Pacifica Senior Living

This is a nice community. the staff seemed very nice and caring on our tour. The meals appear to be very good. The community is cleaned and the list of activities are great. We would recommend this community for other families.

My Father in law has been a resident in the Memory care Unit at Meridian since April 2016. We toured several other facilities, and did a lot of research before choosing Meridian as his home. I am a RN who expects and looks for a high quality of care in any health care facility. We have been beyond impressed with the care my father in law has received since his admission. He has been content, calm and happy in the memory care unit at Meridian. [Removed], (Director of Memory Care), and the caregivers are very knowledgeable about caring for someone with dementia, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. William is an incredible advocate for the residents. If anyone spent any time in the Meridian Memory care unit, it is obvious [Removed] and the caregivers give outstanding care. Each resident's plan of care is individualized and adjusted as needed. They treat the residents as their own family members. Not only do we have peace of mind, with our Father in law living at Meridian, we actually are cherishing and enjoying time with him, even with his dementia diagnosis.

Out of all of the communities I visited, Pacifica seems to feel the most like a home atmosphere for my Dad. They have nice activities and beautiful outdoor areas and grounds for my Dad to enjoy.

I think the Atria turned out to be everything it was advertised to be. We have been encouraging my mother in law to join activities and be more social. The meals that are provided there are adequate. I thought they would be a little bit better quality, but it is good enough. They have had a lot of entertainment this month for Valentine's day. Overall, we are pleased with the way things are going.

I really like the care at this community The staff have been wonderful and respectful. My father likes the variety of the meals and the activities that help him stay active with the other residents. The community is clean and maintained. We are happy and we recommend this community for other families for the care and the value.

I believe his transition there went to smoothly because of the care he receives. He seems so content, calm and happy there. [Removed] is extremely perceptive and knowledgeable. He understands the residents and each family member. It is obvious he cares for everyone, and is an incredible advocate for the residents. Each resident plan of care is individualized and adjusted as needed. We have all become quite attached to all the residents and caregivers. Family and friends are encouraged to visit, and have a voice in their loved ones care. Each month they provide a family dinner for the residents and their families. It is a special time to connect with the other family members.

My family and I found all the staff at Pacifica Senior Living to be loving,caring and compassionate for their residents needs. The facility was clean and decorated nicely. Our Father who is a resident there is happy and content with his new found friends and surroundings. We are very pleased thus far with everything, we would highly recommend a serious look for your own family/friend to be a resident here.

It's great a place! I have no complaints at all! It's very clean and smells nice. The food is good and they offer many activities.They offer exercise classes, we play BINGO everyday, they even have parties for special events.

We absolutely loved this place. We are in the process of having her moved here. Thank you for your help in alerting us to this place.

Everything is going very well for my father here at this community. I'am satisfied with his move to this community. He is safe, and in a good place. He is doing very well, and they are taking good care of him, and his needs. I'am pleased with his move to this community.

The place is huge. It is very busy and lively. The staff seems wonderful. The rooms were clean and looked newly remodeled. I would feel comfortable placing a loved one there.

Great home-like family style community. The residents are well groomed and very engaged by great caring staff.

Love the Staff and How they work with me and my 95 year old Mom

Mom is doing ok at Vintage Park. The staff pays attention to the needs of the residents. I have good communication with them. They are helpful with mom's medication. They have a primary care person that visits so she does not have to leave for appointments. They offer a variety of food options and she seems to like the food. They offer daily activities and encourage her to participate. The community is clean. I liked that they worked well with the out of state place she moved from to make it a good transition for her.

Very nice community, people seemed very happy to be there, and the people who work there seem to be very happy as well. Although we are looking for a place for my mother in law, I could see me living there one day.

All the staff is wonderful at Pacifica. My mom has been there 7 months now and I have gotten to know most everyone. They keep the living area clean and do an excellent job and keeping the rooms clean as well. I am very pleased to have chosen Pacifica Senior Center for my mom.

Memory Care at Chesapeake Place feels like a home not a facility. It's a little worn (soon to be updated) but the design and decor are very attractive and there are several comfortable areas for residents to gather or seek a quiet space. There are inner courtyards for fresh air and exercise, as well as providing safety for the residents. The director, [Removed], is impressive. While giving us a tour, he handled several issues with residents so calmly and kindly. He knew everyone by name too. Throughout the stressful process of moving my mother into CP, he was helpful and reassuring. All of the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and caring. My mother has made the transition so smoothly I can hardly believe it. She requires assistance getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing and toileting. She is also a fall risk. I live close by and visit her frequently. Mom is always happy, clean and well dressed. Her room is clean and neat. She likes the staff and says they take good care of her. She also enjoys the food! My 4 siblings and I agree that we couldn't have found a more perfect place for our mom!

The staff at this community are friendly and attentive. They are just starting physical therapy with my mother in law. The food is ok and they are able to accommodate her special diet. The community very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this community as it had all the things we were looking for in a community.

I spoke with them over the phone. They were very friendly and followed up to see if I made a decision. During our conversation they educated me about benefits for my dad. The were getting me the information I needed and directed me to resources. It came down to location and price and this was not the right fit.
