Overall experience is great they seemed to really care. They keep it clean. They are all friendly and listen or call with updates. They are on top of care and keep track of each person everyday. Professional and helpful. Mom never complained of the food and they got to know what she liked and made sure she was happy. Lots of options for activities but did get routine. Great value. I have really no complaint

Menifee Senior living is my home I have been here for a few years . Very comfortable living in my apartment. Have my own space . My son comes to visit my once a week . I also enjoy the activities they have . Residents and staff are easy to get a long with .

They take good care of my Mom and more importantly, she likes it there. The new director just started so I have no experience with her yet, but we loved [name removed], the previous director who just retired.

My dad has been at Sun City Senior Living for 10 months. The facilities are spacious and bright. The fireplace in the foyer makes a warm, comfortable setting for residents to gather during the cold spells, and the backyard lanais are great gathering places during warmer weather. The best part of SCSL is the staff. They are very accommodating to residents and their families. Daily activities keep residents active and involved. There are trips to restaurants and stores on their private bus, and a December trip to look at Christmas lights! Families are invited to special events at the facilities and, of course, are welcomed daily. I have looked at many facilities in this area, and I believe I have picked the best one for Dad.

I was on my own and alone with failing health for many years. My family persuaded me to make the transition to assisted living. Fortunately, West Park Senior Living was only a few miles away from my apartment. The facility is clean, well run, and the staff and care givers are great! Now I feel safe, secure and loved every day! West Park is not just a place for mom, it’s also a place for dad!

Living at Sun City Senior Living is comparable to living in a "Stationery Cruise Ship": • Activities are available on a daily basis • Transportation is available for medical needs • Group outings to restaurants are scheduled • Major holidays are celebrated with extended family members invited • Management is caring and amazingly *cohesive (*i.e. filling in for each other) • Issues are dealt with fairly • PETS ARE ALLOWED!!! In conclusion your needs are graciously met.

I have been here 4 and half months . The staff is wonderful everybody I have encountered is great including the maintenance. I have joined the clubs . Also my neighbors are very nice . Some of the meals are good .

This place is where my uncle lives and I went to see many places for him and I choose this one for him because he use to live in Oregon and loves the outdoors and he fit right in and feels at home with great staff

Over the last year, I’ve looked at a letter places because I did not want to put my dad somewhere I didn’t trust. The moment I walked into Pacifica they were very warm and open. The facility is extremely clean and the residence actually look happy. I don’t know what I was expecting, but I was hoping that my dad would be able to live somewhere that was a lot like home and I think we found it with Pacifica.

Everybody that works there has been wonderful! I am so impressed with this facility. My Mother absolutely loves living there, which makes me so happy. I couldn't believe that all residents were given Christmas presents. Everybody takes good care of my Mother.

The first time I walked in to get information I pleasantly was greeted by the staff. The sitting area was nicely set for the Residents. Sun City Senior Living is a place I would recommend for others.

[name removed] mother and I have had a difficult time finding someone in the business office to address our financial concerns. The room size is great. [name removed] is quite comfortable. [name removed] is really happy to be there. She enjoys going to eat meals with others and visiting with them.

Have lived here for about 5 months , like the staff here also like the comforter of my room . Housekeeping always does a good job. The staff is really friendly. Like having transportation that is very convenient, they have a life for my scooter .

The place has recently been significantly updated. The staff are friendly and caring. As in all these facilities there are some complaints about meals and activities . You can't please everyone all the time. They are making efforts to improve and that is the important part.

We were at a crossroads with our mother and the knowledge that she was beginning to require more care than we could give her. Upon careful research, we requested a tour of Sun City Senior Living and absolutely loved what we saw! We were given freedom to decorate her room in a manner that best fit her needs and comfort, which was a huge relief for her. They have many activities for their residents and outings that are looked forward to. Bingo and crafting have been her favorite activities, along with cultivating the friendships she has built with other residents. She loves the town hall meetings which allow the residents to have a say in what is going on - She and the other residents love that they are a part of the decision making here, which has become home in more ways than one. My family is grateful to have our mother as a resident of Sun City Senior Living - [names removed] and all the staff are always welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend this facility!

My wife and I interviewed more than a dozen residents, and several staff members during our selection process, and everyone was so positive about living or working at the facility. My experience has been fantastic....I moved my father down for New York and he insisted on living alone...Father has his private room, enjoy the fantastic staff, loves the events where he sings/dances and the trips to the different restaurants. I have peace of mind he is in a safe place and staff always keeps my informed.

My mother has been at Sun City Senior Living for a little over 3 years now. She began in assisted living, then moved over to memory care. Any time I would bring her out with me, she would keep asking me when I would be bringing her home. She prefers to be there over being out and about because it feels like home to her. All the staff have really cared for her. They address her by name when she walks by. Now in memory care, mom is needing a lot of assistance. They are very good about keeping her clean and making sure she is participating in activities.

From speaking to the Sales Director and her attentiveness this was a wonderful experience- she was amazing! Everyone we met through this process were fantastic. We are very comfortable with my father living here!!

From the 12st call my sister made to assist me in finding a memory care facility for my husband, the folks were compassionate, helpful and accommodating. We actually had to admit him on a very short notice and everyone made very seamless.
