Historical charm. Beautiful remodel. I love my independence in my cottage.

Moving my mom to an ALF has been a difficult journey, at best. My mother was in need of assistance with all daily living functions & alot of physical assistance due to diminished equilibrium. She has also begun to show signs of dementia, if which much of this is believed to be related to side effects of a medication. My mom did not want to go to ALF, but it was no longer negotiable, so we began this journey. From my initial contact, and still today (1.5 months) the staff & management have been amazing. [Removed] took us by the hand, supported us & lived my mom (even through her continued rejection) through this. My mom had a very negative reaction to moving in, that became quite problematic. I was scared & overwhelmed, and my mom was in overload & quite difficult to work with. Once again, the staff were reassuring, supportive, and loving. From the 1st visit, and still today, I believe this is one of the best ALF's, with staff who truly care, are patient & loving with the residents. My only recommendation would be to add an evening activity. Most residents go to their rooms after dinner, but several do stay up & about (such as my mom), and it would help them pass the time. Overall, I'm very glad we found this ALF, and that they had space when we needed it.

This facility is welcoming and well run. The administration is competent, innovative and hands-on. The caregivers are loving, competent and hardworking. Residents are treated with respect.

Wonderful energy, great staff and an answer to our prayers. I knew the minute I walked in, I cried and said this is the place. I had that feeling in my gut that this was moms home and I was right. She has been more active since she has been here than I have seen her in a while. [Removed] have been awesome through the entire process

My mom is doing fine and everyone has been helpful since she moved in. The experience gets better and better each day. She is enjoying her meals and even gaining some weight. She has not said anything bad about the meals.

Extremely friendly Sales Director and Executive Director. The community is a specialty memory care community and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

My aunt is doing fantastic at Pacifica Senior Living Peoria. I live out of the state and they call me on a regular basis. They respond to any questions or concerns that I have. [Removed] who we first met, she came in on her day off to meet me and took us on the tour herself. She is the nicest lady to talk to. She is wonderful. All of the staff members are genuinely nice. The residents are very friendly and she is making friends. The very first day one of the residents across the hall struck up a conversation with my aunt. It makes me feel good whenever I call I hear laughter and talking in the background. It is a very bright and happy atmosphere. She is in a lovely room, with a beautiful bathroom. Each cottage has an outside patio.There are nice sidewalks to walk through the community. Everything is upbeat. It is such a relief she is safe and happy. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

I had a good tour of the community. The tour I had was professional and I feel I got all the details I needed about the community. My main goal was to find one that was close to me and this community was hard for me to get to by bus. They did not fit our needs.

With respect to hurricane Irma, [Removed] and his wonderful management team and staff did an excellent job in taking care of us all at Pacifica Forest Trace. They made us feel very secure in both Assisted and Independent Living. They kept us informed with daily meetings and provided us with food and entertainment for the duration of the storm. Like all South Florida residents, we lost power for some time during the storm. The facility had generator capacity to provide emergency lighting, functional elevators in each section, cooking facilities for meal preparation and A/C in common areas. We at Pacifica Forest Trace in Lauderhill were in good hands throughout the ordeal. Our families rested easier knowing that we were provided with good care.

Always greeted with smiling faces and warm loving hearts! The staff is very friendly and very quick to tend to resident needs!

Great job during the hurricane. I think you staff went above and beyond.; not only to insure the physical safety of .your tenants, but also to provide reassurance and comfort at a time that was very traumatic. Kudos.

My mother has lived at Pacifica Belleair for 3 years. The staff are absolutely wonderful, dedicated, and caring. In addition, they have done a wonderful job managing the shelter in place during Hurricane Irma.

The care at this community is very good. The staff is nice and caring.We like the menu and the good variety of meals. The activities are good for mom and she likes the clean environment. The care at this community has been helpful and I like knowing that she is cared for. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

I looked far and wide for a place for my husband. I was lucky enough to fine PACIFICA SENIOR LIVING {MEMORY CARE}. The staff is fantastic. Very caring, and they interact with the residence. The food is very good. There is always enough for a second if they are still hungry. They keep it very clean and germ free. I am extremely happy with the life there for the residence. They have many many activities for them to take part it. I just am blessed to have found Pacifica Senior Living. Thanks to the entire staff for their dedication to the residence.

The staff and the community here are phenomenal. they have shown my husband so much caring and compassion, they encourage him to be a part of the activities even though he does not want to go. The community is beautiful and his apt is nice. My husband has transitioned well.

I have visited this community many times. This place is very nice and clean and has a good aura. The employees are always friendly and it is soo homey. The people are very down to earth.

This would rate five stars for me. Clean, bright and cheery, nice staff, economical cost promotion in place now, trying to come up with "dog service" to allow Mother to keep her dog. Know people who have and do live there who are very happy with Atria. Going to suggest some ideas I have come up with to see if something can be worked out. This location would be the most convenient for my family too.

Very helpful.The resident can get their own studio room with their own furniture from home. Very friendly and priced affordable. It's in a nice area and close to stores. Has numerous activities for residents and willing to help families.
