And to [names removed] and their crew for doing all the heavy lifting! Truly a great place even in these crazy times!! Thank you all!!

Thanks so much Meridian, Executive director [name removed], and all the amazing staff for keeping my mom, [name removed], safe during this pandemic. We pay close attention to the detailed emails you send about all precautions being taken and mom assures us that it has all being carefully implemented. Though we miss hanging out with her in person, her safety and the safety of the other residents is the top priority.

Really nice place! Food is good. Lovely outdoor courtyards for people to walk around. We like that we didn't have to leave Santa Barbara to visit our loved one.

We have seen some changes in the time that our Mom has lived here and I must say they are all positive! The new director there seems to know what she is doing and is very knowledgeable about dementia. [name removed], who has been there for a long time has been promoted as well and I am very pleased with the decision because she knows each resident. Together, they have made this place feel even more like home. The staff are kind and gentle, which makes all the difference for us. We have peace of mind knowing our Mom is safe. The team there have done such a great job keeping everyone healthy in the middle of covid. Thank you for taking such good care of our mom!

Our family are so grateful to the team of Pacifica Santa Barbara. They are so loving and make my Aunt feel special each day. She can be difficult at times and we have seen how patient the caregivers are with her. We know she is in good hands there. The building is clean, there are lots of places for the residents to go while still being safe inside, and the food is delicious. My Aunt is a picky eater but she loves the chef's grilled salmon and baked potato.

Always professional and clean. My mother is well taken care of.

Employees are super friendly. Will go above and beyond as needed. They treat you as family and will make you feel at home.

Where to start...? I was interviewing possible locations for my brother. There were several very nice locations available and I was able to complete virtual tours of most of them. I decided on a place just two blocks from my house, then I realized I still had one more interview scheduled. I almost canceled, but then decided that I would keep the appointment. Well, let's just say that was one of the best decisions of my life! I connected with [name removed], The Community Sales Director at Atria Burlingame. The way [name removed] presents this location you would think he was the owner or principle partner! He gave me a very extensive virtual tour, that included all the lovely amenities, available apartments and even a beautifully decorated model apartment (decorated by [name removed]) to give dimensional perspective to the virtual tour. I watched as he walked through the facility, greeted residents and employees by name and engage them specifically. He listened to each and every detail about the care needed to make my brother comfortable and related each corresponding Atria feature that is offered in this tight community. Needless to say there was an instant connection that I had not experienced until meeting with [name removed]. We are thrilled to be part of this community that is more like an extended family.

We've been very happy with the wonderful care my mom has received at Pacifica Northridge! Her caregivers are attentive and kind, she has a lovely apartment and the whole place is friendly and warm.

This is a very kind-hearted community that focuses on the best patient care. Staff and executive are very nice and always available to clients and family. They work hard to give the residents a place to call home, a forever home.

What a charming community. From the moment I stepped through the gate, I was impressed. The cottages, walking paths, and outdoor seating areas really create a feeling of home. The staff was loving and patient with the residents. Overall very friendly atmosphere.

I love living here at Wyndham. I enjoy all the activities and meeting all the friendly staff.

I love my new apartment. The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist.

The one thing I know for sure, [name removed] and I are sure grateful to have [name removed] and [name removed] in our lives helping us through this with our mom. They have been there fo us every single day!

[names removed] have helped me through some very difficult decisions for my mom. She finally decided to move to assisted living would be much better for her. We are so grateful that everyone has gone the "extra mile" with all the steps it has taken!

After going through a very difficult decision putting my grandmother in memory care at legacies has been an amazing experience! My grandmother loves it there and has been happy from the first day. It's a beautiful home for her and the staff is attentive and fun. Thank you Legacies!

[name removed] Housekeeping goes above and beyond her assignments and does extra work w/o complaint. Returns everything to the proper place.

The virtual tour was so helpful to show my family. I liked feeling like I could see the inside of the community even if we cannot go inside right now.

Everyone is so nice! The apartment is very spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful. For everything that you get, the value is hands down, the best.
