Making the decision to move my mother in law into a community was an extremely difficult one. However, the staff here at Pacifica Palm Beach have done their best to walk me through the process and help me with the stress of making this decision. The cottages are unique and cozy. They have lots of activities for her to choose from. Pacifica Spring Valley is an awesome place for our Mom. Mom has been active and happy there. She says she met new friends. Mom said she loves it at Pacifica Spring Valley. I have to agree with Mom. Everyone is nice

My favorite thing about Pacifica Spring Valley is the staff. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, understanding, accommodating and kind. It’s really a beautifully kept facility. I have peace-of-mind knowing my parents are in good hands.

My sister, [name removed], recently became a resident of Pacifica Senior Living , Spring Valley. Her children were fortunate to find this facility and with the gracious help of [name removed], the transition was less emotionally wrenching. The facility is clean, bright and well designed to meet the needs of the residents. The staff are very helpful and understanding of the unique needs of the resident and the family of people with memory issues.

The journey to find our mom a community to meet her needs stemming from Dementia was a journey I never thought we would be on. I walked into Pacifica at Spring Valley and was kindly greeted by [name removed]. She gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision . The community is safe , full of activities and staff that truly cares. We have no regrets and my mom is happy, safe and well cared for .

[name removed] was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and had great rapport with the residents. My wife and I feel very comfortable leaving my wife’s mother in Pacifica’s care.

From the moment I first visited Pacifica Spring Valley, I was impressed! The skylights are beautiful and allow the residents to feel like they are outside even on a warm or rainy day. The staff are caring, compassionate, and full of energy. I was also lucky enough to speak with family members that are so thankful that their loved ones are living at this community. Thank you Pacifica Spring Valley!

Fantastic, pleasant, and just over all great place. I just love the the women that clean my room. I go down to eat, come back and the place is spotless. The food just wonderful too!

I just love this community. There is a new Executive Director the associates and residents seem so happy! This community is so unique with the different buildings and this allows for more attention to the residents. By the way the food is spectacular!

I would like to give a shout out to the employees of Pacifica, especially the groups working in cottage 1 and 3, twice a week and do as needed. I entered both 1 & 3 cottages to assist my participants for PACE.

Wonderful place for mom! We love the cottages and the courtyards. Definitely the best decision.

When deciding which senior living community I wanted to live in there were many factors to consider. [name removed] introduced Pacifica and interest all of my individual and personal needs. [name removed] was professional knowledgeable and personal-able. I am looking to residing at Pacifica.

We chose Pacifica Senior because of [names removed]. We were made to feel safe and we connected the best there and feel that Pacifica Oakland Heights is a tremendous place.

I heard nothing but good things about Pacifica from a variety of people before my mother went to live there. My mom needed memory care. I was very impressed with how patient they were with each of the residents. Memory care can be a very difficult place to work, but not once did I ever overhear a staff member have irritation or frustration in their voice, even when repeating the same answer to the same question a dozen times when a resident would forget. Whenever I saw my mom, even when she was beyond caring for her own needs, she was already clean, always had her hair combed, with clean clothes. The best part was that it never felt like a nursing home. There was never that odor that a lot of nursing homes have. It really felt like a home, where each person has their own bedroom in a very large house. They came together and ate meals at takes like family. Food was served on real plates with real silverware and glasses, not hospital trays. There were plenty of comfy places to sit and relax in the common areas. I once witnessed a resident council, where they invite all the members of the Assisted Living cottages and give them the opportunity to voice concerns. You could tell that several of the residents there had no problem voicing their opinions. It was during COVID, so a few of the residents voiced concerns about being allowed to go out and go shopping, which at the time was out of Pacifica's control as the state had imposed the quarantine. Other than that, there was 2 complaints. The first was there wasn't enough sugar free Jello to go back for seconds and thirds, and the other was there wasn't enough of the delicious gravy that had been served on a dish a few nights before. That was it. There wasn't a single complaint about staff or activities or anything at all! Whenever I called, the caregivers instantly knew how my mom was doing. They never had to check her chart, they never needed to ask the other person. They could tell me things like how her appetite had been, whether she'd been socializing or participating with the other residents, etc. They also never hesitated to go into her room and help her get on her phone when she couldn't remember how to turn it on. My mom ended up on Hospice and during her final days the staff were so kind, so attentive, so caring. When she passed, they helped take care of everything at a time when I was overwhelmed. When I returned for her belongings, her laundry was all clean and folded and neat. Her toiletries were neatly tucked in a basket. It was such a relief not having to deal with that. Not a single item was missing. I would one hundred recommend Pacifica to anyone looking for a comfortable, caring assisted living or memory care facility.

This senior living center has been great for my mom since I moved her in. The staff are great and always willing to help with anything she needs. They help schedule events for the residents that live there and have a shuttle for medical and dental appointment so that has been a life saver.

They said they will cater to the residents with Spanish food and other stuff Spanish people are used to.
