Pacifica Senior Living

We are very very happy with the care my mother in law has received since her move into Gateway Gardens. She is just a mile from our house, and the community is always clean. My mother in law does not participate in the activities, but they are available. She gets 3 meals a day and she is kept safe, we are happy with our choice.

There are great people here and it was a great place. They ensured my father was comfortable during his last days. Everything was a 5.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during our tour. The community had a hotel-like layout. The hallways were narrow and the rooms were on the smaller side. It's located off a busy street so a lot of the views are of businesses and the street. For these reasons, we did not select The Arbors. I felt that it wasn't a good fit for my mother.

We were recommended this community from A Place for Mom.The experience from start to finish was so positive. [Removed] was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Moving her in was so easy.There was an issue with her air-conditioner and they came within 15 minutes to fix it. She told me she often feels someone is always stopping by her room to check in. The staff here is very attentive. She tends to do a lot of her socializing in the dining room.She has utilized the shuttle services to go to doctors appointments and said it was very easy. This community is in the ideal location.Her church and doctors offices are so close she could walk to them.I didn't know what to expect when I started this process, it turned out to be so positive.

We have very few complaints about this facility! It is very well maintained, and the staff are sure to be friendly and polite, and to cater to my loved one's needs. Our primary concern, however, is the fact that we are currently paying much more than we had originally agreed upon. Despite this one complaint, this is a nice place!

When we toured Villa Bonita Senior Living, we thought it was a very nice place. It would have been perfect for my loved one, but it was just too far. If it wasn't for the distance, it would have been one of our top choices! The person there was friendly and informative, they took their time with us.

The staff of Pacifica has been amazing. Special care has been given to our Mother. She is adjusting to her new surroundings very well, thanks to the kind and caring staff. She loves the well planned and healthy meals. We have joined her for lunch and dinner and everything was great. Her apartment is spacious and comfortable. She can adjust the temperature as she requires, which is important for her. They have been so helpful in this transition for her. She is glad she chose Pacifica.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and we could not be happier with how things are going for her. The staff have been absolutely wonderful and have made my mom feel right at home with the help with all the welcoming residents. Her apartment is perfect for her with lots of extra room for all her personal things. She has had no complaints of the meals and enjoys participating in the activities they have throughout the week.

Atria was very nice. The food looked good too! We decided other options because the layout of the room isn't what we were looking for.

I am very happy living at this very nice community. The staff are very nice and very caring to make sure that everything is going good for me. I like the community being so clean and maintained. They have a lot to offer and activities for the residents I would recommend this community for other families

My mother has had a wonderful experience at this community so far. I am very comfortable with the quality of care that the staff have provided my mom in her new living environment. They are truly compassionate and caring about all of there residents that they have. She has had no complaints about the meals they are providing her and likes to participate in some of the activities they have going on during the week. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful facility! As I was waiting for my tour I was approached by a gentleman resident. We chatted for a few minutes. He said he had been living there about a year. He couldn't give it higher praise! "Great staff, friendly residents, good food, and spotless at all times. He mentioned the "Fireside Evening Chats". He said it was always enjoyable and a good size group was always there. I saw several activity rooms on my tour with engaged groups. I was very impressed and will be taking my Mom by tomorrow.

My tour was very nice and they were a good option for care but they were just pricier. The representative was on time for our meeting and had experience with the community to answer my questions.

My 97 year old mother moved to assisted living from her home since 1952. [Removed] was a fantastic 1st contact for me as she knew the struggles I might have to convince her of the move. [Removed] is the kindest, caring, & most thoughtful director who takes personal interest in making sure my mother is happy & comfortable every day. Adjustment has been fantastic & she has only been here 1 week. Thank you to all the friendly & supportive staff for your love & care during this transition.

We toured this community for care. We were offered to have a meal here so we could see what is available and the meal was good. We liked the nice staff that is caring. We liked the cleanliness of the community. The activities would have been good if we would have moved into the community. We wold recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

This is a nice community. The staff is outstanding. The meals are healthy and a good variety to choose from. The community is clean and maintained. They offer activities that he is not participating at this time. We would recommend this community for the excellent care and the value for other families for the care of a loved one.

My father is very happy since his move to Pacifica. We would recommend this community because everyone is very nice and the place is very clean, we have not had any problems.

Initially, my mother was not very happy to be going into the memory care unit. Now that time has gone by, she has adjusted well and is making friends. She is going on outings and walks. They have moved her to the first story with higher functioning residents. I am happy to have the peace of mind that she is being well taken care of and she is safe. She loves the food that is served there.

This was an excellent community for my mother's care. She liked the staff who extremely cared and helpful. the community was always clean and she was happy here. The meals were outstanding for her. We liked the activities that were offered. We would highly recommend the care and the value of this community to other families for the great value and outstanding care.
