The tour that i took of this community went wonderful. It was a beautiful place the layout was what we are looking for. Jennifer our tour guide was lovely she offered us a complimentary meal that tasted excellent. The portions of their meals are perfect. They are small and its exactly what we are looking for my mother.

My father in law is doing great with the transition into Pacifica Senior Living Paradise Valley. I am pleased with the care that he is receiving. The staff is doing very well communicating with the family. The community is well kept and his room is always clean. My father in law has been enjoying the variety of food offered and has no complaints about it.

Why Pacfica Senior Living Ocala is Our New Family Recently, I went to Pacfica Senior Living Ocala with my sister looking for a facility for my aging father and instead found a home. From the very first moments at Pacfica Senior Living Ocala, I felt this was a special place with special people. When we arrived lunch service was in full swing and the place was buzzing with activity. I introduced myself and my family to a staff person, though she was busy with many duties and helping others she answered with a smile and took the time to find our appointment. I could tell in that instant, a moment that meant more work for her that she and the staff really enjoyed what they were doing and were always ready to help. Our appointment for the day was with Toni the Activities Director. Toni took the time to give us a through and full tour of Pacfica Senior Living Ocala. We saw the different room types along with the specific rooms available at the time, an important consideration for some people who may have mobility issues. Additionally, we toured the common areas inside, all smartly thought out, and the beautifully appointed garden area. Toni as the Activities Director gave us a complete run down on all the enrichment activities available at Pacfica Senior Living Ocala. Many activities are put on for the guests inside Pacfica Senior Living Ocala as well as many opportunities to go out on visits and excursions. When you take your tour you can get a monthly calendar of all these activities from Toni. Because, I visited with my sister and father, I also had the opportunity to speak to other guests at Pacfica Senior Living Ocala. All the guests were in a lively good mood and spoke highly of Pacfica Senior Living Ocala. Some had been to several facilities before finding a true home at Pacfica Senior Living Ocala, many were long time guests still enjoying themselves. After the tour Toni took us back to the offices to answer any questions we had and talk specifics about the philosophy of Pacfica Senior Living Ocala. My family got a real sense that the staff at Pacfica Senior Living Ocala were all dedicated professionals and would show our father dignity while always looking out for his best interests. It was during this talk with Toni that witnessed the thing that really sealed the deal that Pacfica Senior Living Ocala was the right place for my father. From the window of the office, I noticed a staff member outside on the front porch talking with some of the guests. This was not a simple hello, after 10 minutes the staff member and guests were still chatting, smiling and laughing. I excused myself to go and see for myself. The staff member was Tonya the Executive Director. She was not outside entertaining the guests they were entertaining her! I was deeply impressed by this level of care, commitment and real family values coming from there very top executive at Pacfica Senior Living Ocala. This is the kind of model leadership you want in an assisted living facility. 2nd Visit Breakfast at Pacfica Senior Living Ocala At the end of our first visit Toni invited us back for a meal at Pacfica Senior Living Ocala to sample there food and get to know the place even better, we opted for breakfast. When my father and I arrived at Pacfica Senior Living Ocala breakfast most of the tables were already occupied with guests in groups chatting away. We found the service to be fast and friendly. Our server Kianta was prompt and my father and I choose ala carte items offered at breakfast. The food came quickly and was delicious (my father had a cheese omelette, toast and his favorite grits). At Breakfast, I had another chance to chat with guests who similar to my first visit, some had been to several facilities before finding a true home at Pacfica Senior Living Ocala, many were long time guests still enjoying themselves all visit spoke very highly of Pacifica. I had a chance to meet with two ladies there who were also members of my father's church and hear their rave reviews and they way Pacfica Senior Living Ocala helps support them in their faith. I also had a chance to speak with a gentleman who had chosen Pacfica Senior Living Ocala for his mother and he further confirmed the excellent care and peace of mind provided by Pacfica Senior Living Ocala. While I was away from the table chatting my father was entertaining Kianta our server. I could hear the two of them laughing across the dining room. My dad cracking jokes and Kianta telling my father a little bit about herself. Once again I was struck at how everyone at Pacfica Senior Living Ocala really enjoyed what they were doing and the care and professionalism was of the highest level. After breakfast my father and I met with Suzanne the Community Relations person of Pacfica Senior Living Ocala. My sister and I were agreed that Pacfica Senior Living Ocala would make a great new home for my father. Suzanne was very helpful with my father and she explained the enrollment process, helping up get the paperwork started. Suzanne also assisted me in getting early access to my father's room so I could prepare the room for his arrival. Again, Pacfica Senior Living Ocala really impressed with their friendly, caring and professional service. On our way out we happened to pass a meeting of Pacfica Senior Living Ocala staff led by Tonya the Executive Director and she was asking the staff for their input to make Pacfica Senior Living Ocala even better, another sign that Pacfica Senior Living Ocala and Tonya really valued the input of everyone at Pacifica and were always striving to make a great home even better. Preparing for moving my father into Pacfica Senior Living Ocala I have been over to Pacfica Senior Living Ocala several times to prepare the room for my father's arrival. I had spent time measuring and planning the layout of the room. On my visits Tonya, Toni & Suzanne have always stopped by, multiple times, to check on me see if I needed anything and to offer the advice based on their professional experiences at Pacfica Senior Living Ocala. While I was there one day assembling furniture for my father many of the guests I had met with previously stopped by to say hello, say how they were looking forward to my father moving in and also to meet his new rescued kitty, which would be moving in with him. Jeff the Environmental Services person stopped by to see if I needed a hand with room furnishings and William the custodian came by on many occasions to help clear away my cardboard boxes and just chat about things. That was just great, from the leadership of the Executive Director Tonya all the way through every member of her staff Pacfica Senior Living Ocala is a caring family and one I now feel confident my father can call home. In conclusion I would definitely suggest you make arrangements to tour Pacfica Senior Living Ocala and meet their wonderful family.

