I would like them to provide a list of the staff members. You do not know who is who and I'm slowly figuring it out.

We have had an amazing experience from the Executive Director as well as the whole management team. Everyone there is so helpful and considerate. You can tell they love what they do and truly do care for all the residents

Mom is very happy at Gateway. It really suits her. The food is good. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly. We've been nothing but pleased there

I was very satisfied with the attention that was given to me. I will be taking my mother to see the place on Friday and see how she feelsa bout it before we makea decision.

Liked it so much that I moved in on the first of the month. The staff and all of the residents are so helpful. It's really something when the residents all tell me what a great place it is and how much I'm going to love it. I love my spacious apartment and the staff has been extremely helpful in getting it just how I want it. From the paint on the walls to the placement of the wall mount for the TV and the shelves in the walk in closet it is perfect. Many thanks to all of them.

They do not need any improvements. From the start, they allowed us to remodel the interior of my loved one's apartment and I would have to say that everything about the place is superior and they are loving and caring.

Brookdale Cherry Hills is a very nice place. My mom loves it there and that means everything. Everybody is really nice there. It has just been an all around good experience. It is a good facility. I have no complaints.

The food was institutional food. It was pretty good.

Great place to call home!

The community is a great community with staff who really care for their residents. A great choice!

The Meridian at Westwood aka "Westwood" for many, many years, has been through numerous changes over the years and are currently going through major renovations but the one constant in in all those changes for my parents has been the employees. My parents have lived at Westwood for 12 years and have no desire to leave their extended family. A major part of the staff have been there for 5+, 10+, even 15 and 20+ years and have brought my parents and the other residents through the changes with respect and love as a family should.

We thought it was terrific. Everything was excellent. The staff, the attentiveness and availability of the caregivers was great. They were so patient, and this really is a care facility.

The people that work there are quite dedicated and pleasant. My Mom is enjoying the place. The food is quite good. There are quite a few activities as well.

Brighton Gardens of Tampa as far as I can tell is wonderful. The resident is happy with it. The nurses are responsive. There is a physician that everyone is happy with. The facility is beautiful. I'm not used to anyone being in a facility like this and not complaining about it.

We were looking for a facility to move our 93 year old mother/mother-in-law to in early 2014. Up to that time she was still living in her own home but had started to fall on several different occasions and would sometimes be confused on time of day. We looked at over a dozen facilities in the Sun City AZ area but we were extremely impressed by The Woodmark. We chose that facility and are extremely pleased with our decision. The Woodmark offers an area of care they call the Monarch unit where folks who might need more attention than in stand alone assisted living can be housed including a heightened level of security, focus on keeping appointments, dressing, bathing, etc. while all the while maintaining the same dignities, benefits and environment of normal assisted living. The staff have been great, the units and common areas always clean and well maintained, and the cost is still reasonable even when compared to other lower quality options in the area. If Mom had any relatives in the Phoenix area, we would leave her at The Woodmark indefinitely. Unfortunately, she does not and we will be moving her back East, but this decision has been extremely difficult to make given all that The Woodmark offers and how well it has performed over the last 18 months

Everything that The Woodmark at Sun City has done has just been unbelievably wonderful. It has been a great experience. I have nothing bad to say about them, everything that they do there is just fantastic.

They went out of their way to help us and worked with the hospital and the insurance company to get information. They were good at following up and definitely went above and beyond other facilities, that I have talked to before. The place was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly and very professional and went beyond what other places did.

I toured this community on several occasions unannounced. The staff was always friendly and the residents made me feel welcome. I will be making Bixby Towers my new "Home" in May.

This place is wonderful!. Patty and Valorie have been more than helpful, they went above and beyond. They're experience in senior care is obvious once you meet the management and staff. I've been taking care of my dad for the past 4 years and since moving in he's the happiest I've seen since mom past away. Trust me, he's been in other places and they're OK for the first couple of months and then it's; "your dad's not feeling well", "your dad is a little depressed" and many phone call's received at all hours of the day. It was obvious they didn't have the skill sets to take care of dad. The staff turnover was so high my dad with marginal dementia at the time never had a familiar face. Thank god for Pacifica Senior Living Riverside!.

My mom has been at Pacifica for only one month, but so far we are so thrilled with this choice! The staff are lovely, from the administrators to the food servers. The residents are friendly and active and seem well cared for. My mom tells me constantly how good the food is, and the housekeeping/laundry service is great. Before Pacifica, she was spending all her time in her room. Now, I have trouble calling at a time when I can catch her there. She's enjoying the entertainment regularly, and spends a lot of time walking outdoors. All in all, we LOVE Pacifica!
