What stood out most is the friendly staff and it's quiet and clean. I would absolutely recommend Pacific Grove to others who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

My daughter took me to see the cottages. Residents were having their happy hour with live music, dancing, having a great time. I look forward to coming. There's a ton of activities.

I have just moved into the community and I am trying to still get settled in I am exploring everything the community has to offer still . I am making friends that have similar plant and flower interests. So far everything in community is good.

Good food. Activities staff is amazing. They transported my mom weekly to see my dad until he passed. Clean environment. Abundant activity opportunities. Great on site Physical Therapy.

I toured a large 1-bedroom. It was a beautiful apt. We had a great lunch tour. My wife loved the community.

They have a wander guard option. The staff is very caring. I would recommend to others.

We’ve seen a complete transformation at this community under the new management, and it’s been nothing short of incredible. The activities program has exploded. There’s now a daily schedule full of things to do, yesterday my aunt led karaoke and they recently launched a volunteer program that’s so great. Two amazing high school students come every single day, bringing fun and fresh energy to the residents. We’ve also been told that many more are being recruited! They’re even taking residents out on regular excursions and hosting family friendly events that bring everyone together. There is literally always something going on. The food is now outstanding...game changer. Fresh vegetables, scratch made meals. The new director visits the residents to care about what they want. What really seals it for us is the new Administrator, and people he hired, they are all so wonderful and they are always in the cottages, they send newsletters, the new charge nurse is the best!

Well established facility, located near motels, fast food and fire department. Friendly and helpful staff. Once they finish their remodeling the place will be very nice. Beautiful outdoor areas. Rooms have decent storage.

The staff at cottage 5 was wonderful...food was "so so" per my father but I think mainly because I think he likes certain foods & not any spicy type foods or most Italian foods.

I am a new resident I have been here for 2 months . The staff here at Menifee Senior living is very friendly and if they don’t have an answer for you they will find one . I really enjoy that they are pet friendly I have meet new friends that I can walk my dog with around the community. I like that I have a patio , I have made it my own little garden.

I really enjoy being a resident at Menifee Senior living . Some of the things I really like is the activities, the staff is really helpful when I need help . The food in the dinning rooms is really good.

I have lived here for 4 Years and enjoy all the activities they have for us , I also use the transportation. The maintenance workers are very kind. I have made friends some are still here some have sadly passed away.

The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and have gone the extra mile to make her feel at home. The community is clean, warm and welcoming, and there are plenty of engaging activities every week. It gives our family great peace of mind knowing she’s in such good hands. Highly recommended!

It is very clear that the staff care about the well being of their residents. This community is extremely clean, well organized, and facilitates wonderful events. I would highly recommend this community to anyone vale’s the happiness of their aging loved ones.

I just moved in yesterday from up north after my son said he found a great place in Sun City Center so I can be closer to my family. I have had a very very good experience here. I am glad to be here. Everyone is very friendly.

In the past six months my mom has been through some rough stuff. She's happier here with having a privacy and engaging with others that are on the same wave length as her. The move in process was smooth.

If the resident is at risk of falling out of bed, ask if a bedside floor pad is allowed. I was told that I was not allowed to purchase one because they are a "tripping hazard" and my husband, did indeed fall out of bed and spent a lengthy time in the hospital after hitting his head. I found out later, that a number of residents at Victoria Court did have bedside floor pads, but I was told that I could not have one! I also had problems with staff losing laundry. But overall, the care that the staff gave to my husband was excellent even though he had aggressive moments! They knew how to handle him and he adapted well! Nursing staff were excellent! But I sometimes did have trouble reaching Administration and my calls were often not returned. My husband was content there, even though his preference was to come home. He became a two-person-assist, so he was not allowed to return after his hospital stay, since it was an Assistant Living Facility!

The staff has been nothing short of amazing… friendly, helpful, engaging, accommodating. The facilities have been well maintained and the food has been surprisingly good overall. Plenty of daily activities directed by an incredibly, upbeat and pleasant woman. As we all know, memory care is expensive, but relatively speaking SVMC has been a good value. Strong recommendation!

I am a minister that visits this community to pray for the residents. My observation regarding the residents, the staff and the whole place is outstanding. The residents are always clean and very well taken care of, the staff are very loving and attentive to the residents The over all rating for the facility is immaculate I would recommend this place to any family that is looking for memory care

It took us a long time to get things done but we wrote a letter to the owners In India and got it all done. Things we like most about the community are the activities, friends and the food. There are studios, 1 bedroom,2 bedroom really big. Would of liked the location more centralized.
