My experience from the beginning has been exceptional. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with friendly Hello's & Smiles. My TOUR is what sold me on this place. The Lobby was clean & metalous. the courtyard, and dining hall, salon & theatre were pleasing!

Great Tour
Thank you, [Name removed], for a thorough tour and explanation of what West Park has to offer its residents. It is important the quality of life exists for everyone seeking that. Pacifica is a great choice for your loved one
The staff is very helpful and friendly. They also learn what each resident needs are. And they communicate well with family members at home on what is going on with their loved ones. Room size is appropriate for one or two people to live in. Amenities are very nice and well kept. Plus they have lots of activities for the residents to do if they wish.

I really have no complaints. It really served our sister. As far as cost...the costs seem outrageous for seniors That's my opinion on all of the care facilities.
