I truly love working the front desk. I enjoy being able to get to know the residents and help them in anyway that I can. They brighten my day. I would recommend this facility to my own family. This active community has a lot to offer. Game room, pool with spa, lovely library and a gym.

I moved here from some distance away and the idea of an “Assisted Living “ facility was not in my mind. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a strong sense of community. The entire staff is very caring and helpful. I would recommend this place to all my friends and even strangers.

Mom is very happy. She is very happy and so am I. Everything is good. I chose it partially because of the grass areas. Feels like a park.

The cost for on-site assistance is high and completely determined by their staff. We want to split the care for my Dad between their staff and our family. They have a lot of restrictions, so my Dad's total cost will fluctuate according to their assessment of his physical condition.

Spent lovely time at Easter brunch and very impressed with genuine care for residents and their families. So glad mom is in such a wonderful place. Great music, food and entertainment. Residents literally dancing in the parking lot.

A place for Mom sent me several referrals, and of all of them, West Park Senior living is the best option for me. Friendly and helpful staff, a beautiful and clean environment, and everything you would hope for to keep your elderly parents in good health.

For me personally I cannot open any of the Windows in my Place...I like some of the Activities.....Employees are courteous and helpful. Elevator is a bit scary.....Overall it is a nice Building, Seating is available outside....Most Employees are courteous and helpful!

The staff is spread thin. My dad was at Sun City Gardens [dates removed] and they treated him great.

I have been here about 16 months, the staff is really good very caring , the other residents seem happy to be here and outgoing . I have done some of the activities such as trivia. I am going to start using the transportation.

I am truly pleased with Alta Vista. My mother (90) lived with me for the last two years I was her full time caregiver. We wanted the best for her, of course,but it was necessary for me to go back to work. I am so pleased with the care and kindness she has received this past month. I was so nervous about how she would respond to not being with family but she repeated tells me how happy she is at AVSL. She has been welcomed by staff and already has a group of friends. They have wonderful activities that vary and she is excited for everyday. Thank you Alta Vista! You are definitely a 5 star facility. When it comes to the activities I would've liked to see more in chair exercise like my mom had at assisted living - yoga, Zumba, etc in a chair. We will forever be indebted to our mom's wonderful, caring staff who made her feel at home in memory care. Yes, we would recommend Vacaville Memory Care to other families based on our experience.

The support staff (CNA's, etc.) really keep an eye on the residents to ensure their safety. The property is kept in good condition. I would most definitely recommend them! ! I found them through A Place for Mom and couldn't be happier.

Moved my mom in on a Saturday everybody welcomed her the residence's were very friendly. Everybody seemed to be very outgoing. The room was clean. Staff very friendly and acknowledges you when needed

[name removed] was prepared and enthusiastic about our visit. My mom liked the fact that they have a juice/water machine available 24/7 for when she is thirsty. The also offer bingo 6 days a week which is a big plus. They do several activities throughout the month and the residents seemed happy and excited to be part of the community. The price was very reasonable for the services that they offer. Their app actually works and easily shows you a detailed summary of the charges for each month. As of now, it has been a great experience with no surprises.

I have been a resident here at Cottages at Belleair for almost 3 years. Staff treat me like family, loving and caring to me and all other residents too.

My sister started in the assisted living facility. When she got the diagnosis of Alzheimer's, we moved her to the Memory Care Unit. She is doing fine, the staff keeps me updated about her condition. Every staff member I have interacted with has been very supportive, positive and helpful. I have a great relationship with the Executive Director who always responds to my questions in a timely manner. Our family is very happy with Pacifica Rancho Penasquitos.

All the staff are very friendly! [name removed] made our transition so easy . She was definitely the one that convinced us this was where we needed to place our family member! Due to her caring about the residents!The facility is immaculate! The food in the dining room is delicious and they give several meal options! The staff has great communication! Lots of activities and a printed monthly newsletter!we love that our family member get his room cleaned and laundry done weekly! The executive director always has an open door ! So highly recommend!

I would say 5 for all. My feedback is for the memory care unit. I visit about every other day and staff is friendly, there are enough activities, things are clean, and my Mom seems to like the food. Nursing staff has been responsive when I have questions or concerns. And costs are significantly less than prior facility. Overall very satisfied.
