The staff is very good. The food's good and the grounds are pretty. It's like having your own bungalow.

I visited a friend who is a resident at Newport Mesa Senior Living, and I cannot express how I felt when I walked into the facility. The energy and the love I was getting from the staff. I am a very observant person, i saw the love the staff treats their patients.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for Sun City Senior Living and their outstanding director, [name removed]. During a recent lightning strike that caused a power outage at the facility, [name removed] went above and beyond to keep families informed every step of the way. From the very beginning, he sent timely and clear updates about the situation, including what repairs were being made and how long they might take. Even without a concrete restoration time, his consistent communication brought comfort and reassurance to families like mine. What impressed me most was [name removed] commitment to the residents’ well-being. He made sure every single resident was checked on hourly, regardless of their service plan or needs, showing a true dedication to care and compassion. Thanks to his leadership, professionalism, and empathy, residents were safe and cared for, and families felt connected and informed throughout the outtage.

Expense went really well. We got the lead from the place for mom. We visited the facility and we were able to make contact with one of the key contacts for customer service. Give us a tour show us the available apartment that my dad eventually rented. [name removed] proved to be an excellent contact answer all questions quickly. I really don't have anything negative to share. It was all perfect experience and easy. Also, the facility is very nice. Eventually, he will have to move out if he needs different care this facility is sort of like agent in place and if there's a recovery pain when you have an issue there's a wing for that however, things like memory care are not offered there and I think skilled nursing is something that can be arranged, but it's like basically contracted outside I think. You can subscribe to their service which includes food and some other things. One thing I thought was peculiar that you choose between dinner or lunch not both so I think they probably are managing the food budget closely.

The staff was friendly and took care of him. The management listened and if any problems came up, it was taken care of right away. The caregivers made sure my dad had everything he needed. If he was low on something they would call and let me know. Communication was good. My dad liked it there and the staff was always stopping in to talk to him.

Administrative staff are very proactive when l meet with them. Staff in Memory Care are attentive to the residents. I like that there is a barber on the premises. The facility has had special events for the residents, which has included some themed dining and music.

Took my mom for a tour of the facility. The residents were so clean, friendly and social. My mom said every was so nice there. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend you tour this care facility.

The facility was very nice with lots of things to do. The staff was friendly and caring. I would highly recommend Oceanside senior living. My father loved the food and the activities.

Cottages provides partner [name removed] mental care and provides exceptional care in what is a challenging and extreme situation.

Moving my dad to assisted living was a hard decision-but looking back, it was the right one. From day one, the team here made him feel welcome, respected, and valued. They genuinely care and are kind. He's eating better, staying social, and enjoying being here. We know he is in good hands and happy to have peace of mind without him at home.

I love the caregivers they are terrific with my mom. Mom is grateful and gives them hugs. They are very caring. The director is awesome and staff.

My husband and I recently toured Paradise Valley Senior Living for my MOM!!! WOW! What a Super Extraordinary home for so many residents. We met incredible staff, residents and observed fun activities. Such great energy moving through the whole place. I am so looking forward to my Mom living there. A very special place. I felt like the whole entire staff really did care about my mom, and wanted to help her. Serra Highlands is an excellent community.

I have had a wonderful experience at the cottages. At Palm Springs, my partner has had wonderful care. And the food is fabulous. I have joined a community that is welcoming and wonderful to be a part of They treat me like family. I would recommend this community highly

Our Sales Director followed through with care & understanding. All concerns were met with professional knowledge.

The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. They provide all the services needed. I would recommend the cottages to others. They provided the furniture for the bedroom. They would do the evaluation of my mom by Zoom. I didn't have to take her to the facility and then transport her back home after the evaluation. With the doctor/ dentist services offered by them, I didn't need to transport my mom to appointments. They have small cottages where 14 dementia patients live, rather then one large building for everyone. They are the cleanest facility I have ever been.

Toured for my grandma, we liked the cottage style floor plan. Staff was friendly, residents were doing an exercise class and were having a great time. Community was clean. Great atmosphere at the Cottages at Hemet.
