Pacifica Senior Living

The problem at Pacifica of Chino Hills was we paid quite a bit of money and thought she would be taken care of as far as getting medicine and getting mom to doctor visits, etc. They didn't take responsibility for her care as much as I thought they would. I didn't feel like I could relinquish care over to them. The environment at this facility just wasn't for her.

It was a short visit for mom at Brookdale Hemet. But in that short time I was very pleased with everything. Mom was very happy there. I am completely satisfied on everything at this facility.

I cant think of anything negative to say about Pacifica of Chino Hills. Dad has really adjusted well there. The people are friendly and have really taken care of him. You hear of nightmares with these kinds of places so I am very happy things have gone so smooth. The value is great here and along the lines of any other place around. Overall I am extremely pleased.

I think they need to improve on keeping the toilets cleaner in the room. There has been a back-up twice. I know it's not suppose to smell sweet, but it could be cleaned better. Other than that, my brother is pleased. He is comfortable and is being watched and taken care of when he needs it.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, and there are many interesting activities going on. I would definitely considerate it as it has 3 levels of care, and that's comforting not to have to move when needed.

The marketing person I dealt with at Villa Bonita Senior living was great. I also was impressed by the activities director. I have eaten at Villa Bonita on several occasions and the food is excellent. My mother loves it here, which is the most important part to me.

Atria Meridian is a very comfortable size. It is so inviting there. The facility has an extremely home like atmosphere. It is always clean. It is so easy to get around there. The staff is very accommodating and so knowledgeable.

My wife and I were looking for a home to place my 98 year old mother who has dementia, very poor eyesight and hearing. This was the second facility recommended by A Place for Mom. When we arrived for the tour we liked the location, the cleanliness of the building and the coziness of the rooms. Stacie Dawes, Community Relations Director and Shawn Rushforth, Executive Director were friendly, knowledgeable and professional and helped us to secure a easy transition for my mother to enter Pacifica Senior Living Northridge The fees were within our budget and I feel that my mother will receive the care that she requires. I can recommend Pacifica Senior Living Northridge to anyone looking for a home for a elderly relative with dementia.

We live on Louisiana and it is really good knowing that my parents are being taken really good care of since we live far away and are not able to be right there. We have been very pleased with Atria North Escondido.

They did a very nice job of keeping in touch with me if anything came up. It was respit care so I was able to get away for a bit and be away with confidence that my husband would be taken care of. I don't know what I would ask them to improve on, it is all new to me. I was very happy with the care.

I think that Pacifica Senior Living is an exception place for the type of residents there. The only thing they could improve on is the communication with the family with things that are needed for the resident.

Atria Rancho Park is a very nice place, overall! The staff here is exceptional! They are very friendly, accommodating, and professional, and they really went out of their way to try and help my loved one feel at home. I've seen quite a few senior communities, and I would highly recommend Atria Rancho Park!

They have been really good with mom. They are very patient and all around helpful. The facility is very clean and well kept. They have good activities to keep the residents engaged. Everything is going really good so far.

This is one of the places I toured when I was looking. It was beautiful, and we really liked it. We ended up making our final decision based on location. Everyone was helpful and friendly, but it was just too far away.

Just moved our mom in several weeks ago. She is adjusting and participating in activities. Love the the cottages are all identical, so as she progresses in her disease, things will still be familiar. Love that there is 13 or less residents in each cottage with 2 staff attending, who get to know your family member, plus other staff throughout the day. The staff are all calm, patient and sweet! Love that they can help facilitate visiting providers (doctors and nurse practitioners) and have good relationships with the providers. The facility was very helpful in accommodating her insurance. Love that we can visit our mom any time of day or night. So far, extremely pleased!

They are very willing to work with me to get the best care to my parents, and they are very receptive to my feedback and questions. I have been very happy. Going through this would have been much more stressful without them.

My mother is really loving it at Brookdale Cherry Hills. Any time I go there she is always out doing something. She is very active and engaged in the community. She loves the food there as well. It has been a really good experience.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Residents are are also very friendly.

Mr. Glenn Shimer is a man of uncommon grace and insight. The time we spent in his office and facility was extremely comfortable and informative. We will be considering this facility for some of our other family members in the future.
