, but the residents look out for each other. Everybody I saw is well cared for and doing well. Very impressed that the genuinely cared about the residents being happy.
