We like the care at this community. We like knowing that the staff is kind and caring. The menu is good and we have liked being able to have meals with my mom. I like knowing that there are a lot of activities for her to stay active with the other residents. We would recommend this community for the good care and value for a loved one.

This is an absolutely amazing facility where residents are truly at home. Here the staff truly cares for their residents it's more than just a job. Also, I love that every day there are activities going on to keep the residents engaged and active.

We are pleased with this community. They do keep mom active and they offer trips out. She is making friends. The staff give her a lot of care, attention and respect. I have good communication with them. Mom says the food is fine. The community is kept very clean. We were able to set up weekly beautician appointments. I would recommend this community.

I am a Healthcare Professional and my clients have transitioned very well at The Woodmark at Sun City. They are in the Memory Unit and are very involved in all the activities there as well as the monthly field trips. They are pleased with the multiple options in the dining room and enjoy the food. There is also a resident doctor on staff 24/7 who attends to their needs. I have used Woodmark for several of my clients and would highly recommend them.

My mom is doing very well at Brookdale Hemet it's a nice place and the staff is very attentive. really nice. I am very pleased with the care my mom is getting they even brought in some country western singers just for her during one of their special events. My mom was not a very social person but now she is joining in and goes to the exercise classes and the different activities they offer she is fitting in well. She even likes the food. There is transportation for shopping, field trips and doctor appoints, they also have a resident doctor who check-ins on the residents weekly. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Hemet to my friends and family.

My love one is still taking some time to adjust to their move to this facility. However I'am very pleased. I know he is very safe, and in great hands in this community. They have a very caring staff. The other community's I toured mainly had women in the memory care portion of the community. My love one is only sixty nine years old, and in this community he is in a cottage that is all men. They have lovely family style dinners. They do a very good job with the cleanliness around the community. Everything looks immaculate when I go to visit. He has a nice, large room that he loves. I'am very pleased with this community, and I would highly recommend it.

My mom is doing great so far being at this community. It is not much of an experience yet but so far, so good for now. The staff have been doing great with all the care and meals.

Pacifica is such a beautiful community! The staff is friendly and always willing to help a resident in need. It has a warm, family like feel and makes the residents feel like they are home. Family members are always kept up to date with the needs of their loved ones and the executive director always takes the time to speak with families. I would recommend this community to anyone, as Pacifica definitely has earned their five star rating!

This community was very nice and ended up being our second choice for dad. However, as we were walking around it seemed to me that there didn't seem to be much of an outdoor area large enough for my dad to take a walk. They had an outside area where tables and chairs were setups but really no other outdoor space to do anything else. I did not have a meal there but they provided us with a snack and that was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering our questions.

Friendly, compassionate, very nice and clean environment. All the people we met with were wonderful and professional. Definitely recommend.

We are very happy with the care here for my father. The memory care is really the care that we were needing. The community is clean with a good feeling for him. The menu is nice and he appears to like the variety of the meals. They do offer activities for him. His room is what we were looking for. We would recommend this community for the benefits for loved ones care.

My sister and I love this beautiful community. The landscape is so well-maintained. It has been a very positive move for her. The staff is very friendly and caring. Her studio apartment is beautiful. She is already involved in a couple of the numerous activies they provide. The walkways are inviting and picturesque for taking strolls around the community. I've dined with her on a couple of occasions and the food is delicious. They serve a well-balanced meal with a lot of variety.

My mom loves loves the community. By the second day she had friends. She is playing bingo, cards, lots of classes, and going to the socials. It's a godsend. I see my mom is more busy now. This is the place to be! I thank A Place For Mom, they deserve many, many stars.

My mom lived here. From the moment I moved her into her apartment, she was treated like family. [Removed], the Marketing Director, was amazing. She worked with me throughout the process of finding my mom the perfect apartment. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone with a loved one that needs assisted living and/or memory care.

I needed to get my mom from skilled nursing in North Carolina to assisted living in California ... and I knew nothing about the senior living world. Saying I was overwhelmed doesn't begin to describe it. The Pacifica Oceanside Executive Director and Community Relations Director treated me like family from the moment we met and have helped every step of the way. Simply put ... they are angels ... positively impacting the quality of life for my entire family.

I was looking for a memory community for my mother. I have looked at so many, but a friend told me I need to go to Pacifica, as it is unique. I was greeted with a good morning and the smell of fresh cookies. I did not have an appointment, but they said no problem. I met with the marketing gal, who was very informative and pleasant, not pushy at all. I could see she believed in what she was selling. She also introduced me to the ED and the Dir of nursing, and they where all very professional and answered all my questions. I also saw the bus leave full of residents and they where going bowling....perfect. I learned a lot from this team. I highly recommend Pacifica

This is a nice community. My friend has told me that she is doing good. This has been a big change for her. The staff are caring to her needs. The community is clean and a nice enviroment for her. This community does have some activiites for the residents to enjoy. I am happy to know that my friend is happy here and we would recommend this community for the care and the value of a family member.
