They are really good about communicating with any updates about the facility the staff or their residences. They have in-house doctors and will let you know if there's any change in health or medications. They do a really good job of providing things for them to do, such as trips, entertainment, crafts etc.. Everyone is. really friendly and caring.

The residents are all very friendly and approachable. The staff is very nice. I love that it is pet friendly. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

Facility & staff are very friendly & kind. Cleanliness of my husband's room needs to be improved greatly. Patients really care a lot about one another.

Staff has longevity at the facility. The in-house medical and pharmacy are a great convenience. Senior staff are readily available to meet resident and family concerns.

I have been here about 2 months . I thought I was only going to be here temporarily but I have got a bigger apartment now that I like living here . I love the Thursday and Friday trivia games . I am going to try to make it happy hour soon.

I give it a 10 if that was available. I would give the friendliness a 10. The meals and dining services is a tough one because so many of the chefs didn't stay very long. I understand the latest chef who was doing a really good job Also just left. The value for cost is also another tough one. Most of the people there had more money than I did and I was paying [fee removed] a month for a studio apartment, which is why I just moved to Athens, Alabama. I would still give it a five.

It was location that dictated it. My father was her care giver and when he had a stroke we needed a place closest to my sister. The staff is definitely keeping my mother engaged and safe. That's so important to us! Facebook page is amazing too! I live in NJ and I love to see my mom so engaged!

The facility was nicely decorated when we first brought our mother there. However, there was a new décor implemented, which was more sterile, modern and cold in my opinion. That was the only negative thing about the facility that I had. The staff was outstanding in their commitment and compassion for the residents.

I have lived here 6 months . I am in a 1 bedroom and the rooms are very large and spacious . The Caregivers are very helpful and staff also is nice . I enjoy the activities very much and join the games .

I have lived here for 3 years , I really enjoy the activities here and try to join as many as I want . I had made some friends here some still live here and some have passed away . I attend some of the happy hours . I like to have my own space here and have my little dog . The community is pet friendly.

They were so nice. The hospital sent my dad to a scary nursing home and I needed a better fit. They went over and assessed him within an hour. They are very responsive if you need anything.

Welcoming and friendly. This large community seems to offer the best of both worlds. The value of service vs cost is the best I've seen so far and they are adding improvements!

They are the nicest group that have a good understanding of my needs as the one that has been caring for a loved one and now has to let go. I know my loved one is in safe hands and being cares for. They always are open to talking to me and updating me with good information. I feel very fortunate to have found the Cottages at Bellaire. Always accessible.

My husband began his residency on [date removed]. I was stressed, out helper friends were stressed and very sad. Every staff member was ready with a quick hug and assurances that he would be fine. My call the next morning was confirmed that he was good!

This is a great facility. The facility is beautiful and festive for all of the holidays, making it such a happy place to go into. The staff is amazing specifically the director [name removed], who is an angel. We have had nothing but a positive beautiful experience there and would recommend it hands-down to anyone looking for a beautiful safe and caring place for their loved one.

Enjoy the activities and the freedom me and my wife have here at Menifee Senior living . Love that the community is pet friendly. We have a dog we walk around. We enjoy making new friends and socializing.

The staff and caregivers have been very accommodating to my needs since I arrived at the end of December. I was very sick when I came aboard, and I quickly discovered how genuinely caring everyone was towards my situation. And I'm feeling much better now. I'm also happy with the location of the building itself, which is nestled in lots of trees, away from street noise and traffic. It's peaceful here!

Food is often cold and desserts are dry in the baked goods. The sales director, [name removed]is very helpful and the nursing lead staff is outstanding. Rooms are not large for this category, but ample enough. Activities and amenities are available to all in activity or theater rooms. Outside patio looks great for better weather times.
