My grandma has been at The Cottages at Peoria for several months now, and I can honestly say it’s the best decision our family made. The place feels more like a real home than a facility. It’s warm, inviting, and always clean. [name removed]and the entire staff are incredible. They don’t just “take care” of Grandma; they know her. They talk to her like an old friend and make her smile every day. It’s comforting to see how loved and respected she is there.

Leaving my mom in someone else’s care was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made, especially since I was her caretaker for YEARS. The Cottages at Peoria made it so much easier for me than I ever imagined. From the moment we met [name removed], the Director, I knew this was the right place. She has such a warm, friendly presence that immediately makes you feel like family. The home is always spotless, cozy, and filled with laughter and kindness. Every caretaker knows my mom by name and treats her with genuine love and patience. I can feel that she’s safe, cared for, and truly loved every time I visit. I’m forever grateful for this amazing team.

I recently toured the Pacifica RPQ community for my parent and was very impressed. The welcoming atmosphere was very reassuring. The staff were warm and pleasant to the other residents. [name removed]the administrator and [name removed]the marketer took a lot of time with us to answer our questions. We left our tour feeling confident that this is a well run community.

My Mom is very happy at Meridian. Lots of activities and she says the staff are "wonderful." They were very helpful and accommodating during the move in process. The other residents are also very friendly and it didn't take long for her to make new dining and card game friends. The dining room staff are very pleasant and cheerful. Her only issue is that some of the food is not to her liking.

This is a nice place to live, caregivers are caring and respectful, they make fun activities for us to enjoy, food is good, they manage my meds, my cottage neighbors are nice, I have everything I need.

I am a Physical Therapist and see lats of residents in different Assisted Living Communities and I have to say this is an exceptional place. The staff are very attentive to their residents. [name removed] is an amazing Director and always is available to answer question for myself or the residents. [name removed] and [name removed] in the nursing department are thorough in assisting with residents and their needs. The staff shows compassion to the residents from the nursing department to the dietary department. From the dishwashers to the housekeepers. All around it is a family oriented community and it is kept clean and has a friendly atmosphere. I would recommend the community to any one in need of Assisted Living.

The staff is super friendly, and so very helpful with the transition, and making him comfortable. They are always there to answer any questions, and keep us inform on everything that is going on.

The staff are professional and compassionate. Place is always clean, lobby is nicely decorated. My husband is happy. They always have fun activities and events.

You can really tell the residents are happy and enjoy their home here. It's not one of those senior communities that feel like if you look at something wrong, you'll break it. Wyndham Lakes feels like home when you walk around the campus. It's an older community, but it's cozy, spread out, and gives everyone the ability to breathe. Plus, the recent renovations have given it a really nice refresh. Very bright and a big improvement! All in all, I'd recommend this community for the average senior who is looking for socialization, good food, and a nice, easy place to enjoy their golden years.

I had the chance to attend a holiday celebration at this assisted living community, and it was such a heartwarming experience. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how present and engaged the staff were—not just the caregivers, but the entire administration team. What struck me most was the way they interacted with the residents. Every conversation felt intentional, every smile genuine. You could see residents light up as staff laughed, danced, and shared in the holiday spirit with them. It didn’t feel like an event “put on” for the residents; it felt like a true family gathering where everyone belonged. It’s rare to see a community where the leadership is shoulder to shoulder with the residents, creating moments that matter. This celebration was a beautiful reminder that the right people can turn an assisted living facility into a real home.

This has been a rough time for my mom but also for myself. PQSL has made the transition as smooth as can be. Most of my dealings have been with the sales director. She has been professional, polite, attentive and punctual throughout the whole process. I have dealt with the business office manager a few times and he is very helpful, polite and positive. The front desk gal is professional and very nice. A good start to walking in the building. The maintenance guy and has been super helpful with assorted small things and is always polite and ready to assist. An excellent crew all around. I believe mom is in good hands. I recently visited the community to see a friend- I was very impressed by the loving care I observed- it was very reassuring to see the kindness shown to my friend as well as other residents. Springtree has so many amenities and activities available, yet it has a family environment which I think makes it special. I love [name removed] who showed me around as well as [name removed] and v - they know their residents by name and genuinely care about each one engaging in conversation about their needs.

My mom would give top scores on the staff, the activities and the food/dining experience.
