1st month my Daddy who has Alzheimer's has lived here after relocating from an area A.L. Facility & he is doing gr8 physically & emotionally, tells me every visit what excellent care he's getting & that he loves his caregivers. Every staff member is also very responsive to any questions I've asked & is very cooperative re: my Dad's care. The perfect new home for him!

We toured this community for the care for my mom. This community is nice and clean and the residents seem to be pleased with the environment.The list of activities would be helpful for those who want to participate. They have a nice menu that is healthy. We would recommend this community to other families for the care of a loved one

Gateway-Gateway Gardens has been a good fit for my sister in law and close enough so that family can visit. The entrance into the lobby is very warm and inviting. They have comfortable seating and a large T.V. for the residents to gather and relax. The food part they are working on, but everything else is wonderful. She really loves her apartment with her own balcony where she enjoys sitting outside drinking coffee and reading. The staff is very friendly and she knows where to find them if she needs anything. They do offer activities and she enjoys going to their gym, but she is very independent and drives herself wherever she needs and wants to go. There is seating available to enjoy the outdoors and sun. I would highly recommend The Gateway-Gateway Gardens to friends and family.

We are happy with the excellent and caring community. The staff is nice and we are glad to see that this community is offering good activites that she likes to participate with the other residents. We like knowing that the community is clean and has a nice enviroment for her.This is a very good community and we would highly recommend the care and the value for other families.

All of the staff are so caring and kind! They make my dad feel very special and loved. I could not be happier will all that Pacifica offers.

When I first arrive the place was so clean and well maintained I feel in love. I came for my mother in law and decided that this was the place for me. I would recommend this place to anyone and give them a 5 in all areas. Staff is very friendly, residents all smile so this is a high plus. Rinaly tops could find anyone besides his assistant more interested in their job and people. Love Atria!!

The tour I had was fine. It was a good view of the community. Everything is saw was good. I was looking for a place that was more small with the homelike atmosphere. The person I met with was nice and professional.

We like the care at this community. We like knowing that the staff is kind and caring. The menu is good and we have liked being able to have meals with my mom. I like knowing that there are a lot of activities for her to stay active with the other residents. We would recommend this community for the good care and value for a loved one.

This is an absolutely amazing facility where residents are truly at home. Here the staff truly cares for their residents it's more than just a job. Also, I love that every day there are activities going on to keep the residents engaged and active.

We are pleased with this community. They do keep mom active and they offer trips out. She is making friends. The staff give her a lot of care, attention and respect. I have good communication with them. Mom says the food is fine. The community is kept very clean. We were able to set up weekly beautician appointments. I would recommend this community.

I am a Healthcare Professional and my clients have transitioned very well at The Woodmark at Sun City. They are in the Memory Unit and are very involved in all the activities there as well as the monthly field trips. They are pleased with the multiple options in the dining room and enjoy the food. There is also a resident doctor on staff 24/7 who attends to their needs. I have used Woodmark for several of my clients and would highly recommend them.

My mom is doing very well at Brookdale Hemet it's a nice place and the staff is very attentive. really nice. I am very pleased with the care my mom is getting they even brought in some country western singers just for her during one of their special events. My mom was not a very social person but now she is joining in and goes to the exercise classes and the different activities they offer she is fitting in well. She even likes the food. There is transportation for shopping, field trips and doctor appoints, they also have a resident doctor who check-ins on the residents weekly. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Hemet to my friends and family.

My love one is still taking some time to adjust to their move to this facility. However I'am very pleased. I know he is very safe, and in great hands in this community. They have a very caring staff. The other community's I toured mainly had women in the memory care portion of the community. My love one is only sixty nine years old, and in this community he is in a cottage that is all men. They have lovely family style dinners. They do a very good job with the cleanliness around the community. Everything looks immaculate when I go to visit. He has a nice, large room that he loves. I'am very pleased with this community, and I would highly recommend it.

My mom is doing great so far being at this community. It is not much of an experience yet but so far, so good for now. The staff have been doing great with all the care and meals.

Pacifica is such a beautiful community! The staff is friendly and always willing to help a resident in need. It has a warm, family like feel and makes the residents feel like they are home. Family members are always kept up to date with the needs of their loved ones and the executive director always takes the time to speak with families. I would recommend this community to anyone, as Pacifica definitely has earned their five star rating!

This community was very nice and ended up being our second choice for dad. However, as we were walking around it seemed to me that there didn't seem to be much of an outdoor area large enough for my dad to take a walk. They had an outside area where tables and chairs were setups but really no other outdoor space to do anything else. I did not have a meal there but they provided us with a snack and that was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering our questions.

Friendly, compassionate, very nice and clean environment. All the people we met with were wonderful and professional. Definitely recommend.

The community is friendly and has a good environment for the residents.The menu is very good and we like knowing that he is please with the menu. Activities are offered and have been very helpful.
