I chose this location for my Dad because of the friendly staff, care options, activities and accommodation to meet my needs. They were not worried about his care needs and his need to switch to Medicaid after a few years.

This community offered what we were looking for. The staff are very nice. The food is very good and they offer daily activities. The community is clean and the grounds are well maintained. My parents are doing well at this community and I would recommend it.

Just moved my 96 year old dad from independent living to Pacifica. The first day was rough since he did not see the need but now is slowly adjusting. Tonya's team is wonderful and he loves his care person Peggy and trusts her. I know given some more time and the help of the staff he will adjust to his new home and enjoy it.

My mother-in-law just moved and absolutely loves it at the Meridian. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. She says the food is great and she is looking forward to participating in all the activities they offer as soon as she is done unpacking.

This community was probably my favorite community out of all the different tours we had taken. The residents all seemed so bright and enjoying different activities throughout the building. The most important thing I had noticed was all of the positive energy throughout the complex. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

The staff are excellent and they are encouraging my loved one to participate in the daily activities. She is currently in memory care and we could not be happier with this move. The community is clean and well maintained. She loves the exercise class and I would recommend this community.

Pacifica of Chino Hills has different staff available like nurses on call and a speech therapist. There were different common areas around the community that offered activities or a beautician. Everything was clean and put together very nicely providing a positive up-kept place.

My husband spent his first night in the Memory Care unit and did very well. Such a relief! The nurse, Kelly, who is SO very nice, helped him get to bed and he slept through the night! My anxiety is now at a very low level. Left him this evening and he was eating dinner with some of the other men in the unit. Am thinking he will gain weight. They provide snacks and dessert, which he did not receive at home! When I left, he did not chase after me. Thank God!

My loved one and I really enjoyed our tour of this community, the building was very well maintained with lots of beautiful features. The staff made us feel welcomed and gave lots of useful information about the facility and everything they had to offer.

I selected Pacifica Senior Living for this particular client;he need a secured living environment because he became violent in stage 4 Alzheimer's and I found Pacific in Riverside where the director was perfect fit. I've never been so happy and pleased for [Removed] and his wife.I just can't say enough good things about it.The staff is wonderful and excellent.they have little cottages ,and the food is excellent.The grounds are immaculate. They've got an exercise;they got him on a diet.I just think its wonderful.My client has never been happier.

This is a lovely community,and everything went very well for my cousin during her stay here. The community looks beautiful, they do a very good job with the cleanliness. I really liked the staff, I knew them all by name. They did a very good job with caring for her and her needs. There are many activities for the residents. The food is okay, they do serve well balanced meals. Overall I was very impressed with all they did for us. It is a community I would I recommend, it is a great place.

I really like the care that is given here. The staff is very nice and helpful. The community is taken care and very clean. They do offer activities to help stay active for those who want to participate. This community comes highly recommended.

The care has been going very well for my mother-in-law. The community is clean and the meals are good. It was a good referral from A Place For Mom. It has been the second month and she seems to be settled in and they keep her busy with so many activities.

I researched and looked for a place for my Loved One that would accommodate his needs and make him feel at home. I fell in love with Wyndham Lakes the first day I visited the facility. It has surpassed all of my expectations as well as my brother's. We love the staff as well as the tenants that live there. Everyone at Wyndham Lakes are very professional and kind. During hurricane Matthew the staff stayed with our family members to ensure their safely and comfort. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of everyone that resides at Wyndham Lakes. It gives family member such as myself a sense of peace and reassurance. Special thanks to [Removed] for all the help I received from her in placing my family member at Wyndham Lakes.

This place is not luxurious, but you will not find more caring people anywhere. It is clean, and comfortable. The people here are real angels. My father was here after being in other places. We were treated so very well, my family can't say enough about this place and the employees here.

Wonderful place to be but too expensive. Really is a shame our futures don't look so bright. But I certainly thank you for giving me all of this great info.

I love it here. My room is big and large, which get housekeeping to clean it, wash my laundry, make my bed, and clean my bathroom. They have a mini bus to take you to Wal-Mart, Dollar Store, doctor appointments, bank, etc. It is kept so clean and the grounds are maintained. The maintenance is so helpful and prompt, they come within an hour. The meals are wonderful. Not bland, not too much season, and fish is served often. They can bring meals to my room if needed and that is brought within an hour. They have doctor and nurse they look at you if you do not feel well. Everyone is a pleasure to be around. I feel like there is finally somebody here to take care of you. I am happy and my children are happy we found this place.

The staff at this community is outstanding. They have gone over and above to for me and my loved one. The community is clean and bright. The food is delicious and nutritious and there is a variety. I would recommend this community to others.

Pacifica is nice and actually much nicer than I thought it was going to be - I was impressed with Stacie as well - she totally knows her stuff. The grounds were quite adequate since my spouse does not pay much attention to that anyway. They seem very accommodating and competent even without the fulltime nursing. They know how to handle crises and they have won awards for their 'music and memory' programs. People were all over the place, comfortably interacting or just chilling. It 'felt' good (and clean) without a lot of unneeded frills.