Great little community. Newer Executive Director, however she has been with the company in a different role for several years. Community appears to be getting a little "facelift" as some added touches to common area spaces are look nicer than we moved in. Staff friendly, kind and generous. Again, newer Care Director but she too was part of the nursing team prior and has been in the community supervising. Food is good as far as facility food goes. If asked, yes we would pick this community again.

My father likes being in this community. He knows most of the staff and has a lot of friends. I like that it is very clean and up kept. There is a wide variety of food to choose from. They do offer activities. I would recommend to friends and family.

I was able to tour with Molly, she was pleasant. I thought the facility was nice and very clean. It looked like a positive environment. I realized this is for independent residents and my mom needs more assistance. This community did not fit the level of care needed.

The care has been good for my mom. It is working for us and she is calm. I like the care that is provided. My mom is living in a safe and clean community.

The place was clean, had a good ratio of residents to caregivers, they encourage socialization and provide ample enrichment activities. The private rooms were a good size and I like the fact that the fees come all inclusive with laundry, bathing, housekeeping, onsite doctor visits and a salon for hair cuts and manicures.

I am very comfortable in this wonderful place! The staff are fabulous and they provide good care. The food is excellent. I get good variety entrees and it is fresh. The community has everything, services, and transportation. The residents are friendly and interesting. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

My father seems to be doing very well to this community. He is adjusting slowly, but so far everything is working out very well. The Wood Mark Family is wonderful. They are very caring and helpful. It was a hard move, but a place for mom really listened to me and helped me find the right place.

Overall mom is doing well at Pacifica. She is getting settled in and involved in the community. The staff are very caring. They welcomed her and made sure her needs were taken care of. The food is good I would say a 4 1/2. This community is very clean and I would recommend it.

This, in our humble opinion, is the perfect "Place for Mom". My wife and I fell in love with the place at first sight. The intimacy of the "Cottage" setting is perfect for an elderly woman with limited mobility. AND is far less intimidating than some of the larger, "hotel"- style communities.

Beautiful place, very nice staff, residents seem happy.

We helped a friend find Pacifica Senior Living, and given what I've seen when we visit I'm very impressed! It's a nice looking place, everyone seems very friendly, and he really seems to have settled in well!

My wife's aunt is doing okay here at this community, no concerns. The staff are friendly and welcoming, if there is something we don't like, we tell them and they correct it. We see them keep this place clean and nice. The food is good for my aunt, no complaints. I sure would recommend this community.

My uncle is doing amazing here at this facility. My husband and I travel a lot, and we know he is safe and in good hands. The community is like a hotel, everything is very nice and clean. I absolutely love the staff, they are caring for him very well. They do offer wonderful activities like beach trips. I'am very impressed with the food, they do serve well balanced meals. The dining area is like a restaurant. I know he is receiving great care and I would recommend it.

My mom has been doing much better since moving into this community. They provide a clean environment and keep landscape maintained. I am happy with the friendly and attentive staff. My mom has been participating in activities like bingo, musical concerts, and outings to store and park. The food is very good, Mom likes eating half portion sizes and plenty more when she wants more. I would recommend this nice community.

I am now living at this community and I am doing real good and the staff are making sure I am happy here. The community is clean with weekly room cleaning. The food is so tasty and fresh, a good meal, and I like it. I also get to go shopping at many stores and the staff take me to any store I want. I am being treated fairly, no neglect, all I have to do is call for anything and the staff come to help me. The staff always make me feel they are interested in making sure I am satisfied with all that is available to me. I am truly happy here at this community.
