Very capable staff, kind, and professional too. My highest recommendation. Without hesitation, I would absolutely recommend this facility to others who are needing to find care for their loved one. I was very pleased with Chesapeake Place. My experience was a good one.

I’m leaving this review confidentially because my grandmother used to work in public service years ago. That said, I want to share our experience when I looked at the Cottages. I had heard the the care has always been good and I could see that for myself. The staff was genuinely loving, the caregivers knew the residents by name so well. It isn't overly fancy but really, really nice. Right now, there are renovations underway and getting new roofs, painting, and pressure washing. There was landscaping being installed, so pretty and floral. The activities calendar is packed with engaging options, painting classes, crafts, games, outdoor activities, and a lot of outings. They go to fun places, waterside picnics, the animal shelter, and every week visiting different the ice cream shops in Palm Beach! How fun. IF we decide she needs memory care, this is it.

They treat you special and like a family the staff and the people whom who serve the food are the greatest very attentive the residents are also the greatest If you want to move there this is the best place to move Just ask for [name removed] and she will take care of your needs.

Courteous, professional, the activities are wonderful. My mom loves the staff, and the apartment. I would recommend it.

It's been awhile so I don't remember their names but they all took very good care of everybody in that facility when I was there and my mom loved the food they were feeding her. My mom would want to just lay in the bed but they would always get her out of the bed and bring her out into the living room to try and get her to mingle with other people. I was extremely happy with that place and would recommend that to anybody who wants to put their parent in there.

[name removed] is amazing at keeping the residents active and mobile … she tries to keep everyone engaged with different activities throughout the day . She has a warm heart and cares about everyone deeply .

I love working here! Great staff and management, wonderful residents and an amazing overall environment. Highly recommend!

My father has just passed the 2 year mark since entering the facility. Since [name removed] and her newly appointed staff have recently assumed management and supervisory positions at the facility, my father is now receiving consistent thorough and compassionate care from all the staff. My family is so thankful for making my father's final home so comfortable and safe. Kudos to [name removed] and her team at Vacaville Memory Care.

We've found the staff very friendly and helpful. The facilities are well run and kept clean. The food though nutritious lacks flavor and quality.

My mom loves living there. The staff is so caring. The Director [name removed], is fantastic. The food is great with plenty of choices. Definitely recommend The Meridian. The activity director is amazing & very involved w daily activities. My Mom is very happy & would love to welcome new friends.

Staff members are patient and friendly with my dad. Meals are provided daily and he has several options for activities. I would highly recommend the Cottages if you need a trusted place to care for your parents.

Mom was nervous about moving into assited living. But knew she needed the extra care. [name removed] was incredibly though in guiding us though the process and I'm so grateful. This was all new to US mom enjoys having her meal in the dining room with her new friend and loves participating in the activities. Thank you to the whole team at The Cottages for all you do.
