The staff was wonderful and very caring. And when the time came they coordinated with hospice really well. I would recommend the Cottages for memory care and affordability.

The staff is all very friendly and helpful. The medical staff and caregivers are nice, very communicative, and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about my parents.

Honestly, 5 across the board. The staff are all very nice and very supportive. The med techs have always given her her medication's timely. They wake her up when needed for her appointments and help get her out the door for pick up. They have live music a lot of times my mom wakes up for breakfast gets dressed and does not go back to her room all day because she's busy doing activities.

The staff was very helpful and professional the food is good. My mom has no complaints. I would recommend this facility to others.

Mom enjoyed her stay at this community. She made many friends with the other residents and with the staff. It felt like home. She was sad to say goodbye but we wanted her closer to family.

My aunt has lived here for awhile now. Long enough to see all that goes on staff is caring and really goes out of there way to make the residents and their families fill welcomed. It's a beautiful place to bring your loved ones to live.

Tampa Gardens treated my mother extremely well. The food was mom's favorite. I would recommend Tampa Gardens!

I have been at a few assisted living communities in the past several years and Springtree Senior Living is by far the Best Community I have lived in. The management is professional, the staff is compassionate and I have made lots of friends. This community is very active, we have lots of stuff to choose from with the activity program. We just has a Luau as our family night and it was so much fun. The food is great and we eat in a beautiful grand dining area. The community is so clean, the staff is so responsive. I contribute this to great leadership as the Executive Director is involved in everything and is so nice. I feel like this is my family and I would tell anyone that is considering an assisted living to come here.

What a wonderful home I have. I love being at part of the family at Springtree Senior Living. In comparison with my other place I came from, it far exceeds expectation, compassion and a family setting. I wanted to put down a deposit before I finished my tour. This is a wonderful place to live, make new friends, enjoy my life and is truly a home. From the head lady to the staff that take care of me everyone is so nice and friendly. I would tell anyone in the world to choose Springtree Senior Living.

We took a tour with Pam H to see if Colonial Heights would be a good fit for a loved one. From the first meeting, I knew these people cared about their residents. They asked us about our loved one’s interests and story. We toured both the assisted living and memory care areas. They were having dinner so it was nice to see the residents sitting and interacting with each other and staff. There are several floor plans to choose from and other amenities available. Clean facility.

The staff is great. Very kind and caring. [name removed] is the very best. You need to meet her and tour Springtree Sr. Living. I have enjoyed delicious meals there. I also want to mention Nurse [name removed] . She is so very sweet, kind and caring. I would recommend Springtree Sr. Living.

Outstanding in her field of work. Clean, courteous and polite at all times good with handling the personal and is quite capable of running the crew.

The staff is very caring. My Father was here and now my Aunt. Food is good and they keep family informed of any issues or staffing changes. They have activities for the residents and take them out to Walmart restaurants appointments etc. I've been very pleased

When you step inside it feels like home. The residents and staff all give a warm hearted welcome and overall its a great place to live from the food, activities, care staff and spacious floor plans. We are happy here.

The care that my father received was wonderful, he was always clean, happy and well fed. I could tell he was always clean, happy and well fed. I could tell that that staff new him and truly cared about him. The support that our family received during his passing was amazing. Every visit felt like going home.

My experience here at Ellensburg Senior Living has been outstanding. I have never been so happy to come to a place and put in my call. Every single staff/resident has been so welcoming and kind.
