I think it’s pretty good. They currently offer independent, assisted, and memory care. They were very accommodating. It’s a pretty nice place. The parking is fine. My mother likes the food well enough.

This is the second time we have had a parent live here. Wish we could have had them at home, but it's not safe anymore. They do a great job here with Alzheimer's residents and the Administrator, nurses, and Activity Director are "hands on" and each very capable and kind.

I can't thank Gail ( a place for mom)enough for helping us find the right place for dad. Cherry Hills is wonderful . Everyone both staff and residents are so friendly and helpful.

On our first visit to Atria Rancho Park I was sold. The facility looks more like a resort than an assisted living facility. Very clean and well maintained. The staff is fabulous, they showed great concern for our situation and what we were going through. Moving you mother from her home she has lived in for the past 40 years is not easy. The Staff worked very hard to make my mother feel welcome and at home. Daily activities planned that she soon looked forward to attending, to the point where we had to plan our visits around them. The dining room, you don't want to miss a meal because the food is so good. Resturant style eating, great. The care is great, medications well maintained and they keep a close eye on all residence. Although assisted living is expensive, what you get out of Atria Rancho Park out weighs the cost. We were able to get VA assistance to cover some of the cost to make it affordable for as long as my mother needed it. And I truly wish she was still there to visit. I highly recommend Atria Rancho Park.

My father had early-onset Parkinson's dementia and moved into Pacifica when he was a young 71 years. What drew us to Pacifica Northridge was that there is a population of younger high-functioning residents, including many men, for my father to form friendships with. The activities director went above and beyond, creating activities that the younger residents would find fulfilling. My father was well-loved and well-cared-for at Pacifica Northridge, and it became his home. I am grateful for everything they did for my father.

I know they have activities, but I don’t know a lot about them.. They have a great overall level of care and the staff is very friendly. It’s a clean and healthy environment. We’re satisfied with the overall value as well.

Everyone there really made my Mom feel welcome from Day 1 - staff and residents ! This made her feel very comfortable and cared-for.

Jennie and Phil are the greatest. They helped me out immensely in my darkest hour. I really want to say they go above and beyond for the older people and their caregivers.

The food was great, and the people were friendly. It was a nice place and everything was kept clean. It wasn't the best fit for my loved one. They did a great job though, they were very attentive.

The community is quite clean. They could use more activities because they’re a little lacking in that. They’ve been the only community we’ve used so it’s a little hard to compare the value, but they provide all the services we need.

the true test was to walk in unannounced to look around and be greeted with such friendliness. Talking to some of the tenants who live there, I was most impressed with how happy everybody expressed themselves with their living accommodations, for the quality of food, the extracurricular activities. Willingness of the tenants to show their apartments and give advice. The staff, Amanda in particular, frequently went above and beyond in contacting us to find out what our status was keeping us up to date with availabilities at the Cloisters and her devoted assistance and helping as coordinate all the final plans. I have found that the nursing staff on the second floor goes above and beyond which really adds to my comfort level of leaving my Mom in their capable hands. They contact me whenever necessary giving updates about mom; they take care of everything that my mother could possibly need. I must admit that after all I've seen at the Cloisters, I would consider moving into the independent living facility myself and just love the apartments in the Atrium. All in all this has been a most pleasant experience and my mother is adapting quite well to her new surroundings, making new friends and she is becoming involved in all of the extra curricular activities which really has made her life so much more pleasant than just sitting at home watching television. I cannot forget to give credit to Mariann at A Place for Mom, who has also been my guardian angel throughout this whole experience. Both the Cloisters and a Place for Mom are highly recommended.

I recently moved both of my parents into Spring Estates. I am so impressed by the warmth and love they surround my parents with...not to mention the precise medication management. They give my parents their meds as their Drs. have prescribed and that has made a drastic improvement especially with my Dad as he used to self medicate. The food is excellent, better than I though it would be! There isn't another place I'd rather have my parents go to live and I'm so grateful to the staff at Spring Estates who care for my parents like their own family.

I knew this community as Monroe House. It is not as warm and friendly as the other communities my loved one has been at, but the building is very nice, very pretty. It’s very elegant with lots of places to sit.

We were thrilled with our tour of Atria. We found the staff to be warm & engaging and the residents seemed truly content & happy. I have made at least 12 visits to Atria in the past few weeks & continue to be pleased with our decision. The staff is friendly & accommodating & go out of their way to engage new residents. The residents are warm & go out of their way to welcome you & tell you how happy they are at Atria. Many comment on how good the food is, which is rare to find/hear.

My mother is very happy at Brighton Gardens and our family is very relieved to have her living in such a wonderful environment.

Skylyn Place is beautiful, light and airy. The Companion Room we chose lets the residents have a roommate, yet complete privacy. The People there both staff and residents are wonderful! This is the place I want to go if I need to.

My loved one was only there a short time. The staff was very helpful, very responsive to calls and questions. They did a good job there. From what I could tell they did a good job of taking care of loved one. There was a nice room and I think she could have taken advantage of activities.
