I am a new resident I have meet a lot of nice people I have enjoyed playing the games and if I don’t know how to play they have showed me and been very kind. It’s beautiful environment everyone is fun and is very helpful.

I am a new resident and have moved in with my husband so far I have had a very positive experience. The staff has been very helpful I also enjoy the food the dinning room offers . The move here has been a smooth transition.

I would rate them a 5 on everything except 4 on Cleanliness of the facility. Wonderful staff, treated my mother in law wonderfully. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

My favorite part about living here is the friendships I've made with my neighbors . The reason I wanted to live here was the opportunity to live near other people that have similar interest to me. The staff members are always kind, and they make me feel positive about myself.

They keep you notified of their health issues. Within the facility regarding visitation.

I would definitely give 5 stars across the board. Excellent facility, grateful for the care they provided. [name removed], the director is wonderful. Every person working there treated every resident as a family member. Rooms are very nice. She had a twin bed, dresser and small sink/wash area. Every month they invite families to join the residents for fun gatherings. They have a great salon on site too.

I went to another retirement home in my area and felt like I was interrupting their day by being shown around the grounds and rooms. She didn’t even sit down with me, just asked if I had any questions while standing at the reception desk. Being that I’m new to this, I didn’t know what to ask. When I said no, she handed me the papers and went on her way to her office. At Sun City Gardens, [name removed] took me through the grounds, asked if I had any questions and offered information that I didn’t even think to ask of. When staff and residence called him by name he greeted them warmly. I could tell that there was a very different vibe at Sun City Gardens and I wanted my aunt there. Since moving in she has bloomed I want to thank all of you at Sun City Gardens for making her life better.

It smells clean, not bottle of bleach and the residents looks like didn't have the 1000yd stare on faces. Response to the call buttons may be a bit slow.

It is a friendly, caring place. It is a home for those that need the extra care. The caregivers and staff are kind, caring and concerned about the residents. Even though through the horrible disease, they show compassion. They are skilled and redirecting behaviors, getting residents the individual help that the residents need. They involve family with activities. The food always smells amazing and my mom qhen hungry gobbles it up. I appreciate how clean and cheerful the cottages are. The management team and most other staff keep me informed. My mom has been there a year, and her decline has been quick, but the care that the team of people who work there, try to make her life the best it can be. Again...this disease sucks, but I feel she is being well cared for, which they specialize in, and I do not. They are kind, patient and loving to the residents.

A warm and welcoming staff. It is helpful that they offer services for close to total care for the resident who is beyond independent living but does not qualify for memory care.

I have been living here for about 3 months. I love it, staff is kind, place is clean and well organized.

It’s beautiful and elegant. The staff is courteous, attentive and compassionate. Everywhere you see a smiling face by residents and employees They offer plenty of activities and entertainment to keep residents involved and entertain. I’m extremely happy to have found Tampa Gardens. I highly recommend scheduling a tour with [name removed].

What we like the most about Alta Vista is the facility and staff are great but you still need to be proactive and bring any issues immediately to their attention. So they can address it.

Very friendly staff, [name removed] is an angel! Beautiful and clean facility. Lots of areas to relax in and socialize, inside and out! Very nice flooring and lights throughout the Center. Gorgeous area for all 3 meals, not assigned seating, great menus. I could not find one negative thing to comment on! I love my studio.

Wonderful, caring, people work here! Place is clean and beautiful outside gardens with plenty of shade!

My husband is a resident here and we love the staff, cottages are clean, staff is very caring and kind to my husband and all their residents here,

They are friendly & helpful. They don't hesitate to report incidents. It had a less institutional feel. Also, being near a wooded area, and close to home was important.

Sun city was great. I like it the best no complaints. not sure on the activities and not sure how often they walked her around. No answer since I was not there 24 /7 so I do not have an answer. They were better and gave her more attention than the more expensive places. Also better ground courtyard etc than other places

My dad toured The Meridian and immediately knew he wanted to move in. He got a big one bedroom that is large enough for a living room and an area to do his paintings, which is his life work and passion. He is able to have his doggie best friend with him and loves the safe area to let him run around. He reports loving the food and the staff. He keeps mainly to himself and chooses not to socialize much, but the place has a lot of activities available.
