I like the personal individual attention they provide the residents. The facility is very clean. The staff is caring. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The food is also good there. They provide great care services. We're very pleased with their services.

I do not know a lot about the activities there because my mom does not participate in them. They do offer a lot. Everyone is super there. I love the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and it is outstanding.

Dad has a very nice one bedroom apartment that he loves. When he first moved in to make sure that he wasn't isolated they paired him with a buddy which was awesome. The staff is friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure he is comfortable. There was an incident where my dad had an emergency and I live two hours away so the staff went to make sure he was fine and help him with his meds which I truly appreciate. Overall it's been a great experience.

So far it's been very good. I would give them a five, I've been there and eaten with her. She seems to like it there. I would give it a five, I have no complaints so far.

After touring several Senior Living communities my husband and I chose our top two places and brought my mom down to decide on which would be her next "home". Villa Valencia was our favorite and turned out to be her choice as well. The spacious lobby has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, many residents spend time in the lobby and always seem very happy. The apartments are modern, clean and spacious. The price point for a one bedroom apartment at Villa Valencia was less than a studio apartment at other facilities. The food is excellent and all staff are professional, friendly and caring. My mom has only lived here for under a month and is very happy and satisfied with her choice so far. She is still settling in so hasn't gotten involved in the activities yet.

Both the staff and the residents here are very welcoming and friendly. The facility itself is always clean and it seems to be well run and organized. The food is pretty good and the residents seem happy and well taken care of.

She has not been there that long. I would rate the friendliness of the staff a 10. They're very good and outgoing. I think they treat her pretty good there.

When looking for a home for your loved one, we are over protective and find multiple reasons why they just won't be good enough. However when I walked into Pacifica of Pinehurst, I was pleasantly surprised to feel comfortable and confident that I was making the right decision. I was greeted with a smile and treated like a real person, a friend. The facility was clean, smelled wonderful and the residents even greeted me with a smile and they were HAPPY! The staff was so informative on solutions to some little things that had been weighing on my mind like "my mother does not like her clothes dried and she likes them separated a certain way" and to my surprise they cater to their needs! They want to help them keep their dependence and do things as they have always done at home. I can't express how relieved I was to get answers, a sense of understanding and sympathy for the hard decisions I was having to make. Even now, I do not regret my decision at all. They have proven to keep their word on what they offer and the quality care they provide. I can not thank them enough. They changed my nightmare into a pleasant dream come true. Thank you Pacifica of Pinehurst!

We think Rancho Vista is wonderful so far. Things are going great and we do not have any complaints with the staff or the facility at all.

The facility is pretty clean. There are 2 different dining areas and one area the people are friendly where the other dining area their not. They're in the process of remodeling. There is a lot of changes coming.

They have had trouble with the heating and their still working on it. Some of the apartments did not have heat in them so that's an issue. The warmth and friendliness of some of the staff is lacking.

I like the ability they have to help them work through being placed there and the issues they may have. I think they can improve on services provided.

Overall I think it is a good place for my dad. We're very happy there. In terms of improvement, I don't think there is anything they can improve right now.

I think that the activities could probably be improved upon a little bit, they seem to be kind of limited at the moment. But so far that is about the only thing that I really have a complaint about with the place.

I would say that it has been a good experience for us. They are responsive to any issues we might have and they have made it comfortable for my loved one to move in. They have been very helpful for all of us.

We are not there. It is a nice place and everything, but we are not sure what we are going to do yet. I'm not sure if Mom will be able to make the move to California, so for right now we are just trying to get things figured out.

My mom is here so of course I don't have anything bad to say. It's a clean place, the people are friendly. They have lost a few people due to retirement but, overall, this is a great place.,
