[Removed] is the Executive Director of Pacifica Northridge. I have found [Removed] to be very professional in her dealings with vendors. What I did not expect to see was her love for the seniors living there. She has not been the Director for long yet she knew everyone of the residences by name and made an effort to give each one some TLC (hugs, smiles, clothing adjustments), as she showed me around the property. I am very impressed with [Removed] and professionalism.

We went to take a tour,but did not have an appointment. They still accommodated us. They were very helpful and extremely nice. We really liked this community and this is where dad will be going to. We saw residents out and interacting with the staff.

I am very happy with the care my uncle has received at Brookdale Northridge. All the caregivers do a wonderful job. [Removed], [Removed], [Removed], [Removed], [Removed], [Removed] and others give my uncle loving care, and answer any questions I have. [Removed] is very helpful and responsive to any requests or concerns I have. [Removed] is also helpful and responsive to request. [Removed] works hard to keep my uncle involved, and although I don't like bills, [Removed] does her job efficiently and it is pleasant to do business with her. My uncle is happy with the care and that is what is important.

There never seems time to tell someone that they are doing things right. Yet there always seems time to tell them that they are doing some things wrong. Pacifica is doing everything right! From the time you walk into the front door until the time you decide to have your loved one move in. The receptionist Sherry is friendly, personable & professional! Her persona was one reason we selected Pacifica Assisted Living for my Mom. Kirby & Pamela guided us through this most difficult process in not only my Mom's life...but ours as well. The staff is caring beyond belief! My Mom is thriving and superseding expectations. Dietary staff, Housekeeping, and Maintenance literally bent over backwards to move us in quickly, adopt dietary needs & give my Mom some semblance of a home. I Love these guys!

We enjoyed the tour from the friendly and caring staff. They were able to answer are questions of the care and what is offered.This is a very clean community to enjoy. The room was bigger then we wanted. The menu seemded appealing. Alot of nice activities are available to those who want to participate. We would suggested that families see the wonderful care given here for themselves.

[Removed], [Removed] was wonderful explaining the function of the residence and what to expect living there.She showed us two apartments which were very nice. Stacy,we decided, at this point in time, to wait a while for our research.I don't think we are ready for that type of living yet.We do intend to look at the new one being built on Hypoluxo rd. and see what that has to offer.You have been most helpful and most informative with this search. My mother is actually no longer in this community, but while she was there, the place was great. We have no complaints. She was receiving great care. I never visited the place but from phone calls, I gathered that the place was very clean and from my brief conversations with the nurses I knew she was being well taken care of.

It's a BEAUTIFUL facility. Everyone very friendly. My brother is now a resident at Bixby Towers and he is very comfortable in his new surroundings. I recommend this place HIGHLY!

They offer family functions. They have daily activities as well as entertainers that come into each unit. They offer a secure area for some residents. Mom likes the food and they keep the community clean. There is a doctor on call. They staff really care about the residents. They are patient, professional and address concerns right away. I feel comfortable with her being here.

This place is a huge upgrade from the previous place my loved one was at. They have been very responsive and all around wonderful. The staff really took the time to get to know my aunt and make her feel welcomed in her new living environment. The food is always good and they have a wide variety of fun activities for the residents to participate in throughout the week, I would defiantly recommend this community to anyone looking into retirement.

My mother is adjusting well to this community, everyone is helpful, caring, and has great interaction with my mother. The meals are good, I haven't heard any complaints. The place is clean and well kept up. They offer a variety of activities, they take her to out to make sure she's interacting with other residents.

This is a brand new community and it is very nice and of course clean. They have huge apartments and they have a refrigerator and a microwave. We even were invited to a party so that we could meet the chef. I thought that was great. I am actually going to be moving mom into here because they have everything that we needed

Very clean & friendly staff. Suyamne was very knowledgeable & a variety of activities to appease all that live here. Can’t wait to come back & see how much fun they will be having.

This is home. I am treated like family. I am a sole survivor with no living relatives at all. I have been here 5 years & very comfortable. Staff is very helpful.

Pacifica senior living is a beautiful community that is inviting & feels like a place to call home. The facility is clean, well taken care of and everyone from staff to residents were friendly and happy to be around.

The job was very welcoming from all of the faculty & residents from day one! Since then I have developed a special relationship with each person here at Pacifica. This is a clean, happy and professional environment, and I am happy to be a part of the Ocala Pacifica Family!

Working with the residents is very rewarding.
